Abstract

Intensive use of inorganic fertilizers causes damage to soil ecosystem and environment. While, the utilization of biofertilizers holds significant potential in enhancing soil health and increasing crop yields as a viable solution for achieving more sustainable agricultural practices. This literature review explores biofilm biofertilizers (BBF) and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR), examining their applications in improving soil-plant health, growth, and productivity. Employing Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodologies, scientific literature from 2012 to 2022 was analyzed following PRISMA guidelines. Reputable journals indexed in Google Scholar and E-Journal Springer were selected, and relevant keywords were used to gather primary references. Results demonstrate that PGPR from various genera (Serratia sp., Bacillus sp., Pseudomonas sp., Streptomyces sp., and Cyanobacteria) produce growth promoters like indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), gibberellins, ethylene, and cytokinins. Combining BBF with chemical fertilizer can reduce chemical usage by up to 48%, reducing reliance on them. BBF containing PGPR exhibit potential to enhance agronomic of food crops traits and promote sustainable farming practices in Indonesia. Keywords: Systematic review, Biofilm, Biofilm Biofertilizer, Sustainable farming, Indonesia

The results of this study indicate that most students experience functional dyspepsia. The results of this study indicate the factors associated with functional dyspepsia in college students, namely eating regularity (0.021). Meanwhile, factors that were not related to functional dyspepsia included stress level (p = 0.162), history of NSAID consumption (p = 0.112), and irritative diet (p = 0.380) There is a relationship between eating regularity and functional dyspepsia. Instruments for collecting data are student activity assessment sheets and tests. After the data was analyzed, it was obtained that the use of instructional video media was categorized as very good with a percentage of 77.03% and learning outcomes were categorized as good with an average learning result of 89.59. After the data were analyzed using the Paired Sample Test, it was found that the sig (2-tailed) value was 0.000 0.05, so it was concluded that there was a difference in the average pre-test and post-test scores. The calculated t value is negative, which is -9.017, which means that the pre-test value is lower than the post-test. To measure the level of effectiveness using the normalized gain test, an average gain value of 60.74 is obtained, which means that the use of instructional video media is quite effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This article aims to understand the level of involvement of Catholic youth in the field of koinonia and to formulate strategies to increase their participation. Catholic youth, aged between 13 and 35 years and unmarried, play a crucial role in the development of the Catholic Church and are responsible for the sanctification of life and active participation in fellowship. However, the phenomenon shows that many young Catholics are losing interest in church activities and tend to be more attracted to worldly activities than spiritual ones. This creates a challenge in maintaining their engagement in the field of koinonia (fellowship). In this article, the author employs a qualitative approach, reviewing books and journals to elaborate on the content to be discussed. The results of this research indicate that the presence of Catholic youth in koinonia activities is very minimal, though their involvement in each activity is already active. Therefore, Catholic youth still need encouragement to increase their attendance in every Introduction group prayer activity, recollection, liturgical celebration, catechesis, and leadership training.
