Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find and to analyzes the fulfillment of the basic rights on child based on the regulation of the state minister for women empowerment and child protection of the republic of Indonesia No. 12 of 2011 on indicators district of a city worthy of child. The research was done in 2 areas which is located in Gading Cempaka Subdistrict, they are in Cempaka Permai and Lingkar Baratvillage. Research conducted with qualitative approach and data was collected  throughout observation, interview , FGD and study document . The result is a). In the both of areas have not had children forum which can directly accommodate the aspirations of children and do not involve children (age category of teenagers) on the activities and deliberations or work programs that exist in the environment RT or RW. b). In the both of areas has not been in the region of the unavailability of two consulting agencies for parents/family and child welfare agencies. c). In the both of areas has not been in an optimum manner use of leisure time and cultural activities it was found problems yet the number of program activity level of RT and RW aimed at maximizing the potential of children, as well as the unavailability of Green Open Space (RTH) as playing area that is safe and comfortable for children. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menemukenali serta menganalisis pemenuhan hak dasar pada anak yang didasarkan pada Peraturan Menteri Negara Pemberdayaan Perempuandan Perlindungan Anak Republik Indonesia No. 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Indikator Kabupaten Kota Layak Anak. Penelitian dilakukan di 2 kawasan yang berada di Kecamatan Gading Cempaka, yakni Kelurahan Cempaka Permai dan Kelurahan Lingkar Barat. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan informan melalui purposive dan snowball sampling. Adapun teknik pengambilan data dilakukan  melalui observasi, wawancara, FGD dan studi dokumen. Temua penelitian menunjukkan bahwa a). Kedua wilayah penelitian belum memiliki forum anak yang dapat mengakomodir aspirasi anak secara langsung serta belum melibatkan anak khususnya anak kategori usia remaja pada kegiatan dan musyawarah ataupun program kerja yang ada di lingkungan RT/RW maupun kelurahan, b). Di dua kawasan tersebut belum tersedia lembaga konsultasi bagi orang tua/keluarga dan lembaga kesejahteraan anak. c). Belum banyaknya program kegiatan di tingkat RT dan RW yang ditujukan untuk memaksimalkan potensi anak serta belum tersedianya kawasan Ruang terbuka Hijau (RTH) sebagai kawasan bermain yang amandan nyaman bagi anak.

Abstract

This study was motivated by globalization progress, causing the Indonesian people to lose national character and leave local wisdom from generation to generation. Therefore, it is necessary to have character building for students amidst technological advances so that the character traits of students can be applied in everyday life. One of the learning activities with character education is a social science, especially at the elementary school level. This study aimed to analyze the local wisdom-based character building through social science learning in elementary schools. This study used a qualitative approach with a library research method. Based on the results, the local wisdom-based character education through social science learning in elementary schools had to apply 18 character traits defined by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Elementary schools include local wisdom values in their learning plans and apply them to thematic learning.

Abstract

The Third parties in the resolution of conflictwas expected to change the behavior of the parties in conflict, even pushed the parties toward an agreement to end the conflict. NGO as the third party is seen independent and can be fair in the resolution of conflict, can do some attempts to encourage the parties in conflict toward an agreement.One example of conflict involving NGO in an effort to resolve the boundary conflicts between Nagari Sumpur and Nagari Bungo Tanjuang, regency of Tanah Datar. Assignment NGO as mediator in resolution of conflict after several attempts taken by the government. This article explained the various efforts and achievement has done by NGO as mediator resolution of conflict both nagari until the formation of representative group become key success in mediation. In addition in this article is also explained the reason NGO that has not been able to achieve an aggrement in resolution of conflict both nagari.Pihak ketiga dalam resolusi konflik diharapkan dapat merubah perilaku para pihak yang berkonflik, bahkan mendorong para pihak menuju kesepakatan untuk mengakhiri konflik. LSM sebagai pihak ketiga dipandang independen dan dapat bersikap adil dalam resolusi konflik, dapat melakukan beberapa upaya untuk mendorong pihak yang berkonflik menuju kesepakatan. Salah satu contoh konflik yang melibatkan LSM dalam penyelesaiannya adalah konflik tapal batas antara Nagari Sumpur dengan Nagari Bungo Tanjuang, Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Penunjukan LSM sebagai mediator dalam penyelesaian konflik setelah beberapa upaya yang ditempuh oleh beberapa pihak dari pemerintahan. Tulisan ini memaparkan berbagai upaya dan pencapaian yang telah dilakukan LSM sebagai mediator penyelesaian konflik kedua nagari hingga terbentuknya perwakilan kelompok yang menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam mediasi. Selain itu dalam tulisan ini juga memaparkan alasan LSM yang belum mampu mencapai kesepakatan dalam penyelesaian konflik kedua nagari.

Abstract

This article discusses the activities of women food vendors in Nagari Sicincin, women's involvement has keterbartasan informal sector to resources and access. As a result, business options that can be entered also ranges in some specific fields such as trade food hawkers. Women asongan food traders in carrying out its activities he had to leave the family in a period of 9-10 hours a day. Before going home or going to work, he must do homework at the same time, This article aims to describe the activities of women food vendors hawkers around Station Sicincin. and analyze the constraints experienced by women hawkers hawkers in work. The method used qualitative descriptive type, The data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation study, The findings of this article, namely the allocation of time, that work outside the home as a trader of food hawkers, conducted from 08.00 am until 17:00 pm, Competition and conflict. Tip mastery of the market situation, that take advantage of the holiday, shoppers want visited by giving discounts to buyers, already terbntuknya image salted egg and boiled bananas. and the constraints faced by women food vendors hawkers are obstacles in the work, namely the driver and passenger Bus unfriendly, and the absence of gas stations.Artikel ini membahas aktifitas perempuan pedagang makanan di Nagari Sicincin, keterlibatan perempuan disektor informal memiliki keterbartasan terhadap sumber daya dan akses. Akibatnya pilihan usaha yang dapat dimasuki juga berkisar pada beberapa bidang tertentu seperti berdagang makanan asongan. Perempuan pedagang makanan asongan dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya ia harus meninggalkan keluarga dalam jangka waktu 9-10 jam dalam sehari. Sebelum pulang ataupun berangkat kerja, ia harus mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah sekaligus. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsiakn aktivitas perempuan pedagang mkanan asongan di sekitar Terminal Sicincin, dan menganalisis kendala-kendala yang dialami oleh prempuan pejaja makanan asongan dalam pekerjaan. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara,  dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan dari artikel ini yaitu alokasi waktu, yaitu pekerjaan diluar rumah sebagai pedagang makanan asongan, dilakukan dari jam 08.00 WIB sampai jam 17.00 WIB. Persaingan, dan konflik. Kiat penguasaan situasi pasar, yaitu memanfaatkan hari libur, pembeli ingin didatangi  memberikan potongan harga bagi pembeli, sudah terbntuknya image telur asin dan pisang jantan rebus. dan kendala-kendala yang dialami perempuan pedagang makanan asongan adalah kendala dalam pekerjaan, yaitu supir dan penumpang Bus tidak bersahabat, dan ketiadaan SPBU..

Abstract

This research examines to know empowerment effort by local government. It focuses on social capital in society and new local potentials. This study use descriptive qualitative research. This research uses some data collection techniques such as observation, in depth interview, and documentation. Data are conducted through stages such as (1) data reduction, (2) presentation of data, (3) conclusion. The results through these stages can be credible. Then data triangulation technique is used during validation. This research result shows that empowerment of BUM Desa still less successful. In progress and implementation, BUM Desa in Lembengan in 2010-2017 has not contributed to local governance income significantly. This research finds the weak role of social capital of society such as commitment, trust, norm, social network to support BUM Desa empowerment in Lembengan. There are some BUM Desa business partners as new local potential that can be developed such as brick industry, petulo cracker industry, and tobacco industry.

Abstract

This article explains the dynamics of Samin's movement against the plan to establish a cement factory in Pati (Kendeng mountains), which has been a manifestation conflict that has not yet reached a meeting point. This research was conducted ethnographically with a qualitative approach. While the paradigm used to discuss is the theory of social movements. The findings and discussion that political opportunity arises because the plan to establish a factory that is legally flawed and humanly contradicts a sense of justice. Protests made by the Samin community did not get a positive response, coupled with other disappointments that had accumulated led to the birth of feelings of deprivation as citizens. They feel colonized in their own country which results in collective resistance. Their struggle is increasingly greater with the role of actors who are able to mobilize, form movement organizations, network with various elements of society, and facilitate open resistance. Cultural framing emerges through the spread of the ideology of the movement, where this ideology originates from the teachings of nature preservation raised by the Samin community

Abstract

In this article the author identifies and describes three kinds of traditional arts in Indonesia: the arts of the Great Tradition, of the Little Tradition and of the Tribal Tradition. These kinds of tra-ditional arts need to be preserved and developed since they have  a number of functions for the so-cieties, namely: as tourist attractions; identities of their communities/societies; source of inspira-tions for the creation and development of new arts. In Indonesia, the efforts are hindered by several problems, such as the decline of the popularity of the traditional arts, lack of regeneration, lack of institutional support, and lack of grand design for the development. These problems need to be solved to develop the Indonesian traditional arts.

Abstract

Digitalization media activities have been carried out in various daily lives. The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic has been felt by the community since the enactment of the PSBB on March 15, 2021. Community activities are forced to be carried out by digital transformation in services, transactions and work, for example the Depok City Government. This research was conducted to determine the Digital Communication Management of the Depok City Government in an inclusive and sustainable Economic Recovery. The object of this research is the Depok City Government. This study uses the method of Phenomenology of Edmund Husserl. Data collection techniques in this study by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings that the results of the data and discussion can be concluded that the Depok City Government has implemented a digital communication management process starting from planning, activities and evaluations in an Influential and Sustainable economic recovery in Depok. From Digital Communication Planning, the Depok City Government has tried to provide a lot of training, information to make Depok people know and care about the development of the city of Depok through the Depok City DPRD Instagram Platform.

Abstract

 The potential area to be a tourist destination is should attention to the elements of tourism development. Sikakap is one of the villages in the Mentawai islands which beautiful beach and sea. Since 2003, the development of marine tourism in the islands Sikakap has been run and driven by government. The marine tourism development in Sikakap village has impacted to coastal communities in Sikakap village. The development of marine tourism can boost the economy of coastal communities. Research conducted through qualitative and historical approach. The results is showed the marine tourism in the islands impacted to the socio-economic society in positive. The indicators is development of transportation facilities, hotels, markets and other public facilities and reduced unemployment.Daerah yang potensial menjadi daerah tujuan wisata dalam pengembangannya harus memperhatikan unsur-unsur pengembangan pariwisata. Sikakap merupakan salah satu desa di kepulauan Mentawai yang memilki pantai dan laut yang sangat indah. Sejak tahun 2003, pembangunan wisata bahari di kepulauan Sikakap telah dijalankan dan digerakkan oleh pemerintah. Pembangunan wisata bahari di desa Sikakap ini memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat pesisir pantai desa Sikakap. Pengembangan wisata bahari mampu menaikkan perekonomian masyakat pesisir pantai desa Sikakap. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak pembanguan wisata bahari terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan historis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa wisata bahari yang dikembangkan di kepulauan Sikakap memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan sosial-ekonomi masyarakat Sikakap. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh perkembangan sarana transportasi, perhotelan, pasar dan fasilitas umum yang lainnya dan berkurangnya angka pengangguran.
