Abstract

Coastal ecosystems, especially mangroves and seagrass beds, play a crucial role in maintaining the balance and sustainability of coastal ecosystems. Besides being a natural bulwark against storms and ocean waves, mangroves are unique in their ability to absorb and store carbon dioxide in their biomass and mud soil. Meanwhile, seagrass beds support the sustainability of coastal ecosystems and act as sinks for substantial marine carbon. Logging or damaging these ecosystems can result in massive releases of carbon, exacerbating climate change. Therefore, the conservation and restoration of mangroves and seagrass beds through research methods and sustainable policy implementation is essential to maintain global environmental sustainability and mitigate the impacts of climate change.

Abstract

The 21st century witnesses an unprecedented surge in technological breakthroughs, profoundly reshaping human engagement with the world. Technology, from smartphones to artificial intelligence, permeates daily life, altering interactions and perceptions. This paper examines the multifaceted relationship between humanity and technology, exploring its implications, opportunities, and challenges. Technology enhances efficiency, communication, and access to information, catalyzing productivity and global connectivity. Key technological trends, including AI, IoT, blockchain, and renewable energy, reshape industries and societal dynamics. While technology offers benefits, it also poses challenges such as job displacement, privacy breaches, and health issues. To navigate the future, a balanced approach is essential, with initiatives promoting digital literacy and equitable access. Government regulations must safeguard privacy rights and foster ethical technology development. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah menjadi sejarah peradaban manusia yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kehidupan manusia melalui peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas. Era digital membawa perkembangan pesat seperti kehadiran artificial intelligence, big data, dan otomatisasi yang mengubah perilaku manusia. Dalam konteks pendidikan, teknologi menghadirkan dilema tentang peran guru dan administrator yang bisa digantikan oleh mesin, serta mengubah pola komunikasi di bidang pendidikan secara global. Di tengah era VUCA, pemimpin pendidikan harus adaptif terhadap perubahan yang cepat, tidak pasti, kompleks, dan ambigu. Pentingnya mengantisipasi perkembangan teknologi digital dalam pola asuh dan pendidikan Generasi Alpha juga ditekankan. Generasi ini lahir dengan kecenderungan melek teknologi, namun juga menghadapi risiko kecanduan gadget dan penurunan interaksi sosial. Pendekatan pendidikan yang melibatkan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat diperlukan untuk memberikan fondasi yang kokoh. Meskipun teknologi terus berkembang, penanaman nilai-nilai spiritual, kebangsaan, dan kearifan lokal tetap esensial sebagai pedoman hidup Generasi Alpha di masa depan.

Abstract

Di era milenial ini, perkembangan teknologi mengalami transformasi yang signifikan, termasuk dalam bidang kesehatan. Salah satu inovasi utama adalah wearable Internet of Things (IoT), yang menawarkan manfaat konektivitas internet terus-menerus. Pemanfaatan IoT dalam perangkat wearable, seperti jam tangan pintar dan gelang kebugaran, memungkinkan pemantauan kesehatan real-time dan deteksi dini penyimpangan dari kondisi kesehatan normal. Teknologi ini mendukung telemedicine, memfasilitasi diagnosis, monitoring, dan intervensi jarak jauh. Selain itu, IoT juga digunakan dalam deteksi penyakit melalui alat medis canggih seperti MRI dan CT scan, serta akses rekam medis berbasis cloud computing. Implementasi ini menunjukkan potensi besar IoT dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas layanan kesehatan, terutama di daerah terpencil.

The rapid advancement of 5G technology has sparked significant interest and investment in research and development across various domains. As the world transitions towards the era of 5G and beyond, understanding the research landscape becomes imperative for guiding future innovations and investments. This article presents a comprehensive bibliometric survey of research in the realm of reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) for 5G and its evolutionary successors. Through systematic analysis of scholarly publications, this survey maps the trends, key contributors, influential works, and emerging themes within the field. By synthesizing data from diverse sources, including academic journals and conference proceedings, this survey offers insights into the evolution of RIS technologies, identifies prominent research clusters, and outlines potential directions for future investigation. Furthermore, it sheds light on the interdisciplinary nature of RIS research, spanning areas such as telecommunications, signal processing, antenna design, and network optimization. This bibliometric survey serves as a valuable resource for researchers and practitioners to navigate the complex landscape of 5G innovation and shape the trajectory of future wireless communication systems.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare has drawn a lot of interest, especially in health counseling. Research on embodied AI has demonstrated emerging clinical significance for therapeutic applications in mental health services. AI in health counseling has a bright future, certain issues still need to be resolved. It is important to carefully negotiate the ethical difficulties surrounding the use of AI in healthcare. Examining the possible advantages, difficulties, and prospects of AI-enhanced health counseling, this literature review explores the state of the field today. The development of a taxonomy of AI dangers in the healthcare domain aims to tackle new issues arising from the application of AI in the medical and healthcare industries. A major benefit of using AI-enhanced health counseling is that it may offer individualized therapies. This individualized approach reflects a holistic view of health by taking into account aspects of mental, emotional, and social well-being in addition to physical health concerns. AI-enhanced health counseling may be able to help with the accessibility and cost issues that come with traditional counseling services. Regardless of location, virtual counselors provide handy support via computers, tablets, and smartphones. When compared to conventional in-person counseling sessions, these AI-based therapies more affordable and scalable.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between the temperature of a black body and the wavelength of the radiation it emits based on the Wien Displacement Law. This experiment collected maximum temperature and wavelength data using PhET simulation software and other supporting devices. The Wien Displacement Law states that the wavelength at which the maximum intensity of blackbody radiation occurs (λmax) is inversely proportional to the absolute temperature of the object (T). To test this law, the temperature of the blackbody was set at various values in the simulation, and the resulting maximum wavelength was recorded. The linear regression method analyzed the data to determine the temperature and maximum wavelength relationship. The analysis results showed a linear relationship with a coefficient of determination R2 = 1, indicating that the model fits the observed data well. The value of Wien's constant (b) calculated from the slope of the regression line is close to the theoretical value of 2.897 × 10-3 m.K, supporting the validity of the Wien Displacement Law. In conclusion, this study confirms that the maximum wavelength of electromagnetic radiation is inversely proportional to the absolute temperature of a blackbody, which agrees with the prediction of the Wien Displacement Law.

Abstract

UI merupakan aspek visual dari sebuah produk digital yang menjadi penghubung langsung antara pengguna dengan fungsionalitas sistem. Evaluasi UI sangat penting karena UI yang baik dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan pengguna untuk menggunakan sistem. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan model Golden Rules of User Interface Design oleh Theo Mandel sebagai tolak ukur evaluasi UI aplikasi Karya Superapp. Aplikasi Karya Superapp yang merupakan aplikasi utama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari Taruna Poltek SSN. Aplikasi ini memiliki beberapa fungsi yang meliputi aspirasi, pendataan perizinan, dokumentasi, informasi hukum senat ketarunaan, dan fungsi lainnya. Kualitas aplikasi ini, terutama dalam interaksi dengan pengguna atau User Interface (UI), menjadi sangat penting karena eratnya penggunaan aplikasi ini dalam kehidupan para taruna. Hasil evaluasi dari 30 responden menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Karya Superapp memperoleh nilai rata-rata 82,81%, yang termasuk dalam kategori "Sangat Baik". Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan tiga aspek utama yaitu Place Users in Control, Reduce User's Memory Load, dan Make the Interface Consistent. Sebagian besar prinsip dari aturan Theo Mandel memperoleh nilai lebih dari 80%, menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini telah memenuhi standar UI yang baik. Namun, terdapat dua prinsip yang masih memperoleh nilai "Baik", yaitu Interactive dan Forgiving. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa kendala seperti ketiadaan fitur forgot my password dan kendala dalam pengisian data. Rekomendasi untuk pengembang adalah menyediakan fitur forgot my password dan memperbaiki cacat yang terdapat pada aplikasi untuk meningkatkan penilaian pada aspek Reduce User's Memory Load. Dengan demikian, evaluasi UI aplikasi Karya Superapp dengan menggunakan aturan Theo Mandel menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini memiliki kualitas UI yang baik, namun masih terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan guna meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut.

Abstract

Kampung Garam Kelurahan Kota Uneng memiliki kawasan Hutan Mangrove sekitar 22,60 Ha. Kepiting Bakau merupakan spesies kunci dalam ekosistem bakau dan keberadaannya dapat memberikan efek menguntungkan pada jenis biota perairan.. Terdapat 4 spesies kepiting bakau yang ditemukan di Indonesia yaitu Scylla serrata, Scylla olivacea, Scylla tranquebarica dan Scylla paramamosain..Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan keanekaragaman kepiting bakau (Scylla spp) apa saja yang ada di Kawasan Hutan Mangrove, Kampung Garam, Kelurahan Kota Uneng. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survey. Penentuan lokasi dan stasiun pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode   purposive sampling dengan pembuatan transek. Lokasi sampling dibagi atas 2 stasiun dengan jarak 150 m2, masing-masing stasiun dibuat 3 transek ukuran 10x10 m dengan jarak 25 m masing-masing transek, setiap transek terdiri dari 4 plot dan masing-masing plot berukuran 5x5 m. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat tangka bubu, untuk pemasangan (setting) bubu dilakukan pada sore hari pukul 14:00 WIB dan pengangkatan (hauling) bubu dilakukan pada pukul 17:00 WIB. Data yang dihasilkan dihitung menggunakan rumus Shannon winner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keanekaragaman (H) dengan nilai 1,16 , dan dominasi (C) tertinggi dengan nilai 0,37 berada pada stasiun 1, berbeda halnya dengan tingkat kemerataan (E) tertinggi dengan nilai 0,04 berada pada stasiun 2 sedangkan tingkat keanekaragaman (H) dengan nilai 1,11 ,dan dominasi (C) terendah dengan nilai 0,09. Parameter lingkungan pH, Suhu dan Salinitas pada kedua stasiun  memiliki kadar baik dengan kisaran kisaran pH 7,3 – 7,7 , Suhu 30 – 32 °C  dan Salinitas 14 – 20 ppt.
