Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) in e-counseling services presents both opportunities and significant ethical challenges. Certified counselors are on the front lines in addressing the ethical dilemmas arising from the integration of AI technology into professional counseling practice. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) aims to analyze and synthesize 25 internationally reputable journals (indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and other reputable publishers) that discuss the ethical aspects of AI use in E-Counseling services from the perspective of certified counselors. The study identified six key ethical issues: (1) client privacy and data confidentiality, (2) informed consent in AI-client interactions, (3) algorithmic bias and fairness, (4) transparency and accountability of AI systems, (5) client autonomy versus dependence on AI, and (6) the professional competence of counselors in supervising AI. These findings are expected to serve as a scientific foundation for the development of AI ethics guidelines in counseling practice in Indonesia. The PRISMA-C ethical framework proposed in this study is expected to serve as a practical guide for certified counselors in Indonesia in responsibly adopting AI technology, as well as to provide input for the development of ABKIN’s digital code of ethics.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Guidance and Counseling (GC) services in Indonesia has progressed rapidly, yet ethical challenges and its impact on student character remain a crucial debate. Objective: This study aims to map the typology of AI technology used, analyze the effectiveness of these intelligent instruments, and explore the ethical implications and their impact on student character. Methods: This research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on 21 selected scientific articles from 2024-2026 indexed in Sinta, Scopus, and Web of Science. Data were qualitatively analyzed to address three primary research questions. Results: Findings indicate that backward chaining-based expert systems and LLM chatbots dominate precision GC services. AI is proven effective in reducing academic anxiety in 55% of students and improving emotional screening accuracy. However, there is a risk of character degradation, specifically a decrease in independence and academic integrity in 30% of respondents due to digital over-reliance. Conclusion: AI serves as a reliable diagnostic assistant for counselors but cannot replace the human role in empathy and moral authority. AI implementation must be conducted through a regulated Hybrid Counseling model to maintain a balance between technological efficiency and student character development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profile of digital competence and professionalism of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in facing digital transformation in education. This research is motivated by the changing role of teachers in the digital era, where teachers are no longer merely knowledge transmitters but also facilitators, innovators, and filters of religious information in digital spaces. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected from various scientific sources, including journals, books, and previous research related to digital competence, teacher professionalism, and digitalbased Islamic education. The data were analyzed using a descriptive-critical approach to identify key patterns and issues. The findings reveal that the digital competence of PAI teachers includes not only technical skills but also the ability to integrate technology into pedagogical practices (TPACK), digital literacy, and the use of interactive learning media. Teacher professionalism in the digital era is reflected in adaptability to technological developments, the application of Islamic-based digital ethics, and the role of teachers as guides in filtering religious information. However, several challenges persist, including low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, resistance to change, and difficulties in transforming spiritual values into digital learning contexts. This study is limited to a conceptual and literature-based analysis without direct empirical data. Therefore, future research is recommended to conduct empirical studies to examine the implementation of digital competence and professionalism of PAI teachers in various educational contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi sistem penjaminan mutu di SMP Islam Sultan Agung 4 Boarding School Semarang dalam mewujudkan pendidikan bermutu untuk semua. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan strategi penjaminan mutu, menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta menilai dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru, serta dokumen sekolah terkait implementasi program mutu berbasis boarding school. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penjaminan mutu dilaksanakan melalui integrasi Smart Learning dan Homy Learning, pembiasaan budaya islami, evaluasi rutin, serta keterlibatan seluruh warga sekolah. Kesimpulannya, strategi penjaminan mutu berbasis budaya kolektif dan religius mampu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara holistik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was motivated by the low implementation of filial attitudes toward parents among students, although the material has been taught in Akidah Akhlak learning. Learning activities that are still dominated by the lecture method cause students to lack meaningful and applicable learning experiences. This study aims to identify the implementation of the role playing method, its role in fostering students’ filial attitudes toward parents, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in its application in Akidah Akhlak learning at MI Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Cibentang. This research employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the role playing method was carried out through structured stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. This method was able to improve students’ participation, empathy, confidence, and understanding of the importance of respecting and obeying parents. Supporting factors included students’ enthusiasm, teacher creativity, and a religious school environment, while the inhibiting factors were limited learning time and the low self-confidence of some students. This study indicates that the role playing method is effective in Akidah Akhlak learning to strengthen students’ character formation at the madrasah ibtidaiyah level. Keywords Role Playing; Akidah Akhlak; Devotion to Parents; Student Character; Madrasah Ibtidaiyah ABSTRACT Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya implementasi nilai berbakti kepada orang tua dalam perilaku siswa meskipun materi tersebut telah diajarkan dalam pembelajran Akidah Akhlak. Proses pembelajaran yang masih didominasi metode ceramah menyebabkan siswa kurang memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan aplikatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi metode role playing, peran metode role playing dalam menumbuhkan sikap berbakti siswa kepada orang tua, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapannya pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak di MI Hidayatul mubtadi’in Cibentang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan metode role playing dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang terstruktur. Metode ini mampu meningkatkan partisipasi, empati, keberanian, serta pemahaman siswa terhadap pentingnya menghormati dan menaati orang tua. Faktor pendukung penelitian meliputi antusiasme siswa, kreativitas guru, dan lingkungan madrasah yang religius, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya berupa keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dan rendahnya rasa percaya diri sebagian siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode role playing memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak untuk memperkuat pembentukan karakter siswa tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Abstract

This study was motivated by the differences in students’ abilities, interests, and learning styles in Fikih learning for students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. The learning process, which still tended to use lecture-based methods, caused some students to be less active and their learning motivation had not yet reached an optimal level. Therefore, differentiated learning was implemented as an effort to adjust the learning process to students’ learning needs. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of differentiated learning in the Fikih subject and to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. The research subjects consisted of the headmaster, Fikih teacher, vice principal of curriculum affairs, and eighth-grade students. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of differentiated learning had been conducted through planning, implementation, and evaluation stages by considering students’ needs, interests, and abilities. Teachers applied various learning methods such as discussions, practical activities, question-and-answer sessions, and the use of diverse learning media. Supporting factors included good communication, teacher readiness, learning facilities, and student enthusiasm. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors included limited time, differences in students’ abilities, and classroom management constraints. Nevertheless, differentiated learning was able to improve students’ activeness and learning motivation in the Fikih subject.

Abstract

With the advancement of digital technology, there have been significant changes in approaches to Islamic religious education, particularly in terms of adapting the learning process to the characteristics of students in the digital generation. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between developmental psychology and approaches to Islamic religious education in the digital age. This study employs a qualitative method, specifically a literature review. Data were obtained by reviewing various scientific sources, including books and journals related to developmental psychology, student characteristics, and digital learning approaches for Islamic religious education. Data collection was also conducted through a review of documentation and analysis of scientific literature published over the past five years. The research results indicate that developmental psychology is crucial in determining adaptive, humanistic, and contextual Islamic religious education strategies that account for students’ cognitive, emotional, social, and moral development. When tailored to students’ psychological developmental needs, digital-based learning methods such as e-learning, interactive learning, blended learning, and project-based learning are considered capable of enhancing students’ motivation, engagement, and understanding. However, in the digital age, the integration of developmental psychology into Islamic religious education still faces many challenges. These include teachers who lack the skills to implement digital pedagogy, a shortage of technological resources, and the negative effects of digital media on student behavior. Therefore, methods of teaching Islamic religious education in the modern era must be designed innovatively, striking a balance between the use of technology and the reinforcement of Islamic values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya pola pengasuhan otoriter di Kampung Bojong, Kelurahan Sayar, yang menuntut kepatuhan mutlak tanpa ruang dialog dan kerap menerapkan hukuman sebagai bentuk disiplin. Praktik pengasuhan keras ini berdampak langsung pada terganggunya perkembangan emosional anak, di mana siswa menunjukkan kemampuan yang rendah dalam mengenali emosi diri dan cenderung memendam emosi negatif ( penekanan ) karena takut dihukum. Berdasarkan teori Albert Bandura, kondisi ini mengindikasikan adanya distorsi pada tiga pilar regulasi diri anak, yaitu observasi diri, proses penilaian, dan reaksi diri . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki sistem kontrol emosi anak melalui intervensi layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-regulation . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang fokus pada 10 siswa kelas 5 MIS Mathla'ul Huda yang terindikasi mengalami hambatan ekspresi emosi paling signifikan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam bersama guru kelas serta orang tua, dan pemanfaatan media visual seni ekspresi berupa topless perasaan ( Jars of Feelings ). Hasil penelitian diproyeksikan untuk melacak dinamika perubahan perilaku siswa secara bertahap. Melalui layanan konseling kelompok yang terstruktur, anak-anak dibimbing untuk mengaktifkan kembali fungsi observasi diri dengan memancarkan emosi melalui warna, menyebarkan beban pikiran ( judgement process ), dan mengalihkan emosi negatif menjadi respon positif ( self-reaction ) yang menenangkan, sehingga siswa terdorong untuk berani menyampaikan perasaannya secara adaptif dan sehat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much the continuity of the ISMUBA in action program affects the religious literacy skills of students at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Weleri. This study uses an associative quantitative method. The data was obtained through a questionnaire filled out by 85 students at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Weleri. The sample determination technique uses the Non-Prability Sampling method. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential statistics through simple linear regression analysis to test the influence between independent and dependent variables. The results of this study show that the ISMUBA in action program has a positive impact on the religious literacy ability of students at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Weleri. The ISMUBA in action program can also be a good predictor of the rise and fall of the religious literacy skills of students at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Weleri. This research has the implication that the ISMUBA in action program and other religious programs can be an alternative to improve students' religious literacy skills.

Abstract

Perkembangan AI membuat proses belajar jadi lebih mudah. Mahasiswa jadi cepat cari referensi, lebih mudah mengerti materi kuliah, lebih terbantu saat membuat tugas akademik, dan lebih cepat dapat informasi ilmiah. Akan tetapi, apabila AI dipakai terlalu sering dan berlebihan, muncul banyak masalah dalam etika akademik. Contohnya seperti plagiarisme, copy-paste, manipulasi data, terlalu bergantung pada teknologi, sampai kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa jadi menurun. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk melihat hubungan hadis Nabi Muhammad saw. tentang amanah, kejujuran, dan adab menuntut ilmu sebagai dasar etika saat memakai AI dalam pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini memakai metode studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif lewat kajian jurnal ilmiah, kitab hadis, dan literatur pendidikan Islam yang berkaitan dengan etika pemakaian AI dan integritas akademik. Teknik analisis data memakai analisis isi untuk mencari hubungan antara nilai dalam hadis dengan keadaan pemakaian AI di dunia akademik. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa hadis tentang amanah dan kejujuran sangat kuat hubungannya dengan masalah integritas akademik mahasiswa di era digital. Hadis Nabi tentang amanah menjelaskan bahwa mahasiswa wajib bertanggung jawab atas seluruh isi karya ilmiah yang dibuat walaupun ada bantuan teknologi. Hadis tentang kejujuran menjelaskan bahwa proses mencari ilmu harus dilakukan dengan jujur, sungguh-sungguh, dan tidak boleh sepenuhnya bergantung pada jawaban cepat dari AI. Penelitian ini memberi hasil bahwa AI dalam pendidikan Islam bukan teknologi yang dilarang, tetapi harus ditempatkan sebagai alat bantu belajar, bukan pengganti cara berpikir manusia. Karena itu, nilai amanah, shidq, adab keilmuan, dan tanggung jawab moral sangat dibutuhkan supaya pemakaian AI tetap sesuai dengan etika pendidikan Islam dan tidak merusak integritas akademik mahasiswa.
