Abstract

The Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) is the government's effort to deal with land matters, especially in terms of granting land legality. Regulations regarding the PTSL program are included in the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 6 of 2018 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration. Rumbai District still faces obstacles in implementing PTSL due to the slow process of making land certificates. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a case study method with a research focus, namely describing community participation in the implementation of the PTSL program in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. Research is located at the Pekanbaru City Land Office and Rumbai District. Data collection uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data presentation and data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The technique for testing the validity of data uses source triangulation. The concept used is the stages of community participation by Sutarta (in Tawai Yusuf, 2017). The research results show that community participation in the PTSL program has not been implemented well. The factors inhibiting community participation in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City are a lack of transparency and less than optimal socialization. To increase community participation, Pekanbaru City BPN must be able to prioritize transparency in the implementation of PTSL as well as ongoing socialization

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems that often arise in the school environment, for example the lack of discipline among students to follow existing school regulations. Student discipline is often a problem in schools, especially in secondary schools, where students grow up and begin to learn about their identities through imitation, because low discipline can lead to negative student behavior, negative student behavior due to poor self-discipline triggers various violations in school. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence from the implementation of cadet-based regulations on the discipline of Taruna Sakti Pekanbaru Middle School students. This type of research uses an associative quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, interviews and literature studies. After considering the data and discussion, it was found that the F test produced F_tab = 4.11 and F_hit = 35.887sq. Since F_hit is greater than F_tab, we can conclude that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on this statement, the research hypothesis is accepted. In addition, the influence of cadet-based regulations on student discipline is at a moderate level. Based on the results of these calculations, it can be explained that the relationship value (R) is 0.712. From this output, we get a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.506, which means the independent variable (Student Based Regulations) to the dependent variable (Student Discipline) is 50.6%. Based on the results and discussion in this research, it can be concluded that Cadet-Based Regulations have a positive influence on Student Discipline at Taruna Sakti Pekanbaru Middle School.

Abstract

The process of making a saw locking shaft is a crucial step in ensuring the reliability and safety of the saw machine. The crux of the problem at hand is the need for a locking shaft with sufficient strength and resistance to secure the saw blade in position during operation. The aim of this research is to design and produce saw locking shafts using a lathe and milling machine. This research was carried out in a local lathe workshop, which has facilities for turning and milling processes. The method used in this research was experimental using ST 37 steel as the basic material. The manufacturing process involves a turning stage to achieve the desired dimensions and a milling stage to ensure conformity to shape and tolerance. The research results show that the resulting saw locking shaft has the right dimensions and a smooth surface. The conclusion of this research is that the saw locking shaft made using ST 37 steel through conventional turning and milling processes succeeded in meeting the expected specifications. This success shows the effectiveness of the method used and provides a solid basis for the production of saw locking shafts on a larger scale.
