Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and work environment on the performance of employees of the Surabaya Region III airport authority. This type of research is quantitative. The type of data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. Secondary data is data obtained by the author indirectly, namely data from the Surabaya Region III Airport Authority office. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of simultaneous testing of work discipline (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2) and Work Environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated F is 10,284 F table 2.76 with a significance of 0.000. Because the significance level is smaller than 0.05, it means that Work Discipline (X₁), Job Satisfaction (X₂), and Work Environment (X₃) together have a significant influence on employee performance. Work discipline is really needed by every employee, because it is a means to train the employee's personality so that they always show good performance. This is very important in influencing the performance of Surabaya Region III Airport Authority employees. With work discipline, satisfaction and a good environment, employees will feel comfortable at work and have a commitment to where they work.

Abstract

The efficiency and effectiveness of public bodies has a direct effect on public satisfaction. Service quality is the main factor in community satisfaction. People's happiness is influenced by public services. The public has the right to receive quality services that meet the principles and objectives of service delivery. This research is explanatory quantitative research. The research was conducted by the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office. This research investigates how the quality and effectiveness of services influence people's satisfaction. This research examines physical evidence, income, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, service effectiveness and community satisfaction. This research took a sample of 100 people. Data was obtained using a direct survey of respondents. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test using SPSS for Windows. The reliability, responsiveness, guarantee and effectiveness of the services of the Ministry of Religion of Mojokerto Regency statistically influence community satisfaction. Empathy does not affect people's satisfaction.

Abstract

There aren't many studies that address ABK's speech delay, but research reports on similar topics can be found easily. Therefore, the author concentrates on explaining the teacher's way of dealing with children's speech delays. This study aims to find out how teachers and parents deal with children with speech delay disorders. This research was conducted using qualitative case study method. The results showed that some of the children's characteristics were unable to understand and respond to peers, parents, or adults around them; they were less likely to talk (quiet), unable to form simple sentences when asked something; they often used vague, rigid, or stammered language because they lacked vocabulary; and they usually used confused language when speaking. To encourage delays in children's speech, strategy treatment is carried out: 1) training children to speak correctly, slowly, and repeatedly; and 2) always pay attention to grammar when speaking.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the critical thinking abilities of Class X IPS and XI IPS students in solving story problems in the Economics subject.  The research method used is a qualitative research method.  The subjects in this study were students of class X IPS S, totaling 13 students and XI IPS, totaling 27 students.  The type of data collected is in the form of qualitative data, namely the results of tests of students' critical thinking skills and the results of interviews.  Data was analyzed based on indicators.  The results of data analysis show that not all students have the critical thinking category, only students in the high category are able to solve critical thinking questions.  Meanwhile, students in the medium and low categories do not yet have actual critical thinking skills in terms of making further explanations and providing conclusions.  Keywords: Analysis, Critical Thinking Ability.

Abstract

Technological developments are increasingly rapid, so that the learning process requires educators to be creative and innovative to achieve learning goals. Hajj is one of the Fiqh materials that students must study. Thus, to find out whether there is a relationship between cognitive results and psychomotor results for MAN 1 Bandung students on the Hajj chapter of fiqh material using the PjBL model, research was conducted in class X 2 of MAN 1 Bandung students. The research method uses a correlational quantitative approach, data processing uses a simple linear regression test with the result that the regression coefficient is positive (unidirectional), amounting to 0.679, meaning, if cognitive results increase by 1 unit, then psychomotor results will increase by around 1.679, meaning: if cognitive results increase is 1.679, then the psychomotor results will also increase by 1.679, so there is a relationship between cognitive results and students' psychomotor results using the PjBL learning model.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Find out whether there is an increase in social studies learning outcomes with the theme of caring for living things, environmental material as a resource between classes that use comic media and classes that use conventional media, 2) How big is the difference in social studies learning outcomes with environmental material as a resource? class students who use comic media and classes who use conventional media. The type of research used is quantitative research with experimental research methods. The research design used was a quasi experimental design with a pretest-posttest form. The data analysis technique used in this research is the two-sample t test to improve social studies learning outcomes between classes that use comic media and classes that use conventional media, seen from the results of calculating post-test and pre-test class learning outcomes using the N test. -Gain shows that there is an increase of 0.68 in the medium category (2) there is a difference of 0.68 in social studies learning outcomes on the theme of caring for living things, environmental materials as a resource between classes that use comic media and classes that use conventional media, if you look at it from the results of calculations on the learning outcomes of the experimental class using the two-sample T test, it shows that tcount = 7.05890 ttable = 2.01290 with a significance level of 5%, meaning that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected;

Abstract

Background: Low knowledge about reproductive health will allow adolescent girls to be minimal in maintaining cleanliness during menstruation. One of the activities carried out to increase the knowledge of young women is to provide health education about menstrual hygiene management (MHM). Method: This study used quantitative design with quasi-experimental method and one group pretest-posttest design research design. The sample of this study was 50 grade VII junior high school students taken using cluster random sampling technique. The analysis used used the Wilcoxon statistical test. Results: After being given education about MHM with the lecture method using slide media and e-booklets, the results were obtained that there was an increase in the mean value of the pretest to posttest. The results of respondents' pretest knowledge level in the good (20%), sufficient (46%), and less (34%) categories experienced changes in posttest results to good (94%), sufficient (4%), and less (2%). The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test also show that there is an influence of providing menstrual hygiene management education on the knowledge of adolescent girls with p value (0.000) α (0.05). Conclusion: The provision of menstrual hygiene management education effectively increases the knowledge of adolescent girls at SMP N 35 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes through the use of interactive quiz learning media based on the kahoot application in class X-1 economics at SMA Negeri 1 Rimba Melintag. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were 26 students of class X-1 SMA Negeri 1 Rimba Melintang. The data collection is done through documentation and tests. This study uses two cycles where there are several actions, namely action planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques using observation, and learning achievement tests. Based on the results of research on learning outcomes there is an increase in each cycle. In cycle I, the Pre-Test score of 65% (17 students) achieved a score above KKM 70 and 35% (9 students) had not achieved learning completeness, the Post-Test score (22 students) achieved learning completeness and (4 students students) have not yet achieved mastery learning. In cycle II, the Pre-Test score was 73% (19 students) achieving a score above the KKM and 27% (7 students) did not achieve learning completeness, the Post-Test score was 100% (26 students) learning completeness. Thus it can be concluded that the use of interactive quiz media based on the kahoot application can improve the learning outcomes of class X-1 students of SMA Negeri 1 Rimba Melintang.

Abstract

This research aims to present a general overview of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at SDN Grinting 01 class II, along with an analysis of the components and stages that support and hinder the implementation of the project. The research design used was exploratory qualitative. Class II students at SDN Grinting 01, instructors and principals were the subjects of this research. Documentation, interviews, and observation are the three methods used to collect data. The Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) project has been implemented and is functioning effectively in accordance with its objectives, according to research results. The theme of the P5 curriculum in class II is "Local Wisdom". supporting components. School Principals, Teachers, Parents and the surrounding community are among the parties who support the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project, providing assistance in its implementation. Teachers' ignorance of the Independent Curriculum and the lack of information and competency training are obstacles in implementing the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project, even though P5 is a fairly significant advance in the field of education.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the institutional word method on the beginning reading ability of class I students at SDN Kalibuntu. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with quasi-experimental methods. The population in this research is class I which consists of classes Ia and Ib at SDN Kalibuntu. In this study, two classes were used as samples. Class Ia is the control class and class Ib is the experimental class. The instruments used in this research include interviews, pretest, posttest and documentation. The research results show that the institutional word method can influence the beginning reading ability of class I students at SDN Kalibuntu. This can be seen through the results of the proposed hypothesis test. Hypothesis testing uses the t-test with a significance level α = 0.05 with degrees of freedom (n-2) namely 23. With the acceptance criterion Ha if tcountttable. Obtained 12.29702 2.069 thus Ha is accepted with a confidence level of 95%. This shows that there is an influence from the use of the institutional word method on the beginning reading abilities of class I students at SDN Kalibuntu in the 2023/2024 academic year.
