<![CDATA[Pancasila is the spirituality that animates the life of the Indonesian nation. This paper aims to describe Pancasila as the spirituality of life for the Indonesian people. Based on the results of research in 2015 entitled "Articulating Pancasila as the spirituality of the pluralistic life of the Indonesian nation: a philosophical study", the researchers affirm and promote the relevance of Pancasila as the spirituality of the Indonesian people's life. The research method used in this paper is qualitative with a heuristic and hermeneutics approach. The results or findings of this study indicate that Pancasila originates from the culture of the Indonesian nation. It is an extract or crystallization of cultural values that are life principles of the Indonesian people. Therefore, the articulation of Pancasila as the spirituality of the Indonesian people's life seems relevant. The benefit of this research is to broaden the horizons of Pancasila in the life of the Indonesian people. In addition, this research is also useful for strengthening the commitment of the Indonesian people in implementing, affirming, and promoting the values of Pancasila in the practice of life.]]>

<![CDATA[In investing, most people will try to make investments such as investing in stocks, property, saving in banks, even forex trading and others because what they know is that there are so many benefits from investing. It turns out that the ease of investing using only mobile devices has a positive but also a negative impact, many parties are taking advantage of this momentum to seek their own profit by creating "false investment" facilities. This study aims to find out what steps the government can take to overcome the problem of online-based investment fraud that occurs in Indonesia. The research method used is juridical and normative with a statutory, conceptual, and literary approach. From the issues raised, it can be concluded: that people must really understand about investing, especially in the field of online investment to prevent online-based investment fraud.]]>

<![CDATA[The holding of the general election for President and Vice President which is held simultaneously but in the implementation of the general election still uses the threshold conditions. The threshold conditions are obtained from the results of the previous election. The Constitutional Court affirmed that the threshold requirement for simultaneous general elections is constitutional. The purpose of the study is to examine the relevance of the Presidential Threshold with simultaneous elections. The research method is normative legal research. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Presidential Threshold must follow the development of the general election, namely simultaneous elections and the Presidential Threshold only limiting the people's right to get many presidential and vice presidential candidates.]]>

<![CDATA[The current method that is very appropriate for limiting children's social interactions while preventing the practice of minor human rights violations is to get more intense in inviting children to actualize what they see and read into human rights theory through a case study approach. The research method used in this theory is the Creswell case study, the focus of the case study is the specification of the case in an event, whether it includes individuals, cultural groups or a portrait of life. The results of this study indicate that elementary school children more easily understand the theory that is transformed in the form of the case method by the teacher. This is because the case study approach is carried out based on practice or actualization through a good habit process.]]>

<![CDATA[Entrepreneurship education through learning Civics Education can foster the entrepreneurial character of students from an early age. In general, this research aims to obtain descriptive information regarding the application of the blended learning model in Civics learning to build the entrepreneurial character of students at SMA Negeri 4 Kota Ternate. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results illustrate that the application of the blended learning model in Civics learning at SMA Negeri 4 Kota Ternate can build the entrepreneurial character of students because: 1) availability of Information and Technology (IT) facilities in the classroom (such as projectors, laptops and smartphones) that are sufficient to support blended learning in an interesting, creative and innovative way; 2) the application of the blended learning model in Civics learning can optimize the formation of mindsets, explore interests and talents, and learner independence in entrepreneurship. In the future, this research can be further developed by creating an entrepreneurship learning model based on local wisdom so that it is able to develop students' entrepreneurial character well.]]>

<![CDATA[Character education is the main concern and benchmark for educational success. Until now the concept and results of the implementation of character education have not been fully successful. Therefore, one of the objectives of this research is to examine the strengthening of the values of the Bugis community regarding macca na lempu in a character education perspective. Through the literature study conducted, it was found that the values of macca and lempu are an inseparable unit. The strengthening strategy can be carried out through learning, exemplary, strengthening and habituation.]]>

<![CDATA[Implementation of the policy of Governor Regulation Number 58 of 2020 concerning Karang Taruna in Manado City, North Sulawesi Province. Karang Taruna is one of the nation's strengths that has the potential to be developed to build the nation and state. Karang Taruna Sulawesi Utara works based on Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 58 Tahun 2020 concerning Karang Taruna Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the policy of this regulation, along with its supporting and inhibiting factors. The author found that there were mismanagement of Karang Taruna of the City of Manado who did not understand well their functions as members of Karang Taruna, namely apathy or indifference in holding the position of Karang Taruna administrators, there were no plans to carry out their functions, in carrying out the functions of Karang Taruna, and do not have programs or activities so that regional regulations are not implemented properly. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the legal protection of company trademarks and the legal consequences of counterfeiting trademarks. Marks have an important role in trade traffic for both registered brand owners and consumers to be able to recognize the quality of the products used so that there is a need for protection of the mark. This research is a normative juridical research with an analytical perspective. Trademark protection appears after the mark is registered because UUMIG adheres to a constitutive principle where the right to a mark arises after registration, therefore the use of a mark without rights has legal consequences both civilly in the form of a lawsuit for compensation and criminally in the form of imprisonment and fines. The research results show that legal protection for trademarks in Indonesia and internationally is given after the mark is registered. This also applies to well-known brands for goods and services that are similar or not. The legal consequences of using a mark without rights are civil or criminal. Civil lawsuits for misuse of marks from unauthorized parties can be in the form of material or immaterial compensation, while criminal legal consequences can be in the form of imprisonment and fines.]]>

<![CDATA[Following up on demands for the seaworthiness of ships described in the shipping law, the Minister of Sea Transportation issued a Minister of Transportation Regulation Number PM 110 of 2016 concerning Ship Safety Inspector Officers. Factors causing ship accidents are the non-fulfillment of ship safety and seaworthiness standard requirements in accordance with statutory provisions and government regulations or policies that have been stipulated. This study aims to reveal the implementation of the ship's seaworthiness certification policy and the determinants of the implementation of the ship's seaworthiness certification policy. This study used qualitative methods using observation and interviews as data collection methods. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the ship's seaworthiness certification policy based on the focus studied is the size and objectives of the policy, human resources, KSOP commitment, PKKK officials, KSOP have a good relationship with ship operators, and obstacles to obtaining a seaworthiness certificate. The determinants of the implementation of ship seaworthiness certification policies are the attitude of the implementer, communication and coordination between agents, and sources of funds]]>

<![CDATA[Discretion or policy must of course be in line with Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration providing clear parameters regarding the use of discretion by Government Officials so that it can be measured with certainty which discretion is permitted to be issued and implemented and which discretion is deviant or against the law. This study uses normative juridical legal research with a conceptual approach. The results of this study indicate that the permit approval for the use of the coastline of Malalayang Satu Village, Malalayang District, which is used as an activity for loading and unloading of excavated material c outside the port area, does not have an official permit or is illegal. The approval for granting permits conflicts with North Sulawesi Provincial Government Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the spatial plan for the province of North Sulawesi for 2014 – 2034. in tourism zoning so that the Discretion or policy of the Head of the Manado Port Authority and Harbormaster Office regarding granting permits to utilize the coastline of Malalayang Satu Exit, Malalayang District becomes invalid]]>
