Abstract

In 2020 the government implemented a full electricity subsidy policy for customers with 450 VA and 900 VA power capacity across Indonesia. This policy was introduced to assist underprivileged communities in facing the COVID-19 pandemic. Badung Regency is one of the regions in Indonesia with rapidly increasing electricity consumption. This study examines the relationship between household electricity subsidies and household electricity consumption, household income, and power capacity, while also investigating the occurrence of moral hazard among household customers in Badung Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach using primary data. Data was collected from a sample of 100 households. The study utilizes logistic regression analysis techniques. The results show that subsidies, household income, and power capacity have a positive and significant impact on electricity consumption, and there is a 24% occurrence of moral hazard among household customers in Badung Regency. The government should evaluate the implementation of electricity subsidy policies to assess their effectiveness and reduce the potential for moral hazard.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five whose height is much shorter than the height of children their age due to malnutrition. Stunting prevention is one of the areas of focus in health development because growth at an early age is an important thing to pay attention to. Because one of the causes of stunting can arise from environmental factors, as well as from the food consumed, whether looking at the source of nutrition or vitamins. The success of the Stunting Prevention Program can be seen if the program's effectiveness refers to measures of program effectiveness. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the stunting prevention program in Sambirejo Timur Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this study were 5 people consisting of the Head of East Sambirejo Village, Village Midwife, Posyandu Cadre, Pregnant Women, Mothers with babies. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. The research results show that the effectiveness of the implementation of the stunting prevention program in the village of East Sambirejo has been said to be effective. This is shown by several programs that have run as expected. The final results of this research conclude that the implementation of the Stunting Prevention Program in East Sambirejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan District has been implemented in accordance with measures of program effectiveness effectively, but is still not optimal. This can be seen from several things, namely in the implementation of socialization there are still people who do not participate in the socialization so there is a lack of human resources who understand the program being implemented.

Abstract

There has been a significant increase in HIV cases in the MSM (men who have sex with men) group. They have a greater risk of contracting HIV than the adult male group in general, which is 22x more likely to contract HIV. This is caused by risky sexual behavior, changing partners without using a condom. HIV infections in the MSM group have increased, 25.8% from 2012 to 2016. The dual stigma of sexual and status as HIV sufferers has caused them to become a hidden and difficult to reach group. This condition contributes to less than optimal handling and prevention of HIV transmission. Changes in physical, psychological and social conditions influence the productivity of PLHIV (People Living with HIV). Opportunistic infections cause physical problems. Losing their jobs, rejection and the risk of mental disorders due to their status as MSM and HIV. The high level of stigma and discrimination still hampers access to health services, thereby affecting the quality of life for PLHIV. This research aims to provide an overview of the quality of life of the MSM group suffering from HIV in Surakarta. The instrument uses a standardized questionnaire, namely the Indonesian version of WHO Quality of Life-HIV Bref which has been tested for validity and reliability. This research is a type of quantitative research using a descriptive research design with 30 respondents. The research results showed that most respondents were unmarried (86.7%), worked as private employees (66.7%), had a high school education (96.7%) and had been diagnosed with HIV for more than 5 years (63.3%). The majority of respondents' quality of life was in the sufficient category, namely 86.6%. The results of this research can be used as a reference in developing further interventions as an effort to improve the quality of life of MSM HIV in Surakarta.

Abstract

The research aims to apply the K-means algorithm to classify sales data and to test the final results of Clustering Accuracy of each type of stone using DBI (Davies-Bouldin Index) testing. In the last 9 months PT Batu Indah Raya has experienced uncertain sales ups and downs, from these problems it is difficult to know the level of inventory of goods each month. The impact is that the company experiences a buildup or shortage of stock of goods every month and incurs costs related to excessive storage of goods or additional costs that arise due to lack of stock, to be able to overcome the problems that occur, requires a method or system to find out inventory by classifying sales data of each type and testing the level of accuracy with a test method or system. One method that can be used to solve these problems is using the K-means Clustering algorithm. The K-means method is expected to help companies identify inventory more easily. So that business people can show effectiveness in product / goods procurement. Data to determine the level of accuracy of inventory is taken based on sales every month at PT Batu Indah Raya. By using 2 clusters, namely cluster 1, it means that cluster 1 is in high demand and cluster 2 is less in demand in applying the k-means algorithm method with the results of the type of yellow brongkol stone in cluster 1 getting 59 members and cluster 2 getting 31 members with the DBI accuracy test result of 2.292 which is in the very good range. The type of white cobblestone in cluster 1 gets 36 members and cluster 2 gets 54 members with a DBI accuracy test result of 3.711 which is in the good range. The type of zeolite stone in cluster 1 gets 42 members and cluster 2 gets 36 members with a DBI accuracy test result of 3.597 which is in the good range.
