Abstract

The flag ceremony is proof that our country always appreciates the services of heroes who have fought for independence. As Indonesian citizens, it is our duty to follow it solemnly and voluntarily, including all students in Indonesia. Students should be able to interpret and know the purpose of holding a flag ceremony so that they can carry out the flag ceremony solemnly and voluntarily as a form of character development. However, not a few students joked, chatted in line, and made moves that shouldn't have been done. Therefore, after conducting research they only participate in ceremonial activities without knowing the meaning of the flag ceremony. Therefore, all school members need to work together to build a spirit of nationalism and love for the homeland in students, as a form of character development through flag ceremony activities.

Abstract

This journal will explain further about the tax mechanism that takes place in the tax collection process and also the provisions related to the tax sustainability mechanism so far. Tax collection can result in tax disputes between taxpayers and tax collectors. According to Law Number 14 of 2002 concerning the Tax Court (hereinafter referred to as the Tax Court Law) Article 1 number 5 states that a tax dispute is a dispute that arises in the field of taxation between a taxpayer or tax bearer and an authorized official as a result of the issuance of a decision that will filed an appeal or lawsuit to the tax court based on taxation laws and regulations, including lawsuits for the implementation of billing based on the Tax Collection Law with a forced letter. To maximize profits and avoid losses, taxpayers do tax evasion intentionally. This is due to the lack of concern for the state. The absence or lack of public awareness about taxpayers paying taxes to the state is a form of resistance. The importance of paying taxes, the benefits of paying taxes, and the sanctions that will be imposed if non-compliant taxpayers are not socialized by the government to the public as taxpayers. Therefore, regulations and sanctions related to tax avoidance need to be emphasized in order to provide a deterrent effect for tax avoiders.

Abstract

This study was conducted in order to learn more about the characteristics of the franchise industry and how its development relates to the rapid development of the franchise industry in Indonesia. According to the findings of the study, the franchise industry is still largely unknown among Indonesians even though it is a more profitable and capital-efficient business model than starting a new business. With certain rights and obligations carried out by each party based on the terms of the agreement set forth in the Civil Code, this franchise business can be launched immediately after an agreement is reached between the owner of the franchise right and the holder of the franchise right. franchise rights. However, apart from the basic contractual terms, the government-specific laws and regulations that serve as the legal framework for the growth of this franchise business are still very inadequate. As a result, many entrepreneurs continue to be "afraid" of starting this kind of business and instead prefer to build their own.

Abstract

Intellectual property is an object resulting from human intellectual activity, which is expressed in the form of copyrighted works or inventions. The issue of intellectual property for Indonesian songwriters has never been a good thing. This study uses a prescriptive legal method and examines law as a norm with misconceptions about legal protection. Secondary data becomes the main data. The specifications used are descriptive specifications. Copyright owners enjoy legal protection from the moment their work is transformed into a concrete form that complies with the Declarative Principles. Even if a work is protected because it can be clearly identified, the copyright owner must register the work in the Copyright Register for formal verification. There are two ways to resolve copyright disputes: litigation and non-litigation. Settlements outside the court include advice, mediation, negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. On the other hand, there are two pathways in litigation, one of which is the civil route. Violations can be subject to sanctions in the form of imprisonment and fines as stipulated in the copyright law.
