Abstract

The current tourism is certainly the primadonna sector, expected to become the locomotive for Indonesia's economic recovery. The Development of Tourism in the term of Agro-tourism in an area can help to increase the community and government income, if it is handled maximally. This activity aims to generate the potential in rural areas through empowerment and management activities of agriculture with tourism activities (agrotourism). Telaga Madiredo has the potential that can be developed as agro tourism destination in Malang Regency. This agrotourism development uses participatory rural appraisal (PRA) method using focus group discussion (FGD) techniques. The results of this service activity can be concluded that there is an understanding created regarding the marketing aspects of the offered tourism products, and an understanding of the duties and functions of the employees at Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism. This is proven with the diversion of marketing contents developed by Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism Managers. In addition, the community service team has succeeded in assisting the management of Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism in compiling the main tasks and functions that can be set as a reference to maximize the performance of the employees at Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism.

Abstract

The development of a tourist village is part of the implementation of tourism that is directly related to services and requires collaboration with the village government and the tourism organizing community. One form of tourism development carried out by Bumdes is the tourism market tourism area in Pandesari Village, Pujon District, Malang Province. Currently, the condition of the Pandesari tourism market has not fully met the requirements as a tourist destination due to its less-than-optimal management. This activity aims to help the Pandesari tourism market regarding the use of digital marketing as a means of developing MSMEs. The community service stage consists of several stages, including1) creating social media, 2) implementing financial management practices, 3) inputting SOP files and cooperation agreements, 4) basic tourism training, 5) designing brochures, banners/posters. The results of the training and mentoring for the tourism market SMEs are: 1. The tourism market SMEs have social media. 2. The tourism market is starting to organize its finances properly 3. The tourism market already has SOP files and cooperation agreements, 4. The tourism market has brochures that are very attractive to visitors.

Abstract

This Community Service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing the competence of teachers to develop an interactive E-module-based assessment instrument and the use of interactive E-modules for MI Muhammadiyah Srebegan Ceper Klaten students. The Community Service activity was carried out by the Education and Basic Education Research and Evaluation Study Program in collaboration with MI Muhammadiyah Srebegan Ceper Klaten on Saturday, July 23, 2022. The activity was carried out offline at MI Muhammadiyah Srebegan. The participants of the activity were teachers and students of MI Muhammadiyah. The implementation of the activity begins with the presentation of material by each of the 2 resource persons, followed by an experience sharing session by students of the UST Research and Evaluation Study Program and Basic Education who have worked as teachers in elementary schools, then discussions and questions and answers, and continued with the practice of preparing learning tools. independently. The results of this activity are that the activity runs smoothly, quite a lot of benefits are obtained by the participants, including getting additional knowledge related to good learning tools, as a material for self-introspection to correct previously prepared learning tools, teachers are able to practice directly in compiling assessment instruments based on E-modules are interactive and students are able to use interactive E-modules.

Abstract

In the era of modernization, everyone is required to maximize the role of technology, until now the impact of this role has penetrated into digital marketing so that whatever consumers desire, the process of buying a product will be easier. So far the marketing carried out by Bungkus Ind products has not touched digital marketing at all so that access from consumers is also still not wide enough because the marketing process is not extensive only through grocery stores. This finally becomes a special concern when juxtaposed in the modern era like today. In the mentoring process for Bungkus Ind products, several activities have been carried out to spur these products to be able to take full advantage of digital marketing and Bungkus Ind products to be known as developing and advanced MSMEs. These activities include: (1) Introduction to packaging and branding, (2) making logos on packaging (3) printing new packaging (4) Product photos, (5) Introduction to social media and creating social media accounts, (6) Introduction to marketplaces and product registration on marketplaces such as Shopee. Of the many activities that have been carried out, the following results have resulted: 1. UMKM Wrap Ind now has a product logo as a feature of the product; 2. UMKM Wrap Ind now has attractive and contemporary packaging; 3. UMKM Wrap Ind which previously did not have accounts on social media and accounts at Shopee now have; 4. Business owners are beginning to have the enthusiasm to re-develop their business, are starting to actively participate in events and are more confident because their products already have packaging and logos that are easily recognized by the public. 5. Business owners gain knowledge on how to use digital media to increase sales. 6. Business owners have knowledge of how to create competitive strategies in the current market era which is very broad.

Abstract

Indicators or references for scientific papers can be said to be good if they are avoided duplication or plagiarism elements. Plagiarism often occurs among students, especially in writing/compiling scientific works. Many students write citations in their scientific paper but do not include references in the reference list and vice versa. This phenomenon occurs because there are still many students who are not familiar with reference tools such as Zotero, End-note, etc. Based on this, this community service is carried out with the objectives: 1. providing an introduction to the importance of using reference tools to students in compiling scientific papers to reduce the percentage of plagiarism, and 2. showing how to get references to students. This community service is carried out through introduction (socialization) and online training with students of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Pawyatan Daha University. This community service is carried out using lectures, discussions, and assignments to students to do installations, create accounts, and finally make citations and references. Community service activities have results showing that students can install and use Zotero in making citations and reference lists.

Abstract

The socialization targets involved in this activity were students who are members of the Himpunan Mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM). The participants took part in educational and outreach activities related to financial literacy in the community. The purpose of this activity was to provide knowledge and insight to the Himpunan Mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) so that participants gain knowledge and insight regarding financial literacy. In addition, the participants also participated in the dialogue process carried out by the service team. There were 45 students who attended on January 13-14 2023 at the BT Building, UNM Faculty of Economics. The method used in this outreach activity is an analysis of partner needs, socialization of financial literacy, and the discussion and evaluation stages.

Abstract

As students we must implement the Tridarma of Higher Education which includes 3 points namely Education and Teaching. Research and development. Community service Community service is a topic that must be applied especially for academics to provide real comparisons both in terms of academics/textbooks and reality or real problems in the field. The purpose of this is to have a real impact on MSMEs or society so that they can develop and adapt to current conditions. In this service, we are directly involved in providing assistance and development at CV. Airlangga Trans is engaged in the car rental service industry. This company is one of the oldest car rental companies in Malang City which was founded in 1996 and was originally named Silver. CV. Airlangga Trans is located on Jl. Karimata Strait E6 No. 3-4, Lesanpuro, KedungSometimes, Malang City. The reason for this business assistance is that this business has experienced a very significant decrease in turnover because it cannot compete with other vehicle rental businesses both in terms of operations, marketing, and digitalization. The results of our real dedication and assistance are the creation of a more up-to-date logo, the creation of a clear organizational structure and job deck, a more streamlined operational flow, and the creation of digital marketing, namely Website, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube.

Abstract

The return of face-to-face learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic deserves attention. In addition to continued attention to health protocols, students need to be reminded of the importance of ergonomic postures while studying. If left unchecked, it will have an impact on appearance, psychology and health, especially musculoskeletal disorders. The aim of this consultation is to prevent the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders caused by incorrect posture while studying. This counselling activity was conducted in December 2022-January 2023 at SMA Batik 1 Surakarta. The method used was a lecture with a power point and supported by the provision of stretching exercise education with leaflets. The population in this extension activity was 77 students with the concept of community-based participatory research (CPR). The evaluation indicators were pre-test and post-test questionnaires on students' understanding of ergonomic postures while studying and students' complaints. The results showed that the number of students in the "poor" category decreased from 88% to 37%, in the "moderate" category from 12% to 17% and in the "good" category from none to 36%. This means that the advice provided is having a positive effect in raising awareness of ergonomic postures during study.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a very valuable event in a woman's life. During pregnancy, women will experience many changes in their posture, physiological and anatomical changes that occur during pregnancy can cause a decrease in functional activity. Often women will feel pain in the back which is caused by an increase in abdominal volume. This counseling aims to increase knowledge of pregnant women and how to reduce back pain during pregnancy. This outreach activity was carried out on 16 – 31 October 2023. Located at Posyandu Kemuning 512, Kesatrian Village, Malang City. Participants in this activity were pregnant women in the second and third trimesters with a total of 10 participants. The outreach media uses leaflets. Data collection was carried out using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results show that there is an increase in knowledge and it can be concluded that the majority of pregnant women have a better understanding of the back pain they often experience.

Abstract

Setiap ibu pasti akan memberikan yang terbaik kepada anaknya seperti pada saat proses menyusui atau pemberian ASI. ASI direkomendasikan untuk diberikan hingga anak usia dua tahun atau lebih. Dalam proses menyusui tersebut, ibu akan mengalami beberapa faktor yang mengganggu seperti ASI keluar tidak secara lancar. Hal ini tentu saja akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap anak dan ibu. Penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk menghindari ASI keluar secara tidak lancar pada proses menyusui. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 02-08 Januari 2024 menggunakan konsep community-based participatory research (CPR). Jumlah responden yaitu 5 orang. Media yang digunakan berupa leaflet dan materi edukasi mengenai massage oksitosin. Kuisioner pre dan post test digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi. Hasil dari penyuluhan ini adalah terdapat peningkatan hasil pemahaman ibu hamil Desa Saradan Kab. Sragen tentang massage oksitosin.
