Abstract

The idea of Islamization of knowledge in essence emerged as a response to the dichotomy between religious science and science that the secular West and modern culture introduced into the Islamic world. The progress achieved by modern science has had an amazing effect, but on the other hand it has also had a negative impact, because modern (Western) science has dry values or is separated from religious values. In addition, the Islamization of Science is also a reaction to the crisis in the education system faced by Muslims, namely the dualism of the Islamic education system and modern (secular) education which confuses Muslims. According to Al-Faruqi, Islamization is an effort to understand and rebuild social and natural sciences in which there are Islamic elements, so that they change to be in line with Islamic orientation. And every scientific discipline must cultivate Islamic principles whose methodology is imbued with the spirit of monotheism, which includes: the principle of the oneness of God, the unity of the universe, the unity of truth and knowledge, the unity of life, and the unity of mankind

Abstract

This study aims to describe the benefits of the Jamaah Value Card (KNJ) as an inculcation of student character in the field of discipline. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, where the researcher tries to describe and analyze the benefits of the Jamaah Value Card (KNJ) as an inculcation of character education in the field of discipline in the congregation. The method used is interview and participatory observation, in the participatory observation the researcher observes the existing situation, observes the process of implementing activities, what is done by the informants related to discipline in the implementation of the dhuhur prayer in congregation. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a difference between before and after using the Jamaah Value Card (KNJ). The difference was due to several things. First, students are motivated to get good grades, they compete to get cards first in order to occupy the position or front row. Both students experienced changes because sanctions were applied to those who had joined together.

Abstract

The holding of a child-friendly school with Islamic boarding school integrity because of the support from the community, government and foundations to uphold the rights and obligations of children in learning, and a pesantren program to provide provisions for students to socialize. This study uses a qualitative research type of data collection methods used in the form of observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Child Friendly School Program with Islamic Boarding Schools includes: school principals have provided special training to educators so that they can understand what must be done in implementing child-friendly schools with pesantren integrity, including planning, implementation and monitoring. (1) The planning of the Child-Friendly Schools with Islamic Boarding Schools program begins with a meeting between the Principal and the committee and staff related to the Child-Friendly School Program, the meeting discusses planning and evaluating the program. (2) The implementation of the policy for the Child-Friendly Schools with Integrity for Islamic Boarding Schools must meet several components, such as the completeness of infrastructure, children's participation, parental participation, and community participation. Therefore, the implementation of the Child Friendly School program policy really involves all school residents, and the completeness of adequate infrastructure, an appropriate curriculum and trained education personnel for children's rights. (3) It aims to obtain the results of the implementation of the Child Friendly School program and as a determinant of planning and subsequent programs. Supporting factors in the implementation of the Islamic Boarding School Integrity Child Friendly School program, namely in addition to adequate facilities, it also received strong support from the Government, donors and foundations. The inhibiting factor for the running of Child Friendly Schools is that there are still thoughts from students who feel insecure and also comfortable in learning.

Abstract

his study tries to focus on answering important questions related to the concept of tadabbur in the Koran?. By using the istinbat method as well as seeing and exploring the texts of the previous Muslim heritage (turath) it is hoped that later it will be known how what methods and means can be used as material to understand the meaning of the Koran through tadabbur. This research is included in the category of library research. The purpose of this study seeks to present a method that can be used for readers and reviewers of the Koran so that it can be easy through the tadabbur method, explore the deepest meaning of the contents of the Koran, take the knowledge and wisdom in it, and then apply it in everyday life. The research begins by explaining the meaning of tadabbur and sentences that have similar meanings to it, such as the words tafsir, tadhakkur, tafakkur, istinbat . Then proceed with explaining the urgency of tadabbur, law, conditions, division, faidah, mentioning things that can help and hinder in tadabbur. This is followed by a description of how to perform tadabbur in the Koran. And to further conclude by mentioning method errors that often occur in the process of etiquette.

Abstract

This researcher aims to examine the effect of peer support on the adjustment of students at the Al-Adawiyyah Islamic boarding school for the daughter of Sunan Drajat. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression type of research. The research sample was 65 in the al-adawwiyyah dormitory of the Sunan Drajat Islamic boarding school. The instrument of this study used a peer social support scale and a self-adjustment scale. The data analysis technique used statistics and hypothesis testing using a simple linear regression test. It begins with the assumption test, the Kolmogrov-Smirnov normality test and the linearity test. Based on the table of the results of the regression coefficient test, it can be seen that the value of t = 0.163, in addition to the Sig column or the independent significance variables and constants, the significance level is below 0.05. It can be obtained from the results of the R Square value or the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.553 or 55.3%. This means that peer social support has a significant effect on self- adjustment. In knowing how much the variables of peer social support affect the adjustment variable in the al-adawiyyah boarding school students of the Sunan Drajat Islamic boarding school. The subject level is in the medium category, as many as 5 students with a percentage of 8%. Meanwhile, the subject in the high category was 60 students with a percentage of 92%. In the peer social support scale, none of them fall into the low category. Through this norm, it can be seen that the subjects in this study were students who had significantly high peer social support, but the subjects tended to have peer social support.

Abstract

Religious character is something that someone should have, especially for teenagers. One of the important parts of religious character for a teenager is carrying out religious deeds in everyday life. As is the case with the IPNU-IPPNU Ranting Bluri organization which is a religious-based organization, wherein the organization activities are carried out as a means as well as a forum for developing religious character for teenagers in the form of Jam'iyah Khitobah and Jam'iyah Tahlil Keliling activities which are carried out regularly every week. The formulation of the problem in this study, namely (1) the implementation of activities that can shape the religious character of adolescents (2) the factors that influence the formation of the religious character of adolescents in the IPNU-IPPNU Organization of the Bluri Branch through jam'iyah khitobah and jam'iyah tahlil in Bluri Village Solokuro Lamongan. This research uses a design with a qualitative approach and the type of research is a case study. The subjects in this study were active members of IPNU-IPPNU with a total of 4 people using a purposive sampling technique which aims to see how the process of carrying out activities that can shape religious character and what are the factors that influence the process of forming religious character in the IPNU-IPPNU Ranting Bluri Organization. . The instruments used in this research are interviews and observations that have been determined with a purposive sampling technique. Wetness checking of the data used is to increase persistence and triangulation. The results of this study are: 1) The process of forming adolescent religious characters in the jam'iyah khitobah activities are sholawatan, reading manaqib, learning speeches with Islamic themes. At jam'iyah tahlil around the activities are tahlilan, completing the Qur'an, praying in congregation, dhibaan, and giving alms. 2) internal factors and external factors.

Abstract

Motivation and learning are two things that influence each other. Learning is a change in behavior that is relatively permanent and potentially occurs as a result of practice or reinforcement based on goals, to achieve certain goals. While motivation can be said as the overall driving force of a person that causes learning activities, which ensures the continuity of learning activities and which gives rise to direction in learning activities.This research is a qualitative research that is field research or field research, namely research with data obtained from field activities. In this case the researchers collected and analyzed data from interviews, observations, and documentation in the Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Paciran Lamongan, East Java.The results of the research conducted are 1). The difference in learning motivation between students with intact families and broken home families is very clear, based on the results of interviews, students with broken home families look more enthusiastic in learning than students who come from intact families, 2). There are several factors that influence students' motivation to learn, including: the condition of the students' family, the role of a teacher, and environmental conditions.

Abstract

Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School Paciran Lamongan, East Java, is a non-formal education that aims to form virtuous people, have good morals, and fear Allah SWT. Discipline plays an important role in the educational process so that female students can be responsible and have more self-control in developing obedience to the rules that have been set. Discipline is also a means to shape, control and create a person's behavior patterns. Therefore, in the process of increasing discipline applied in Islamic boarding school education. The ta'zir method has a positive impact and has a big impact on female students to be more disciplined and more able to obey the rules that have been set. The results of this study can be concluded that after the implementation of the ta'zir method, many female students feel deterred from violating the rules. Various forms of ta'ziran include light, medium, heavy. Ta'ziran is given according to the violations committed by the female students, such as sweeping the dormitory, taking out the trash, cleaning the bathroom. The ta'zir method applied has a positive impact and has a major impact on female students, making female students more disciplined and obedient to the rules.

Abstract

Gadget is an electronic device that has a special function on each device. It is important to understand the influence of gadgets, especially for parents, so that parents can limit their children's use of gadgets so that children's developmental abilities develop well and become active, intelligent, and interactive children with others. Excessive use of gadgets will be able to affect the lack of social interaction in children in the environment. Based on the description above, the formulation of the problem in this study can be determined, namely (1) How is the impact of gadget use on early childhood social interaction in Sendangagung Paciran Lamongan Village (2) What are the factors that influence the use of gadgets in early childhood. The purpose of this study is to find out how the impact of using gadgets on early childhood social interactions in Sendangagung Paciran Lamongan Village and to find out what are the factors that influence the use of gadgets in early childhood. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection procedures are interviews, observation and documentation. Checking the validity of the data carried out is triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the use of gadgets in early childhood has positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is making it easier for a child to obtain information and making children more creative through the available features, while the negative impacts include lack of interaction, decreased social skills, dependence. by gadgets. From these results, it is suggested that future researchers can develop other variables so that they will enrich scientific findings in the impact of gadget use on early childhood.

Abstract

Islam in the early days has given rise to various schools of theology. One of the streams that is so famous is Mu'tazilah. Mu'tazilah is a theological school in Islam which is known to be very rational. As a term, the word Mu'tazilah actually existed long before the incident Was}il bin At}a’ separated himself from the Hasan AI-Basri assembly. Namely, when there was a political conflict in the late days of Uthman bin ‘Affan 's leadership, then continued during the time of Caliph ‘Ali bin Abi Talib, there were some of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad who did not want to interfere in these political matters. They isolate themselves (i'tizal), which is then called Mu'tazilah (mu'taziliyyin). Meanwhile, Mu'tazilah as a theological school is attributed to Wasil bin Ata’, who is considered to be the founder. Mu'tazilah formulated the five most fundamental principles, known as al-Usul al-Khamsah (five bases): al-Tauhid, al-‘Adl, al-Wa’du wa al-Wa’id, al-Manzilah bin al-Manzilatain,, and al-Amr bi al-Ma’ruf.. The five bases are arranged systematically and are rationally interrelated.
