Abstract

The approach in this study uses a normative juridical approach. The juridical approach is an approach to the problem by looking at it from the point of view of the applicable laws and regulations, especially regarding the application of franchising as a form of agreement. Therefore, this type of research is normative relating to the principles and norms in the implementation of franchise agreements, namely between the franchisor and the franchisee. In this paper using primary and secondary data obtained from library materials in the form of laws, government regulations, the Civil Code and literature related to problems and derived from legal materials such as primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. A franchise agreement is a form of agreement involving the franchisor as the franchisor and the franchisee receiving the franchise. This legal relationship gives rise to binding rights and obligations for franchisors and franchisees. The franchise agreement includes an innominate agreement that is regulated outside the Criminal Code. Legal sanctions in violation of franchise agreements are regulated in Article 16 of Government Regulation Number 42 of 2007 where legal sanctions in the form of administrative sanctions are carried out through 3 (three) stages, namely giving written warnings, fines and/or revocation of franchise registration certificates.

Abstract

Weather is one of the main factors for the world of aviation in supporting flight safety. Because aircraft are included in the mode of transportation that occurs in the atmosphere, so it greatly influences the operation of aircraft. Bad weather can cause flight schedules to change suddenly, causing delays and threatening flight safety. Therefore it is necessary to carry out weather observations, these observations are carried out by an agency called the Meteorological Station. The implementation of weather observations requires meteorological tools, these tools are divided into two types, namely conventional tools and automatic tools. What must be considered from the weather observation tool at the Rahadi Oesman Ketapang Meteorological Station is its feasibility. Therefore, this study aims to determine the condition of weather observation tools in supporting flight safety and to determine the obstacles experienced by the Ketapang Meteorological Station and the handling of these obstacles. This study used qualitative research methods. The data needed is primary data in the form of interviews and observations. And secondary data documentation in the form of data obtained from the Rahadi Oesman Ketapang Meteorological Station, in addition to other data obtained through journals, articles, or previous research that has something to do with the research that researchers are doing. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the data obtained from this study, the tools used at the Rahadi Oesman Ketapang Meteorological Station are operationally feasible, as evidenced by the results in the latest calibration certificate. However, after the calibration was carried out the following month, several obstacles were found, such as conventional and automatic tools that had problems, such as broken glass thermometers, sensors and networks on AWOS and AWS, frequent interruptions occurred which prevented data transmission, and the rain gauge was damaged. Then constrained by a very minimal supply of spare parts, so it is necessary to increase the spare parts.

Abstract

A person in early childhood is at a fundamental age, and children need to be properly stimulated in a number of areas of development. One aspect of development that needs to be stimulated is the aspect of language development and one of the language skills is reading. One of the basic aspects of reading skills that needs to be stimulated in early childhood is the ability to recognize letters of the alphabet as a basis for learning to read at an early stage. In this regard, research was carried out using descriptive qualitative methods at RA Assidiqiyyah and RA PUI Al-Fatwa. The research was intended to find out educators' understanding of the importance of visual learning media innovation in facilitating the ability to recognize letters of the alphabet, the ability of children aged 4-5 years to recognize letters of the alphabet, and the use of learning media to facilitate the ability to recognize letters of the alphabet for children aged 4-5 years. From the research that has been done, it is found that the media used is still not innovative, even though educators understand the importance of visual media innovation very well.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a geological location where three plates meet and two oceans meet. Because of its geological location, Indonesia is a country that is vulnerable to disasters such as the tsunami disaster. Therefore, preparedness is needed to deal with these potential hazards. Preparedness is a series of activities carried out to anticipate disasters through appropriate and efficient steps. Preparedness is emphasized on the ability to take preparatory actions to face disaster emergencies quickly and precisely. At airports that are located in disaster-prone areas, of course, the preparedness of airport officers is of utmost concern. This preparedness can be in the form of training such as simulations and outreach. In addition to preparedness, preparation for disaster mitigation is also needed. This disaster mitigation can be in the form of constructing disaster-resistant buildings, installing evacuation signs and also making policies that are carried out when a disaster occurs. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then proceed with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results shown in this study are that the preparedness of airport officers at Yogyakarta International Airport has been very well prepared, namely by conducting training with related parties and also local residents. In addition, work instructions were also prepared so that they could be used as guidelines in the event of a tsunami disaster. Yogyakarta International Airport has prepared structural and non-structural disaster mitigation. This structural mitigation is in the form of building a building that can withstand an earthquake of 8.8 magnitude and a tsunami of 12 meters, making green belts, installing evacuation route signs, and activating an early warning system. The non-structural mitigation set at this airport is making policies that regulate how to mobilize resources during and after a disaster occurs and data on the amount of available resources. After the disaster, how the airport will be operated will be seen how big the impact is on the airport area.

Abstract

Land tenure by indigenous peoples tends to be ignored. This situation occurs because government policies do not pay attention to developments in land tenure by indigenous peoples. In essence, customary law is law that is recognized for public purposes. Because of this, the state and government should provide protection for the rights of indigenous peoples which are included in the state constitution. This is also stated in Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Regulations. Traditionally owned land or called ulayat land, in essence according to custom is land that cannot be contested and cannot be owned in the form of individuals. However, in these regulations, land can become land rights that can be owned individually without erasing the existence of customary land from customary law communities in Indonesia. The existence of customary law will never retreat or be displaced from the world of politics in building national law, considering that customary law has the ability to adapt and be flexible.

Abstract

Football is one of the biggest sports in the world, until now it has become a very large industry and involves a lot of money, including the large salaries of players in work agreements, and Indonesia is no exception. This phenomenon attracts attention not only for sponsors in terms of business, but for political actors as well as part of the political media for them. Football for some political elites is considered as a medium or a tool for them to communicate with audiences in the electoral politics sphere. This is done by conveying political information through a popular medium for many people, namely football. In this way, it can be understood that football also has its own spirit in the process of political constellation in Indonesia. The rapid development of football has made this sport a source as well as a tool to achieve certain goals. The goals can vary, ranging from the acquisition of capital capital to power, existence and ideologicalization. The goals desired through football were carried out by propaganda techniques that made it possible to achieve a desired goal. In essence, football and politics are two things that are identical but not the same. These two things are two battles to fight over something that has high intrinsic value. The rejection of the presence of the Israeli national team in the U-20 World Cup which led to the cancellation of Indonesia as the host led to various legal polemics and involved complex legal aspects. In this journal, we will discuss aspects of civil law using applicable laws in Indonesia regarding the cancellation.
