Abstract

The Wafa method is a method of learning the Qur'an by maximizing the right brain function, the hallmark of this method is reading the Qur'an with hijaz tones, SMPIT Al Furqon Palembang is one of the elementary schools that applies the Wafa method in learning the Qur'an. This Wafa method is newly applied because it previously applied the Ustmani method. The type of research used is field research using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews (structured and unstructured) and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions (verification). However, the teaching strategy used by the teacher is in accordance with the Wafa guidebook. The teacher uses the 5P method (Opening, Experience, Teaching, Assessment and Closing).

Abstract

At first, Arabic language lessons at MTs Raudatul Mubtadi’in were still very low regarding students’ critical thinking, and there were students learning difficulties in understanding Arabic, so there was a need to find a way to overcome this problem, namely by applying the discovery learning method with a scientific approach so that students could improve. Students’ critical thinking. The aim of this research is to improve critical thinking skills, develop a Discovery learning model with a scientific approach and student learning outcomes in the Arabic language subject at MTS Raudhatul Mubtadi’in Kaliwadas. This research uses qualitative methods with a scientific approach. The subjects of this research were 25 students of class IX MTS Raudatul Mubtadi’in. Data sources come from teachers, students and documents. Based on the research results, the learning process by applying the discovery learning model using a scientific approach can improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the discovery learning model using a scientific approach can improve critical thinking skills and maximum and effective learning outcomes in MTS Raudlatul Mubtadiin Kaliwadas Arabic language lessons.

Abstract

Temper tantrums are an emotional behavior that is often experienced by children at an early age. This behavior can affect children's learning environment in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). This research aims to identify the influence of temper tantrums on children's learning environment at PAUD Al-Amin Harun Talun. Data was collected through observation and interviews with PAUD teachers and children's parents. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative survey or questionnaire research methods. The results of this research show that temper tantrums can affect children's learning processes, social interactions, learning atmosphere, and the welfare of teachers and staff at PAUD Al-Amin Harun Talun.

Abstract

Inclusive education is an education delivery system that provides opportunities for all students who have disabilities and have potential intelligence and/or special talents to participate in education or learning in one educational environment together with students in general. National Education System Law no. 20 of 2003, Article 5 paragraphs 1 and 2, states that every citizen has the same right to quality education and citizens with physical, emotional, mental, intellectual and social disabilities have the right to receive special education. Children with special needs receive a good education to develop their abilities and potential and receive educational services tailored to their needs. This type of research is field research, the researcher comes directly to the research site and makes observations regarding the problems that exist in the management of inclusive education at SMPN 23 Banjarmasin. This research approach is descriptive qualitative, collecting data from a natural setting with the intention of interpreting a phenomenon that occurs. Planning for new student admissions at SMPN 23 Banjarmasin begins with the formation of a new student admissions committee led by the general chairman, principal, chief executive, secretary, treasurer and other members. Organizing was carried out in the formation of a committee to determine the requirements for new students, then four stages were created, namely, recruitment, selection of new students, orientation of new students, and placement of students. Special supervising teachers (GPK) play a very important role in looking after children with special needs (ABK), the implementation of learning there, subject teachers also work together with GPK teachers, SMPN 23 Banjarmasin using the 2013 curriculum. Supervision at SMPN 23 Banjarmasin is recorded, the The homeroom teacher takes notes about his students, and the recording for ABK is carried out by the GPK. Reporting uses report cards to determine student progress.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how Color Box media can be applied and increase students' enthusiasm for learning. So that learning is more interesting and students more easily understand learning. The method used is an experiment by giving pre-test and post-test to students. Make observations to see student activity. The research was carried out in two stages, namely action planning and action implementation. The results obtained are that students are enthusiastic about participating because all play an active role in the learning process and improve learning outcomes. The audio group had the most prominent activity compared to the other groups (visual and kinesthetic).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine (1) the learning motivation of fifth grade students at MIN Sibuhuan. (2) Implementation of the probing prompting learning model to increase the learning motivation of class V MIN Sibuhuan students. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was carried out in class V of MIN Sibuhuan. The data sources in this research were divided into two, namely (1) primary data, namely students of class V MIN Sibuhuan (2) secondary data, namely class V teachers of MIN Sibuhuan. Data collection techniques in this research were obtained through observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is a qualitative data analysis technique. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that (1) The learning motivation of class V MIN Sibuhuan students pre-cycle is still low, namely 4 students or 12.50% have "very good" learning motivation, 8 students or 25.00% have "good" learning motivation, 15 students or 46.88% had "fairly good" learning motivation, 5 students or 15.63% had "poor" learning motivation, no students had "very poor" motivation. (2) The implementation of the probing prompting learning model to increase the learning motivation of class V students of MIN Sibuhuan cycle I has begun to increase, namely 6 students or 28.13% have "very good" learning motivation, 15 students or 46.88% have "good" learning motivation. , 8 students or 25.00% had "quite good" learning motivation, there were no students with "poor" learning motivation, no students had "very poor" motivation. In cycle II, the learning motivation of class V MIN Sibuhuan students had increased, namely 21 students or 65.63% had "very good" learning motivation, 10 students or 31.25% had "good" learning motivation, 1 student or 3.13% had "good" learning motivation. "fairly good", there are no students with "poor" motivation to learn, there are no students with "very poor" motivation.

Abstract

This research begins with a phenomenon that occurs in foster children who experience social and personal problems, such as foster children who do not like criticism from other people, do not understand social ethics and participate less in social situations and even prefer to be alone. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services in improving the social adjustment of the Aisyiyah Orphanage Foundation in Pariaman City. This research uses a quantitative approach with pre-experiment method, one group pre-test and post-test. Samples used in This research was 8 students. The instrument used in this research is a scale measurement, namely a scale developed to measure the social adjustment of foster children. The data analysis technique uses the Wiloxon Rank Test. The results obtained inThis research is a pre-test score with a total score of 259 and a post-test score with a total score 531, after the scale was introduced and the results were very effective because the hypothesis was accepted shows the Aaymp.sig value of 0.012, less than 0.05, so there is a difference in scores before and after implementing group guidance services to improve the social adjustment of foster children at the Aisyiyah orphanage in Pariaman City.

Abstract

This research begins with the phenomenon that occurs in students who carry out bullying behavior, such as students who like to bully weak students, students who mock themselves with harsh, impolite words, students who insult each other with students, people who are involved in bullying, constant isolation. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services in reducing bullying behavior at MTsN 3 Pariaman city. This research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one group pre-test and post-test method. The sample used in this research was 8 students. The instrument used in this research is a measurement scale, namely a scale developed to measure student bullying behavior. The data analysis technique uses the Wiloxon Rank Test. The results obtained in this study were a pre-test score with a total score of 337 and a post-test score with a total score of 567, after the scale was introduced and the results were very effective because the hypothesis was accepted which showed an Aaymp.sig value of 0.012 less than 0.05 so there was Differences in scores before and after implementing group guidance services to reduce bullying behavior in MTsN 3 Kota Pariaman students.

Abstract

Basic administration is very important in Islamic education, because without good administration it is very difficult for Islamic education to run smoothly to achieve the expected goals, namely the formation of a Muslim personality and piety to Allah SWT. In the administrative process, the main functions are planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. Planning in the administration of Islamic education really determines the goals to be achieved by an organization in Islamic education that will be able to run smoothly if there are principles of freedom of justice and deliberation. The actuating (implementation) function is to lead, including providing motivation, directing subordinates to work with high willingness and efficiency to achieve organizational goals. Finally, the controlling (supervision) function in Islamic education is a continuous monitoring process to ensure the consistent implementation of planning, both material and spiritual. The basic principles of administration in Islamic education include faith and morals, justice and equality, deliberation and division of work and tasks.

Abstract

Human resource management in the lecturer profession is an important field of science to study considering the very important role of lecturers in the education system in higher education as stated in article 1 number 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers. Lecturers have a very important role in the education system at Islamic universities, not only conveying knowledge, but also as scientists and pioneers in serving society as well as transforming, developing and disseminating knowledge and shaping the character of the nation through applicable values and norms. .
