Abstract

Industri kecantikan Indonesia diproyeksikan mencapai USD 3,9 miliar pada 2025, didorong oleh fenomena fast beauty dan transformasi digital. Generasi Z menjadi segmen dominan, dengan perilaku Impulsive buying yang semakin terlihat. Intensi dari studi ini guna untuk mempelajari bagaimana Electronic word of mouth, Lifestyle, dan Flash sale berdampak pada keputusan impulsif untuk membeli produk perawatan kulit Skintific. pada konsumen Gen Z di Batam. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen. Populasi adalah perempuan Gen Z berusia 15–28 tahun yang pernah membeli produk Skintific melalui e-commerce, dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kata-kata elektronik, gaya hidup, dan penjualan flash memengaruhi Impulsive buying secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital yang mengombinasikan Electronic word of mouth, Lifestyle, dan Flash sale lebih efektif dibandingkan pendekatan tunggal, serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku industri kecantikan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang tepat sasaran.

Abstract

This article Research was aimed to describe determination of Organizational culture, Employee competency, Employee commitment, Work environmental, Employee Works motivation, Organizational support, Employee work performances through Employee works motivation as an intervening variable and organizational supports as an moderating variable at PT. Meitech Eka Bintan (Oil and Gas Fabrication/Construction National Company) in Bintan Region, and also to understand the effect of direct connections between independent variables to intervening variable (employee works motivation) and indirect connecting between intervening variable (employee works motivation) to dependend variable (employee works perfomance) and influence of organizational support as an moderating variable which this variable might be having a negative influencing or positive influence for work motivation and/or employee works performance. This reseach use quesioner from a 30 respondens such as engineers, supervisors, craftmen and helper whom are existed on work site at PT. Meitech Eka Bintan. Data analytics to be using SPSS 31 version.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the factors influencing earnings management practices and their implications for the quality of financial reporting and corporate reputation. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, the study synthesizes findings from various existing studies on earnings management, agency theory, and signaling theory. The results indicate that earnings management can improve short-term financial outcomes but has long-term consequences on credibility and trustworthiness, which may undermine investor confidence. The study concludes with recommendations for companies to balance stakeholder expectations with the need to maintain transparent and reliable financial reporting systems to ensure long-term sustainability and corporate integrity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kemudahan penggunaan, dan keamanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pengguna aplikasi Byond by BSI di Kecamatan Bengkong. Fenomena gangguan sistem pada aplikasi Byond by BSI yang terjadi secara menyeluruh pada Februari 2025 memicu lonjakan ketidakpuasan nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner terhadap 100 responden nasabah pengguna aplikasi Byond by BSI dan diolah dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa (1) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, (2) kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, (3) keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, (4) secara simultan, kualitas produk, kemudahan penggunaan, dan keamanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah diperlukan penguatan kualitas teknik aplikasi, kemudahan antarmuka, serta sistem keamanan yang andal perlu menjadi perhatian utama.

Abstract

The challenges faced by the company after the Covid-19 pandemic hit, including the recovery of the condition of the airport management company, in this case PT Bandara International Batam. This study aims to determine the condition and implementation of appropriate HR strategies and to maintain the continuity of the company's business continuity. Using a qualitative approach, the problem of declining performance and HR readiness was found to be the main problem of supporting work equipment and a lack of training for employees. Therefore, support is needed to overcome this by providing work support equipment and conducting training according to their fields to increase knowledge and can create and compile SOPs so that employee performance issues and maintenance activities can work well and the speed of handling disruptions can be faster. In addition, several important things that serve as input for the company. Among them, the company focuses on cost efficiency by optimizing the mastery and use of IT technology. Increasingly developing towards a digital era combined with new literacy skills. And the company can reduce business expenses while maintaining good customer service. Where transformation is balanced with the speed of HR adaptation, HR needs to learn new skills to stay relevant, and leadership provision

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk dan strategi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen UMKM di Makassar. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi dimensi dan indikator utama dari masing-masing variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan 145 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling dari konsumen UMKM di Makassar. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan koefisien sebesar 0,641 dan nilai p-value 0,000. Strategi harga juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan, meskipun lebih kecil, dengan koefisien 0,103 dan nilai p-value 0,005. Secara keseluruhan, kedua variabel ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen UMKM di Makassar, dengan inovasi produk memberikan dampak yang lebih besar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi inovasi produk dan strategi harga yang tepat dapat meningkatkan daya tarik produk dan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Oleh karena itu, UMKM di Makassar perlu mengelola kedua faktor ini dengan baik untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberhasilan usaha.

Abstract

public service quality is a key factor in achieving community satisfaction. This research is to examine the impact of service quality on community satisfaction at the Patam Lestari village office in Batam City, using the servqual theory, which encompasses five Dimensions: tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study used a quantitative technique using a survey design. The population included community members using public services at the Patam Lestari village office, with a sample of 99 respondents determined by the Slovin formula, with a 10% margin of error and selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected using a standardised questionnaire and analysed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 19.0. The results demonstrate that all five dimensions of service quality exert both simultaneous and partial positive and substantial impacts on community satisfaction. The findings indicate that improving the quality of public services across all SERVQUAL characteristics may substantially increase community satisfaction. Consequently, government offices are urged to prioritise the ongoing enhancement of service quality to foster increased public trust and satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja dosen dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Universitas Batam. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh dosen tetap Universitas Batam dengan sampel sebanyak 127 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sensus (total sampling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 26 dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji Sobel untuk menguji efek mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai koefisien beta = 0,658 (p < 0,001); (2) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dengan nilai koefisien beta = 0,347 (p < 0,001); (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dengan nilai koefisien beta = 0,486 (p < 0,001); (4) motivasi kerja memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja dosen dengan nilai indirect effect sebesar 0,320 (Z = 5,412; p < 0,001). Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa Universitas Batam perlu mengembangkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional pada level pimpinan fakultas dan program studi serta menciptakan sistem motivasi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja dosen dalam pelaksanaan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Customer Review, Bundling Promotion, and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions of The Originote skincare products through the TikTokShop platform in Batam City. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population consists of people in Batam City; however, since not all use The Originote products, the population size is considered unknown. The sample consisted of 96 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis included classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F- test, and coefficient of determination, using SPSS software version 27. The results showed that bundling promotion and brand image partially had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, while customer review had a positive but not significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables had a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of The Originote products through the TikTokShop platform in Batam City.
