Abstract

Based on the observations of the author of STKIP Taman Siswa Bima in the Elementary School Teacher Education study program, it is the study program that uses the most learning video media in providing material and assignments for students, more specifically in the Anti-Corruption Course the use of video as a model for student assignments has been carried out for the last three years . Where the form of assignment in the form of making an Anti-Corruption campaign video is expected to provide many opportunities for students to be creative and innovative in producing work and can provide motivation and self-expression abilities for the student in question. Learning outcomes other than limited face-to-face meetings also use the Hibrid method, namely by using the Google Classroom application and collecting assignments by uploading assignments in the form of videos on Youtube. The purpose of this study was to analyze student learning assignment videos in anti-corruption education courses. This research is a type of quantitative and qualitative descriptive research that seeks to analyze instructional videos including; the advantages and disadvantages of videos made by students. The method used is the observation of task assessment with certain criteria then data analysis displays Frequency distribution tables, Graphs, Means and standard deviation. The focus of the analysis is to look for errors in duration, originality of the recording, suitability with the presentation material, sound and image quality. The rating criteria scale used is 50-100. The results of the study found that the average score for student videos was 76. In terms of criteria, the lowest score was the quality of the material concept, which was 72. Meanwhile, the highest score was the duration and originality of the video, which were 79-80 respectively.

Abstract

Javanese language as one of the local content will run effectively if supported by innovative learning media and can attract students' attention. Based on the results of pre-research data at SDN 01 Pucakwangi, it has been found that the problem of using learning media has not attracted students' attention and the media seems monotonous only using books and pictures. This problem results in many students not having the skills to read and write Javanese characters so that from student learning outcomes there are still many students who have not reached the KKM. This study aims to develop, test the feasibility, and effectiveness of Javanese folklore-based mnopoli learning media to improve reading and writing skills of Javanese script in Javanese learning content of Javanese script material in class IV SDN 01 Pucakwangi. This study uses the type of research and development with the Borg and Gall development model. The results of this study indicate that Javanese folklore-based monopoly media is very feasible with a percentage value from material experts of 100% and a percentage of media experts of 95%. This learning media is effective in reading and writing Javanese script skills based on the t-test. The t-test conducted on both skills obtained the same results, namely sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. The results of student responses obtained a percentage of 93.5%. Then based on the results of the N-gain test on Javanese reading skills, namely 0.51 and writing skills of 0.54 in the medium category. The conclusion of this study is that Javanese folklore-based monopoly media is feasible and effective to use to improve reading and writing skills of Javanese characters.

Abstract

The present study investigates the efficacy of flipbook-based electronic teaching materials as an alternative to traditional government-provided materials in elementary schools, which have been found to yield unsatisfactory learning outcomes. The study draws inspiration from the work of Borg and Gall and was conducted at Srondol Wetan 06 Public Elementary School, Semarang City, during the 2022/2023 school year. The study population consisted of 34 students, with a small-scale trial involving eight students in class VA, and a large-scale trial involving 26 students in class VB. Data collection methods included pre-test post-test assessments, observations, questionnaires, interviews, and data documentation. The results indicate high feasibility in terms of media aspect (83) and material criteria (69), with linguistic analysis yielding a feasibility score of 45. Furthermore, the effectiveness analysis showed a moderate N-gain score of 0.658, indicating improved learning outcomes, and student response questionnaires yielded a very positive score of 256. The result of t-test sig 0.000 there is a difference between pretest and posttest. These findings lead to the conclusion that flipbook-based electronic teaching materials are both feasible and effective for enhancing student learning outcomes in class V at SDN Srondol Wetan 06.

Abstract

Conventional learning using the lecture method can lead to low student creativity. To find out student creativity, there needs to be encouragement from the teacher.  From the observation of the preliminary study, the level of creativity of 5th grade students based on creativity indicators was 56.25%. The problem in this study is how PJBL learning can improve student creativity. This research will be conducted in grade 5 SDN 1 Mayong Kidul with 32 students as research subjects. This type of research is an experiment (pre-experimental design). Project Based Learning learning assisted by Pop Up Book media can increase student creativity as evidenced by an increase in the average pretest posttest score which has increased by 26.1%, and the N-gain test results are 0.52 with moderate criteria. So from the results of the study it can be concluded that Project Based Learning learning assisted by Pop Up Book media can increase student creativity.

Abstract

Busy work makes fathers have to take advantage of the time to maximize the father's role in caring for early childhood. This study aims to look at fathers' perceptions of the father's role in early childhood care in families with working fathers and housewives. This research is qualitative research using the case study method. In-depth interviews are a technique for collecting data. There are three working fathers with wives who work as housewives involved in this study. The results show that fathers view parenting as something important. Fathers maximize time by filling in fun activities with children to build closeness and instill positive values. The motivation for father involvement in parenting, personal experience, and environmental influences are integrated into how fathers interpret parenting and the father's role in the care of early childhood as a whole. More positive the father's perception of the father's role in parenting, the higher the father's involvement in parenting.

Abstract

Mathematics learning can be carried out outside the classroom and the material can come from things that are close to students' daily lives. There needs to be a place, resources, and learning media to bridge students' cultural knowledge with mathematics material in schools. One of them is the student's knowledge of the Ebang house. This study aims to describe the Ebang house in Lembata and its potential as a place, source, and medium for learning elementary school geometry. This research is qualitative research. The research object is the Ebang house of the Kedang community on Lembata Island. The instrument used is data documentation in the form of pictures of traditional houses and interview data. The results of the study show that there are many geometric elements in the Ebang house. These geometric elements include plane shapes (triangles, quadrilaterals, polygons, trapezoids and circles) and spatial shapes (beams, pyramids, prisms, cubes, needles, and spheres. As a place and source of learning outside the classroom, students can observe directly the shapes geometric shapes contained in the Ebang house and its parts. In addition, the Ebang house can be a concrete medium to assist teachers in explaining geometric concepts to students. Planning for outdoor learning has the potential to make the Ebang house a good place for learning geometry because of the availability of materials and elementary school geometry learning media.

Abstract

Based on the problems found in the learning process, it shows the limited variety of digital learning media that teachers have in delivering science material. The media used is limited to print media only. With simple media the teacher must explain the material repeatedly to students so that learning is not optimal and efficient. The research deSign used is research and development, a research method used to produce a product to be tested for feasibility and effectiveness. This research was conducted to develop products in the form of e-book-based science teaching materials as learning media for fifth grade elementary school students. The research deSign of the ADDIE development model goes through five stages, namely analysis, deSign, development, implementation and evaluation. Based on the results of the independent sample test, a positive hypothesis was obtained because there was a difference in the average student learning outcomes after using learning media in the form of e-book-based teaching materials on Heat and Transfer when compared to students who did not use media. There is a change in the average difference in student learning outcomes after using media in the form of e-book-based teaching materials. Based on the results of the research and discussion of media development, it can be interpreted that the developed e-book-based teaching material media is suitable for use in science learning on heat and transfer material in grade V SD, with appropriate criteria from media and material experts as well as teacher and student responses.

Abstract

The problem found are that worksheet only focuses on answering question so that students' enthusiasm and activeness in learning process is low and students’ science score is low. This research aims to develop worksheet based on discovery learning assisted by Canva on heat and transfer material in 5h elementary school which will be tested for feasibility and effectiveness. This research and development uses the ADDIE research design and a true experiment design with a posttest only control design. The feasibility results by media experts are 100% (very feasible). While the feasibility by material experts is 77.3% (feasible). The effectiveness results using the independent sample t-test with a significance of 5% obtained 0.000, so that there is a significant average difference between the learning scores of the experimental class (which is 70.23) and the control class (which is 43.33). Worksheet based on discovery learning assisted by Canva on heat and displacement received a very good response from the teacher with 100% and a very good response from students with 98.6%. So conclution is the worksheet based on discovery learning was very feasible and very effective for use in 5th elementary school and received very good responses from students and teacher.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of availability of teaching materials used during the implementation of learning. Teachers have never used interactive media such as electronic worksheet media. This study aims to produce a product in the form of an e-LKPD assisted by Liveworksheets on material for human movement organs for grade V SD. Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE development model is the type of research used in the development of this e-LKPD. The research was conducted at SDN 02 Podo, Pekalongan Regency in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The instrument used was a validation sheet given to 2 validators (media expert validator and material expert validator), user response sheets to a grade V teacher and 27 students. The results of the study obtained an average percentage score of the validator's assessment of media experts and material experts of 90.9% and 100% in the very feasible category. the results of the responses of teachers and students each obtained a score of 100% and 93.9% in the very good category. From the results of the study it can be concluded that e-LKPD assisted by Liveworksheets on the material of human movement organs is suitable for use as a learning media.

Abstract

Education has an important role in the development of individuals and society. Mathematics is often considered difficult by students, requiring understanding concepts and applying formulas. The Project Based Learning (PjBL) Learning Model emerged as an effective alternative, enabling students to be involved in contextual mathematics projects. This study aims to investigate the effect of PjBL on the motivation to learn mathematics in SD Inpres 46 Sorong City students. The research method is an experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample is 20 grade 3 students of SD Inpres 46, Sorong City. The results showed a significant increase in students' motivation after the treatment. The distribution of pretest-posttest scores is close to the normal distribution. The reliability test shows the motivational questionnaire is reliable. The hypothesis test indicated a significant difference between pretest and posttest. Students learn through group work in completing assignments and making works, so they are more enthusiastic in learning. They pay full attention to the teacher's instructions and dare to ask and answer questions from the teacher. In addition, students also actively work together in completing assignments given by the teacher. Thus, this study succeeded in increasing student motivation through PjBL. These results can support the development of more effective learning strategies in the field of mathematics education at the elementary level. According to the results of calculating the average score on the learning motivation scale in the experimental group was 75.35, while the average posttest score on the learning motivation scale in the experimental class was 87.57.
