Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Kahatex. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the quality of financial reports, the role of accounting information systems, internal control systems, and workforce efficiency on the managerial performance of PT. Kahatex. The population and sample in this study are 45 financial employees of PT. Kahatex. The sampling technique used is a census sampling. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The type of data used is quantitative data. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of the study is that simultaneously and partially, the quality of financial reports, the role of accounting information systems, internal control systems, and workforce efficiency have a positive and significant effect on the managerial performance of PT. Kahatex.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine the effect of family work conflict, work family conflict, and job stress on nurses' job performance in hospitals, as well as whether family work conflict, work family conflict variables can be influenced by job stress in nurses' performance in hospitals. The findings of this study are expected to be used by the hospital in determining the level of service provided to patients. This study is a quantitative causal study that uses SEM to determine the relationship that is influential between two or more variables (Structural Equation Modeling). The population in this study was all female nurses who worked at hospitals in Bandung (Muhammadiyah Hospital, Kebon Jati Hospital, Santosa Hospital, and Islamic Hospital), and the study sample was 119 respondents using a non-probability purposive sampling method. According to the study's findings, family work conflict has no positive effect on job stress. Furthermore, work-family conflict has a positive impact on the job. Workplace stress improves job performance. According to the findings of this study, family work conflict has a negative impact on job performance. Work-family conflict has a positive impact on job performance. According to the findings of this study, a key value in work-family conflict is a conflict of commitment and responsibility toward family. This study recommends that hospitals hold employee recreation activities with their families, which means that hospitals get to know their employees' families in order to strengthen the bonds between employees and their families. work-family conflict has a positive impact on the job. Abstract

This study aims to formulate a SME business development strategy at the SME Catering Academy Center in Bandung City. The research was conducted with a descriptive-qualitative approach. Analysis techniques using internal-external situation analysis, merging using the IE matrix, and formulating strategies using SWOT A series of situational analyses of the business environment and incorporation using the IE matrix led to the understanding that Bandung City's SME Catering Academy is in the 2nd quadrant of the IE matrix, with recommendations for a general hold and maintenance strategy. While the SWOT analysis yielded several more specific strategic recommendations, namely improving corporate image in the eyes of consumers, strengthening digital capabilities, strengthening existing networks and adding new networks with various parties, increasing working capital for operational financing, expanding distribution, improving the quality of company human resources and employee development, expanding existing markets, carrying out production planning, and improving cost efficiency.

Abstract

Abstract So far, in formulating strategies in an organization, especially reviewing from the aspect of human resource management, analytical tools that are often used to process the data obtained are SWOT Analysts, Internal Factor Analysis and External factors and Competitive Profile Matrix how to analyze the strength of weaknesses in opportunities and threats of a company (SWOT) and matrix Competitive profile analyzes the strategic position of the company compared to similar competitors, especially in terms of human resource management, namely employees, because employees are the spearhead of an organization. The purpose of software development in the form of this application is so that it can be used to formulate strategies in the organization and its specifics can be applied also to formulate strategies in the human resource management division Software tools developed in the form of analytical tools in the form of applications consisting of SWOT Analysis, Competitive Profile Matrix, External and Internal environment analysis per business in the form of data analysis tables and diagrams that can illustrate weights, ratings and interpret the company's position and formulate strategies that are suitable for the company to apply. The development method carried out is the development model of Borg & Gall (2001) using waterfall grooves at the development stage. The results of this software development are called macro excel-based strategic planning applications) which are tested by including fictitious data on human resource management, IFA and EFA analysis, SWOT analysis, and Competitive Profile Matrix, and the result is a quadrant of strategies that formulate what strategies can be applied to the organization's resource management division.

Abstract

Human development in north Sumatra is showing progress. However, the human development disparity in the North Sumatra province is still showing. The problem must be overcome quickly to prevent further disparity from developing. The study was to analyze the impact of poverty and capital expenditure on Human Development Index (HDI) of regency/city in North Sumatra. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods which have been provided by previous study conducted on 33 regencies/cities in the North Sumatra. The data covers the poverty rate, capital expenditure and HDI of regency/city in North Sumatra in 2019. Data was accessed online on the Central Statistical Agency (BPS) for North Sumatra Province website. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis method. Analysis shows that poverty has a negative and significant impact on HDI of regency/city in North Sumatra. Meanwhile, capital expenditure has a positive and insignificant effect on of regency/city in North Sumatra. Poverty and capital expenditure are simultaneously significant on HDI of regency/city in North Sumatra. The result of this study implicates allocation of capital expenditure and the creation of human development strategies for the district or city in the north Sumatra province.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of poverty and the Human Development Index (HDI) on inequality of income distribution of regency/city in North Sumatra province. This research is quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted in 33 regencies/cities in North Sumatra province. The type of data used is secondary data. Data is accessed online on the website of Central Statistical Agency (BPS) for North Sumatra Province. The data used includes poverty rate data, HDI and Gini Ratio. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that poverty had a positive and significant impact on inequality of income distribution of regency/city in North Sumatra province. HDI also has a positive and significant impact on inequality of income distribution of regency/city in North Sumatra province. The results of the simultaneous test conclude that poverty and HDI simultaneously have a significant impact on inequality of income distribution of regency/city in North Sumatra province. This research implicates on preparation of poverty alleviation programs and equal of income distribution of regency/city in North Sumatra province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how social media affects consumers' purchase intentions. 181 respondents were given questionnaires as part of a nonprobability sampling strategy that also included a quantitative methodology in this study. The data analysis approach used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. When using the Likert scale approach of validity, operational variables were measured using SPSS 25.0, a computer measuring tool. The results showed that brand image, social media, electronic word-of-mouth, perceived value, and brand image were all significantly positive predictors of purchase intention. The component in this study that has the most effect on consumers' motivation to purchase is perceived value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyses how employee performance is impacted by workplace rules, rewards, and job characteristics. PT. Pharma HealthCare was the site of this study. In this study, there were 501 employees in the population and 92 participants in the sample. The method of sampling employs a non-probability sampling strategy. Utilizing a questionnaire gathering method to gather data from primary sources. The IBM SPSS 25 programmer was the analytical instrument employed. The findings demonstrated that, in contrast to incentives, which had no influence on employee performance, work discipline and job features had a considerable beneficial impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Finding out how digital marketing affects the marketing effectiveness of micro, small, and medium-sized firms (MSMEs) in East Java, Indonesia, is the aim of this study. Data from 351 SMEs were gathered using the structural equation model (SEM) to evaluate the research hypothesis. According to the study's results, digital marketing considerably improves MSMEs' marketing efficiency. It was also discovered that digital marketing acts as a link between the marketing performance and capabilities of MSMEs. For MSMEs in East Java and other parts of Indonesia, as well as for policymakers and academics interested in promoting the growth and development of the MSME sector, these findings have significant ramifications.

Finding out what effect motivational, disciplined, and loyal attitudes have on employee performance when used in the workplace was one of the authors' research objectives. The study was conducted at the Makassar Regional Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs, which had 52 persons working there. Research of this kind was quantitative. The major data used are responses obtained from delivering surveys to respondents, which were collected through observation and questionnaires. Multiple linear regression is the test type used.
