Abstract

To maintain a good name in the eyes of its customers, a company competes in terms of service or price. A good and reliable payment system will increase the number of buyers, making it easier for business actors to achieve their goals to get maximum profit. Not only that, the price also carries a markup that is specifically related to customer complaints. The term "price" refers to any form of monetary compensation that consumers may use to evaluate, obtain, and utilize various combinations of goods and services from a single product. A product is anything that can be sold at a discount to be noticed, bought, used, or consumed and that can satisfy a need or tendency. Regardless of the form a product takes when it is manufactured, a company's level of customer service is an important issue. The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between price, product quality, and customer service in relation to purchase intent. The focus of the study was approximately 1,894 consumers who purchased Honda vehicles in 2021. The data analysis methodology uses segregated regression analysis. By performing the Instrumental Test and the Classical Assumption Test, the study findings show that price, product quality, and customer service, whether occurring simultaneously or sequentially, have a significant influence on buyer intent.

Abstract

The Middle East is a highly dynamic and unstructured regional system in which power relations are fluid, competitive, and volatile. Inevitably, the fluidity of power and the competition of a regional hegemonic power have invited external intervention. Furthermore, the region’s dynamism not only has exacerbated the subsystem’s fragmentation into sub-regions but also has afforded opportunities for the better-endowed small Arab states to play in the greater game of regional power politics. Due to its geopolitical importance, any inter-and intra-state conflict in the Middle East has the potential not only of destabilizing the region as a whole or upset the regional balance of power but also to affect global stability. For these reasons, the Middle East has been a major center of world affairs; an economically, politically, and culturally sensitive area. The purpose of this analysis is to provide an account of international relations and the concept of power in the contemporary Middle East. To address the question of regional order, attention will focus on the policies of the main actors such as Saudi Arabia, Iran, Turkey, Yemen, the United States, and other non-state actors.

Abstract

In accordance with SKEP/2765/XII/2010 regulations, all those who will enter the airport area must first be checked through the Security Check Point. The problem is with the equipment used to check passenger goods through the Security Check Point. Work equipment with adequate conditions in a condition suitable for use and properly maintained can make it easier for the operation process to run smoothly so that items that are prohibited or not allowed to enter the aircraft cabin are prevented from escaping. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is arranged systematically from interviews, observation and documentation. Qualitative research is research that is applied to conduct investigations, make discoveries, describe and explain the quality of influence without being able to give a description, measure or describe using a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the interviews and observations, it can be explained that the Security Check Point equipment must be checked regularly and recorded starting from the Aviation Security officer's report to the Airport Electronics technician officer. 4 X-ray equipment only 1 X-ray has problems so the inspection process is sometimes closed, 4 WalkTrough Metal Detector equipment is safely under control for inspection. In some HandHeld Metal Detector tools, problems often occur, the HandHeld Metal Detector report is not attached because if the sensor from the HandHeld Metal Detector equipment experiences problems, the equipment is immediately replaced with a new one.
