Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology and communication has caused significant changes in human behavior. Changes in the level of human behavior are often called moral degradation. Moral degradation is a moral decline in humans. In overcoming the occurrence of moral degradation,one of the ways that is done is by preserving cultureThis cultural preservation is very important to do seeing that in today's era, the interest of the younger generation in mekidung is decreasing. The decline in interest in mekidung and the decline in character were also experienced by students at SD No.4 Benoa. Based on these problems, Hindu teachers formed a program called the Gita Suara Snepata Program. The formation of this program has the purpose of preserving the existence of dharmagita and instilling character values among students at the elementary school level. The implementation of the Gita Suara Snepata Program can be divided into 3 stages, namely: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of the Gita Suara Snepata Program at SD No.4 Benoa experienced several obstacles, such as the difficulty of increasing student motivation, conditions or situations that are not supportive, the influence of technology, and the influence of western culture. Therefore, efforts are needed to anticipate the obstacles of the Gita Suara Snepata program, namely by implementing strategies that are attractive to students, preparing special rooms for students, utilizing technology and instilling cultural love in students.

Abstract

Geguritan Bharata Yudha, a classic Balinese literary work, is an epic that not only tells thestory of the great battle between the Pandavas and Kauravas, but is also full of educational value ingeguritan so it is worth researching. The aim of this research is to analyze: 1) The structure ofGeguritan Baharata Yudha Karangan Ketut Putru, 2) Implementation of Hindu Religious EducationValues in Geguritan Bharata Yudha Karangan Ketut Putru at the Paibon Pande Ceremony in PedVillage, 3) Implications of Hindu Religious Education Values in Geguritan Bharata Yudha KaranganKetut Putru Pada Piodalan Paibon Pande in Ped Village. Abstract

Rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap keberadaan pasraman formal Adi Widya. Pasraman Gurukula Bangli dengan segala bentuk dan pola pembelajarannya, berimplikasi pada rendahnya minat masyarakat untuk menyekolahkan anak-anaknya pada lembaga pendidikan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami manajemen pendidikan pasraman formal Adi Widya Pasraman Gurukula Bangli, untuk menganalisis kendala dan upaya penanggulangan masalah manajemennya, dan menkonstruksi manajemen pendidikannya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi teori fungsional struktural, teori behaviorisme dan teori kontruktivisme. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, yang menggunakan data berupa wacana, hasil wawancara dan observasi dengan narasi sistematis. Penentuan informan dipilih dengan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah teknik kepustakaan, teknik observasi, teknik wawancara, dan teknik dokumentasi. Metode penyajian hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskritif atau analisa deskritif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Manajemen pendidikan pasarman formal Adi Widya Pasraman Gurukula Bangli dirancang untuk meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik pasraman, yang meliputi manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Manajemen pendidikan pasraman formal Adi Widya Pasraman Gurukula Bangli pada hakekatnya sama dengan lembaga pendidikan formal lainnya, namun di lembaga ini menerapkan kurikulum keagamaan, dan juga mengupayakan pola pembinaan Budi Pekerti pada murid. Kendala dalam pelaksanaannya meliputi, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, pelayanan proses pendidikan, terbatasnya sumber pendanaan dan seringnya perubahan kebijakan. Sedangkan upaya mengatasi kendala dalam pelaksanaan Manajemen pendidikannya adalah dengan peningkatan kopetensi tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, mengupayakan pemenuhan sarana prasarana, dan peningkatan kesadaran komunal. Konstruksi manajemen pendidikan Adi Widya Pasraman Gurukula Bangli meliputi tiga aspek pokok yakni: konstruksi personal, konstruksi sosial dan konstruksi budaya.

Abstract

Teachers play an important role in education, in developing students' cognitive (knowledge), affective (attitude), and psychomotor (skills) aspects. In addition, the teacher is also a role model for students. Teachers must be able to be an example where before directing students to behave well. One of the programs at SMP Negeri 1 Bangli that can be implemented to develop student character is the School Excellence Program. This study aims to obtain accurate information and an objective description of the role of teachers in developing student character through the School Excellence Program. The data collection methods used are: observation, interview, literature study and documentation study. The data that has been collected is analyzed by descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results showed (1) The role of teachers in developing student character through the school's flagship program at SMP Negeri 1 Bangli, namely: (1) the teacher as a role model. (2) teacher as an inspirer. (3) teacher as a motivator. (4) teacher as a dynamizer. (5) teacher as an evaluator. (2) Obstacles and efforts made in developing student character at SMP Negeri 1 Bangli. The obstacles encountered are different student characters, lack of student awareness, Lack of parental attention to students and facilities and infrastructure. Efforts made by the teachers are increasing the role of teachers and coordinate with parents. (3) The implications of implementing the school's flagship program on the development of student character in SMP Negeri 1 Bangli are: the development of students' character, increasing students' awareness to carry out their religious teachings, increasing students' concern for others, increasing students' concern for the environment, increasing students' interest in reading and self-confidence and creating a positive school culture.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand: 1) The need to transform Hindu religious education atSD Negeri 3 Kutampi. 2) Forms of transformation of Hindu Religious Education at SD Negeri 3Kutampi. 3) Implications of transforming Hindu Religious Education at SD Negeri 3 Kutampi. Theresearch method used is a qualitative method. The initial informants were determined using apurposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviewsand documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. Based on the qualitativedescriptive analysis obtained, the research results are as follows: 1) The reasons why it isnecessary to transform Hindu religious education at SD Negeri 3 Kutampi are, firstly, because thenumber of students is small. Second, the existence of Hindu religious education in this school is notyet widely known by the public. Apart from that, inadequate educational facilities are a challenge inthemselves. 2) Forms of transformation of Hindu Religious Education at SD Negeri 3 Kutampi,namely, the leadership of the Principal, facilities and infrastructure, basic legal rules, andtransformation in the curriculum field. 3) The implications of transforming Hindu ReligiousEducation at SD Negeri 3 Kutampi, namely, a better school image, increased student numbers,increased teacher and student achievement and increased student spiritual impact. The implicationsof research on the transformation of Hindu religious education at SD Negeri 3 Kutampi show thattransformation through inclusive leadership, improving infrastructure, and implementing fairpolicies can strengthen the school's image and attract more students.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia in general is still experiencing many problems, namely involving manyfactors related to education, including those related to the curriculum, management and educationpolicy. One of these problems is the low quality of education. This research aims to analyze theinfluence of school principals' leadership patterns and work atmosphere on the performance ofHindu religious teachers in Gugus Perkutut, Nusa Penida District, Klungkung Regency. Theresearch method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data is collectedthrough questionnaires distributed to Hindu religious teachers in the area. The results of theresearch show that (1) Leadership patterns and work atmosphere have a positive and significanteffect on the performance of Hindu Religion teachers in the Perkutut Cluster, Nusa Penida District,Klungkung Regency. (2) Leadership patterns have a positive and significant effect on theperformance of Hindu Religion teachers in the Perkutut Cluster, Nusa Penida District, KlungkungRegency. (3) The work atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on the performance ofHindu religious teachers in the Perkutut Cluster, Nusa Penida District, Klungkung Regency. Thismeans that the better the working atmosphere, the performance of teachers in the Perkutut Cluster,Nusa Penida District, Klungkung Regency will increase. The implications of this research show thatparticipative school principal leadership patterns and a conducive working atmosphere are veryimportant to improve the performance of Hindu religious teachers in Gugus Perkutut, Nusa PenidaDistrict, Klungkung Regency.

Abstract

The curriculum is a component in education that serves as a guide in implementing learning.From time to time, changes in educational content continue to develop so that curriculum changesoften occur starting from the teaching plan, the Main Outline of the Teaching Program (GBPP),KTSP, the 2013 Curriculum and until now it has become the Merdeka curriculum with an additionalprogram called the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). Problems discussed: (1)What are the steps for implementing P5?, (2) What are the obstacles in implementing P5?, (3) Howis the relevance of P5 to the concept of Tri Hita Karana teachings? The method used is a qualitativemethod. The results of the study show (1) the steps for implementing P5 are carried out in threestages, starting from the planning stage, implementation and evaluation stage. (2) Obstacles inimplementing P5 are based on two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. (3) Therelevance of P5 to the concept of Tri Hita Karana teachings, namely the dimensions of faith, devotionto God Almighty and noble morals are relevant to the teachings of parhyangan. The dimensions ofglobal diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical and creative reasoning are relevant tothe teachings of pawongan and palemahan.

Abstract

Modernization and technological developments not only have positive impacts on students but also have negative impacts. This is a major challenge in the world of education. Therefore, school programs are needed that can be the basic foundation in forming student character. This study aims to determine: (1) the implementation of the Pancasila student profile dimensions in forming the religious character of students at SD Negeri 2 Susut, (2) obstacles in implementing the Pancasila student profile dimensions, (3) implications of its implementation. The method used in this study is a qualitative method and the theory used is the behaviorist theory proposed by Skinner and the social learning theory proposed by Albert Bandura. The results of the study indicate that (1) Religious character is implemented through school programs, namely: intracurricular, co-curricular, extracurricular, dharma wacana, mebanten and puja tri sandya, sacita manuk lensi, jus senang, 5S, suka duka, Sabtu bersih, eco enzyme, flag ceremony, and singing the national anthem. (2) obstacles in the formation of students' religious character, namely: differences in students' cognitive development, lack of student motivation, tight teacher schedules, facilities and infrastructure, and lack of parental supervision. (3) Implications in the application of the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile in forming students' religious character are increased student devotion, the formation of self-discipline, the establishment of good social relations, the formation of harmonious relations with nature or the surrounding environment, and the growth of a sense of love for the homeland.

Abstract

Sad dharma is six methods of learning Hindu religious education and character in the concept of Hinduism, including: dharma wacana, dharma tula, dharma yatra, dharma santhi, dharma gita and dharma sadhana. This method aims to actualize religious teachings so that harmony is created in religious life. In learning Hinduism in the formal realm, there is one Hindu religious learning that is important as a form of implementation of religious teachings, these teachings are packaged in the sad dharma method in achieving physical and spiritual happiness, so Hindu religious values ​​are needed as a strengthening fortress. Abstract

The function of education is the formation of human attitudes and character. Then, in simple language, you can state the general goal of education, namely "humanizing humans". The term Tri Kaya Parisudha can be interpreted as three behaviors that should be purified. Everyone must purify their behavior in order to obtain safety, peace and prosperity in their life in this world. A person's behavior is influenced by desire or lust (Kama). This desire should be controlled so that it does not become wild, so that behavior does not deviate from applicable rules or norms. The strategy for implementing character education through ethical learning in the Tri Kaya Parisudha teachings in Class VI C SD No. 3 Kedonganan is character education in the Manacika parisudha teachings, character education in the Wacika parisudha teachings, character education in the Kayika parisudha teachings.
