Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model to improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning theme 4 "Various Jobs". This research was conducted in class IV SD Negeri 064986 Medan Sandpaper. This research is class action research (classroom action research). The subjects in this study were 17 grade IV students at SD Negeri 064986 Medan Amplas. Instruments and data collection techniques used in this study are observation and testing. From the observation results, it was found that only 5 students scored above the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), and 12 students were below the KKM. The percentage of student learning outcomes only reached 29.91%. After taking action in cycle I, there was an increase in student learning outcomes. The percentage of student learning outcomes in the first cycle of the first meeting, namely 41.17%, and the percentage of student learning outcomes in the first cycle of the second meeting, namely 47.05% There was an increase in student learning outcomes by 17.63% in cycle I, from 29.41% at the time of observation to 47.05% at the end of cycle I. The percentage of student learning outcomes in cycle II at the first meeting, namely 64.70%, and the percentage of student learning outcomes in cycle II at the second meeting, namely 82.35%, There was an increase in student learning outcomes of 52.94% in cycle II, from 29.41% at the time of observation to 82.35% at the end of cycle II. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes in theme 4, "Various Jobs," for fourth grade students at SD Negeri 064986 Medan Amplas.

Abstract

Nowadays, there are quite a lot of teaching staff who experience difficulties in involving students to be active in class. Today's students are quite vulnerable to the risk of disengagement due to competing priorities and also barriers to social interaction. The use of interactive technology can encourage active learning and also provide a much better facilitation of student experiences and inclusion. This case study aims to examine the practical implications of one interactive technology on student learning experiences. This research shows that the application of interactive technology to learning methods is able to have a real positive impact on the learning experience of students. Apart from that, achieving learning outcomes and also the level of motivation is one of the impacts that can be obtained. This helps students engage genuinely in assessment tasks and make their voices heard without fear or influence from faculty or peer pressure. The research also identified several challenges including the lead time needed to train teachers and students to use technology more effectively. This research contributes to existing knowledge by providing evidence-based implications of the use of interactive technologies in higher education.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal: (1) the development strategy carried out by the Ende Regency Education and Culture Office to develop the potential of the historical tourist attraction of Soekarno's exile as a means of character education for students in Ende, (2) the level of student response in visiting the historical tourist attraction of Soekarno's exile in Ende. Ende Regency, and (3) character values that are role models for students towards the historical tourist attraction of the Soekarno Exile House in Ende. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research location is at the Soekarno Ende exile house site. The informants in this research were the head of the education and culture service, the head of the culture and tourism service, teachers and students, as well as the visiting community. Data collection techniques use (1) interviews, (2) observations, and (3) documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using three flows , namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the research show that: (1) The strategy for developing Soekarno's House of Exile includes: conducting outreach to the wider community through print and electronic media, a museum love program shown to students through outreach to school principals, and collaboration between the Department of Education and Culture to PPKn and history teachers, (2) The strategy for developing Soekarno's house of exile received a positive response from students, and (3) The character values that students exemplify towards the historical tourist attraction of Soekarno's house of exile, curiosity, responsibility, national spirit, and love of the homeland.

Abstract

Current developments require all aspects of life, one of which is in the field of education, so that they can carry out transformational changes in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0. This situation is what made the government change the education system so that educators can improve their performance as teachers, including counseling teachers, so they can implement guidance and counseling services that are oriented towards the industrial revolution 4.0. This research aims to find out whether information services through audio-visual media can be effective in increasing understanding about education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 among Mts Lab IKIP Al Washliyah Medan students. This type of research is quantitative research with the population being 60 students in class VIII MTs Lab IKIP Al Washliyah Medan. Sampling used a random sampling technique which received as many as 30 students. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire. The questionnaire used in this research is an educational questionnaire in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. with statistical data analysis. In this research, the data obtained shows that rcount is greater than rtable, namely 0.490 > 0.361 and has led to a better increase than before. This is known from the results of the t test which shows that tcount > ttable or 16.304 > 2.042. This shows that information services through audio-visual media can influence students' understanding of education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

is research aims to analyze the Allocation of Village Funds through the Establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) according to an Islamic Economic Perspective (Case Study of Bumdes in Lampung Province). The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Research procedures are an explanation of the steps that must be taken in a study. The research procedure steps include three things, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive analysis. This model has four analytical components, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research explain 1) All regencies/cities in Lampung Province have allocated an average of 10% of Village Funds to BumDes. This shows that the village government is serious in supporting the role of Bumdes to increase the economic growth of society in Lampung Province, and 2) Economic growth must be based on the values of faith, piety, and consistency and perseverance to let go of all the values of immorality and sin. This does not deny the existence of efforts and thoughts to catch up with all backwardness and underdevelopment in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

Agrolance dance work is representation of research results entitled " Combination of Bio-Organo- Minirel Fertilizers on Optimizing the Growth and Production of Tomatoes (Salanum Lycopersicum) In Dryland Environment " (2023) by Alfassabiq Khairi in the journal Agricultural Sciences which is research and concept ideas from this work. Through this creative study, the analogy that appears in each part of Agrolance's work is described to show the growth balance of tomato plants and fertilizer on dry land on the bodies of beginner dancers which is answered based on the experiences of the dancers' bodies through several weeks of experimentation to see the results of their bodies. This research also provides insight into interdisciplinary research in dance and science agriculture . These findings have important implications in today's arts and agriculture context, which faces challenges in creating inclusive spaces, scientific collaboration, and discovering experimental results. This research uses a case study method with a choreographic approach. Using a qualitative descriptive research method means getting data qualitatively, then writing it descriptively. The author, as the main instrument in this research, collected data by means of participant observation, unstructured interviews, and through dance work documents. In this work, the dancer is analogous to dry land, the movements produced by the dancer are the results of the tomato plant, organic fertilizer is consumption and daily activities carried out, and inorganic fertilizer is body exercise, taste exercise, bodily experience given by the choreographer to the dancer. The creation method in this work uses the exploration method as the initial part in developing the creativity of the creation process, improvisation to find movements by chance or spontaneously, composition to arrange the movements that have been obtained, as well as periodic corrective evaluation of the process.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the PjBL model in the era of independent learning in the Indonesian Language and Literature Development course. The PjBL model used focuses on product creation and involves students directly in the learning process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This research was carried out in the even semester of FY 2022-2023. The subjects in this research were 24 semester 6-V students of PGSD UMN Al Washliyah who were taking the Indonesian Language and Literature Development course. The data collection instruments used were observation sheets, questionnaires and student project assignments. The research results show that 91.6 % of the PjBL models used by lecturers during the teaching and learning process have succeeded in making students active, creative and innovative in understanding the material and producing products. This can also be seen from the results of the learning products of the Indonesian Language and Literature Development course, namely that students were able to produce an Anthology of Children's Stories which can be used as a medium or learning resource for Indonesian language subjects in elementary schools.

Abstract

Integrating local culture into the process of learning a foreign language has only recently begun to draw attention. Therefore, local culture-based English reading materials are a solution to attract students' interest in reading English. The objectives of this research are to develop the students’ English reading materials based on local culture at SMPN 32 Medan, to find out the validation of English reading material based on local culture at SMPN 32 Medan, and to explain the effectiveness of English reading material based on local culture at SMPN 32 Medan. This research adapted the R&D model proposed by Sugiyono (2013) with some modifications. The data was taken from students and teachers of SMPN 32 Medan and also expert judgment from Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al Washliyah Medan. The instruments of this research are questionnaire, documentation and test. The result of validation from the material expert judgment is 91.66% and the material expert judgment is 85.71%. It means that the product in very high category. The result of validation from the teacher is also high category, 88.63% . In addition, the product was also tested on students and the results showed a significant increase in scores after the students learned using the local culture-based reading materials. Unit 1 increased up to 10.36%, Unit 2 increased up to 12.15%, Unit 3 increased up to 14.06% and Unit 4 increased up to 15.26%. The average score of students, which was previously the highest at 78, increased to 89. The conclusion based on the research results shows that these English reading materials can be adopted as teaching materials as additional learning for English lessons that are interesting, contextual, and adapted to the Merdeka curriculum.

Abstract

The idea of sustainable finance is becoming more and more important in today's fast-paced global world, pushing financial institutions to take the effects on the environment, society, and economy into account when conducting business. The primary resource for reporting sustainable performance is the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Nevertheless, there are still few comprehensive studies on the application of BRI Syariah and Bank Muamalat's sustainable finance concept in the context of the sharia financial sector, particularly when it comes to evaluating the sector's performance from 2018 to 2020. The research question is: What impact does the sharia financial sector's performance have from the application of the concept of sustainable finance, as defined by "first movers on sustainable banking" and based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)? and what and what is the impact of implementing the sustainable finance concept "first movers on sustainable banking" based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) on the performance of the sharia financial sector ? . This kind of research is classified as qualitative, and it is specifically descriptive in nature. A secondary source is the data source that was used. Time triangulation, literature analysis, and documentation are some of the methods used in data collection. After that, the data was examined through data reduction, data visualization, and conclusion-making. Based on GRI guidelines, BRI Syariah has successfully implemented sustainable financial concepts with satisfactory economic performance, including market adaptation and moderate growth. Actions taken in the field of green banking, like funding TJSL, CSR, and sustainable agriculture as well as renewable energy, benefit society. In the areas of the economy, environment, and society, Bank Muamalat Indonesia has also been successful in putting the GRI sustainable finance concept into practice. Liquidity, fund raising, and efficient asset management all demonstrate its financial sustainability.

Abstract

Source: Many formal laws are used by judges to decide a case. What just? The answer is that there are five sources of formal law that can be used by judges, i.e., laws, customs, treaties, jurisprudence, and doctrine. Usually, the judge decides a case based on laws, agreements, international law, and jurisprudence. If it turns out no, there is a source; that's what can be done to give an answer about the law, then searching for the opinions of scholars or knowledge of the law Knowledge law is source law, but no law like the Constitution has strength binding. So, you can just say that source law is many formal laws used by judges to decide a case, called laws, agreements, treaties, and jurisprudence. Treaty as Agreement International in the National Legal System Article 11 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia only authorizes the president, with the authority of the DPR RI, to make agreements with other countries. creation and validation agreement internationally.
