Jurnal Pengabdian Pancasila (JPP) is a forum for publication of the results of community service carried out by researchers, academics, and the wider community. The JPP journal aims to explore the problems and solutions faced by the Indonesian people in achieving prosperity. JPP Journal is an online journal dedicated to the publication of high-quality community service articles that focus on social issues, community economic development, and increasing the expertise and scientific capacity of the Indonesian people. <![CDATA[Advances in science and technology bring rapid changes both physically and psychologically. This has positive and negative impacts on every aspect of life, including the behavior or attitudes of society, including the millennial generation as the main users of technological advances. Implementation of teaching and learning activities by developing character values that are considered to be fading, including principles, religion, the spirit of mutual cooperation, citizenship and independent creativity. The values of national character which are starting to fade, especially in the millennial generation, must be immediately addressed comprehensively in order to provide a more positive and dignified impact on the nation by means of education. The method of this activity is that partners are given a basic explanation about the philosophical values of character education, and then a dialogue regarding character education. The results obtained from this activity are increased knowledge and understanding regarding character education which must be applied in one's life starting from small things, by oneself and starting as early as possible.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service aims to increase physical training knowledge of prospective official school students at Jasdam II/Sriwijaya. This community service activity entitled physical training assistance for prospective official school students at Jasdam II/Sriwijaya is really needed because it is one of the efforts aimed at increasing the knowledge of physical training for prospective official school students at Jasdam II/Sriwijaya. Implementation of community service activities uses the mentoring method with the following sequence of implementation: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) evaluation. Collecting community service data uses a questionnaire with 10 questions with quantitative data analysis. The subjects of community service are 40 prospective service students. The result of community service is an increase in knowledge about physical training for prospective service students by 100% (40 people) while the implementation of the results of service, namely physical training activities for prospective service school students at Jasdam II/Sriwijaya, continues to be carried out.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this community service activity is to increase knowledge of the quality of facilities at the National Street Soccer Championship at Jasdam II Sriwijaya. The method is through mentoring with stages, namely 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) evaluation. The subject is the team implementing the National Street Soccer Championship at Jasdam II Sriwijaya, totaling 30 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with quantitative percentage data analysis. The result of community service activities was an increase in the knowledge of the team implementing the National Street Soccer Championship at Jasdam II Sriwijaya by 100% (30 people). Community service activities at Jasdam II Sriwijaya provide enormous benefits to the community. On the first day, the material on the quality of facilities in the preliminary round of the National Street Soccer Championship discussed the quality of the facilities, supervision of the facilities for the preliminary round of all teams that will compete according to the schedule of the championship committee to win the competition to enter the next round. On the second day, quality of facilities, monitoring of facilities for the semi-final and final rounds of the National Street Soccer Championship discussed the semi-final round consisting of 4 teams that will compete to win so they can play to the next stage, namely the final, the final is the last stage of the championship for determine the winner of the 2 teams that will compete.]]>

<![CDATA[Visual communication design is one application for creating a good image for Jasdam II Sriwijaya, the concept of communication and expression of creative power, which is applied in various visual communication media by processing graphic design elements consisting of images (illustrations), letters, colors, composition and layout. All of this is done to convey messages visually, audio and audio-visually to the intended targets. Instagram media is an alternative media for publishing information on activities at Jasdam II Sriwijaya. The aim of community service activities is to provide assistance. The community service method is through mentoring through 1) preparation, 2) implementation and 3) evaluation. The result of community service activities is that there is an increase in visits to Jasdam II/Sriwijaya due to seeing Jasdam II/Sriwijaya Instagram posts and Instagram story followers, likers and viewers also increase. After carrying out this community service activity, the community service team had a positive impact in introducing the Jasdam II/Sriwijaya environment to the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Publication of activity information via Instagram media is an alternative form of improving the good image of Jasdam II Sriwijaya in the public eye with the aim of this community service activity being able to introduce Jasdam II Sriwijaya in detail with Instagram visuals packaged in an attractive way. The community service method is carried out by mentoring which is structured in three stages, namely 1) preparation, 2) implementation and 3) evaluation. The subject of service is the public relations manager of Jasdam II Sriwijaya. The results obtained were a 100% increase in the knowledge of public relations managers at Jasdam II Sriwijaya, not only in terms of visits but from followers, impressions, likes and viewers of the Jasdam II/SWJ instastory. After carrying out this community service activity, the community service team had a positive impact in introducing the community.]]>

<![CDATA[This research in the field of marketing management aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer trust on customer loyalty of Express Laundry members in Palangka Raya. Customer trust is a good relationship with management as a business strategy to achieve customer loyalty. While customer quality is a business measure that will be assessed by customers to be loyal and have an impact on business profits. The type of research used is explanatory research, which is to examine the relationship between variables which is the basis for improving purchasing decisions. Research respondents totaled 102 members of Express Laundry. Tested with non-probability sampling technique through the PLS statistical program. The results showed that customer trust and service quality affect the customer loyalty of members of Express Laundry Palangka Raya. The limitations of research on members, become a reference for further research in taking samples of new customers on purchase intentions.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service by providing education at traditional restaurants in Central Kalimantan needs to be carried out well and in a focused manner. Currently, reporting on restaurant income or profits is starting to improve with the existence of social media as a medium for information and promotion. As is done in traditional restaurants in Central Kalimantan, it is stated that knowledge sharing is important in improving business performance which has an impact on income. This activity is carried out annually in order to provide direct implementation of business digital media as a cheap, easy and fast knowledge sharing medium. These results also indicate that product quality must always be carefully considered, because food is very vulnerable to public health.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service activities with analysis of the job satisfaction system for employees in increasing the sense of comfort and belonging at work are unique activities carried out. This activity was carried out on 63 employees who were registered as actively working. This is to improve management and systems between job satisfaction and worker motivation which can improve performance. By analogy, the results of this service become a reference for business owners in providing policies in the workplace. Implementation of the results of service activities with this analysis really helps workers in expressing and showing job satisfaction and motivation in achieving company targets. Theoretical and practical implications are obtained in the results of this research. Where the theoretical implications show the results that job satisfaction and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of Honda Trio Raya employees in Palangka Raya City. This shows empirical support and strengthens the statement regarding the results of previous studies and statements in the literature that job satisfaction and motivation are indeed influencing factors to improve performance. The practical implications can be seen from the results of hypothesis testing showing that between the two independent variables, the job satisfaction variable has the highest influence on performance compared to other variables. In further service activities, this can be carried out at other dealers by including the work environment and service quality as the basis for the analysis.]]>

<![CDATA[One of these risks is climate change. A perception survey from the World Economic Forum Global Risk Report (2022) states that climate change in the next 10 years is considered the risk that poses the greatest long-term threat. Without joint mitigation efforts to reduce Green House Gas (GHG) emissions, the Paris Agreement goal of limiting global warming from 1.5 degrees C to 2.0 degrees C will be out of reach. Both the government and the private sector need to take the climate emergency seriously by increasing their ambition to achieve net-zero emissions by the middle of this century. Carbon trading or commonly called carbon trading is a concept that emerged through the Kyoto Protocol in 1997. A year when many countries were worried about world environmental conditions (Pinkse & Kolk, 2007). Up to 180 countries signed the agreement to reduce the impact of each country's greenhouse gas emissions from 2008 to 2012 to 5 percent below the amount of gas emissions in 1999, which in reality could not be achieved. Despite the uncertainty surrounding what kind of international framework might be effective in replacing the Kyoto Protocol or the criticisms that have emerged against carbon trading, carbon markets remain a central component of global climate policy. The method of implementing service activities is that partners are provided with counseling about climate change that is occurring and carbon trading efforts as alternative climate change mitigation, discussions and questions and answers regarding climate change and carbon trading.]]>

<![CDATA[A democratic country has a special characteristic, namely the direct election of leaders and representatives of the people. The direct implementation of general elections in Indonesia has problems, namely the lack of openness of election participants to publish their profiles or data. In any election, candidate profiles are important information in determining choices, as well as in general elections. Based on these problems, the author conducted a study or analysis using a constructivist paradigm approach using a normative legal approach method which is descriptive analytical in nature. Data sources were obtained from primary and secondary data sources consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials and relevant library documents. From the results of the study carried out, it was found that data from candidates for members of the DPR, DPD, Provincial DPRD and Regency/City DPRD is legally included in the category of data that is exempt or of a private nature so that it requires permission from the data owner to be published as public information and is based on the theory of popular sovereignty. that this data is information needed by the people in making their choices, so it must be opened to the public as a fulfillment of the principle of openness in elections.]]>
