Abstract

Methods are regular means used to carry out a job. The method has a purpose so that the material to be delivered can be received by students well. The choice of learning methods must be adjusted to the needs of students, because improper learning methods will cause the learning process to take place less effectively and learning objectives cannot be carried out optimally. The al-bidayah method is one of the methods in Arabic language learning that is considered effective for learning students' maharah qiraah. Using a qualitative library research approach, this article reviews the complex al-bidayah  method and its role in increasing reseptive. Abillities in the form of maharah qiraah. Reseachers obtained data by reading, writing and analyzing the conntents pf the  manual for the al-bidayah method and using it as a primary research  data source. The  results showed that al-bidayah method is an applicable method used for reseptive learning of arabic. This is because al-bidayah method has a systematic arragement of chapters and sub-chapters. The role of the al-bidayah method in improving students’ reseptive abilities is in the aspects of nahwu and sharf.

Abstract

The principal is a leader who is mandated by Allah SWT to carry out his duties as a principal in an educational institution and is responsible for all the quality of existing human resources. Because the principal is the first person who is responsible for achieving educational goals. Teacher professionalism is someone who has special abilities and expertise in the field of teacher training so that he is able to carry out his duties with the ability of a professional teacher. The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the role of the principal in increasing teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri 1 Mojowarno Jombang. (2) Professionalism of PAI teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Mojowarno Jombang. This research is field research (field research) which is qualitative in nature, the research form is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study found that the role of the head in increasing teacher professionalism was that the principal always provided motivation for any problems teachers faced at SMP Negeri 1 Mojowarno Jombang, while the professionalism of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Mojowarno Jombang was that teachers were able to master the material/subject matter to be taught, able to managing teaching and learning programs, being able to use media or learning resources, being able to assess student achievement, and being able to recognize the functions and programs of guidance and counseling

Abstract

Vocabulary is a basic element for foreign language learners to acquire proficiency in the language. Language learners need to design effective learning techniques so that vocabulary mastery can be optimal. The majority of language teachers use the technique of translating into their mother tongue directly. While this translation technique has a weak level of adhesion in memory. The technique of introducing words to students can be through providing context, definitions, synonyms, antonyms, original items, imitations, pictures, demonstrations, and finally translation. Recognition of word meanings in these ways can utilize the development of educational technology with learning media. One variety of learning media that can be used to introduce vocabulary is multimedia. Multimedia that can represent text, sound, images, animation, and video can be an effective alternative learning media. In the hope that it can increase students' enthusiasm for learning and make learning more enjoyable. Therefore, this article describes Arabic vocabulary learning techniques and the use of interactive media as a means of learning Arabic vocabulary.

Abstract

A good teacher will carry out his duties professionally to produce higher quality graduates. This is supported by the role of the principal as a supervisor who has the task of improving teacher pedagogical competence in an effort to create a better learning process through more efficient teaching methods, broad mastery of material which enables students to meet competency standards. This study aims to describe the role of school principals as supervisors in improving the quality of educators, and to describe the pedagogic competence of teachers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a case study approach. by observing the role of the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher pedagogical competence at SMPN 2 Diwek Jombang. The subjects of this study were school principals, vice principals for curriculum, teachers and students. The object of this research is the role of the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher pedagogic competence at SMPN 2 Diwek Jombang. This study uses data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Primary data is selected directly from the respondents, while secondary data is in the form of theories from books and journals as well as other supports obtained from school documentation. While testing the validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources. Data analysis in this study used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of the principal as a supervisor in improving the quality of educators has been going well, this is evidenced by the principal making a work program consisting of an annual program and a semester program, the principal also uses techniques in carrying out supervision including are class visit and observation techniques, individual techniques, and group techniques. Meanwhile, the pedagogic competence of teachers at SMPN 2 Diwek Jombang has also been going well. This shows that the teacher has mastered all the core pedagogic competencies of the teacher, but there is still something that needs to be improved, namely regarding reflective action to improve the quality of learning

Abstract

Initially, the community's perception of the Al-Qura'an tahfidz program at the Ibnu Rusydi Padepokan was indifferent, because the history of the establishment of the hermitage began with a prayer room which was used as a place to rest to simply unwind, moreover the leader or caretaker of the mosque was a former thug, he was not sure that it will become a hermitage that has a tahfidz Al-Qura'an program, therefore the public's perception is negative, but in the end the public's perception of the Ibnu Rusydi hermitage is good when many students stay, there are congregational prayer activities and reciting the Koran . The positive response from the community increased when Abah Agus Ma'arif (caretaker) was very painstaking and patient in guiding, leading students who had mental damage and mental shock, such as; former thugs, ex-convicts, drug addicts, street children, hopeless, distortions, he uses a persuasive approach based on the Koran. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with a case study design with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis methods. The research results found that; the public's perception of the Al-Qur'an tahfidz program is very good as evidenced by responses and encouragement both directly and indirectly, because the program is considered the strongest fortress to protect life. Globalization and modernization are considered as challenges that can damage the morality of national and religious life, the stronger the positive response of the community when Abah Agus Maarif (caretaker) embraces, guides, students who have mental retardation, mental shock, thirst for religious values ? by using an Al-based approach -Quran. Community participation in the Al-Qur'an tahfidz program at the Ibnu Rusydi Cukir Diwek Jombang hermitage is evidenced by the presence of residents at the hermitage starting to just chat, talk about the development of the hermitage, even entrusting their son to study/stay at the hermitage. Abstract

Learning achievement is an aspect of the skills possessed by students as a result of the efforts and learning activities undertaken, seen as an important indicator in the whole educational process in general. Thus, as someone who has an important role in determining the success or failure of a learning process, a teacher must be able to act as a multidimensional human being, meaning that the teacher's role in learning is not just teaching, but further, namely educating, guiding, providing convenience (facilitator). ), and motivate students to be more active and passionate in learning. A teacher must be able to deliver students to achieve educational goals as evidenced by grades and report cards. To realize the creation of student learning outcomes include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The purpose of this study is to discuss the role of PAI teachers in increasing learning achievement at SDN Alang-Alang Caruban I Jogoroto Jombang and explained about learning achievement at SDN Alang-Alang Caruban I Jogoroto Jombang. The method in this research is to examine in depth the Role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Improving Student Achievement at SDN Alang-Alang Caruban I Jogoroto Jombang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive qualitative method because the researcher tries to understand and describe and seek data through interviews, observation, and documentation. This research concludes that Islamic Religious Education teachers play a role: As a teacher, namely the teacher conveys the learning objectives to be achieved As a facilitator which the teacher prepares material taken from textbooks or from other references. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze student management strategies in increasing academic achievement at Madrasa Aliyah Bustanul Quran, 2) to analyze student management strategies in increasing extracurricular achievement at Madrasa Aliyah Bustanul Quran). This study uses a qualitative research approach, with a case study type of research. The subjects in this study were school principals, deputy head of student affairs, and teachers. The results of the study show that, 1) The application of student management strategies in motivating to shape student character is carried out by the deputy head of student affairs through the implementation of good management functions starting from planning by making work programs, then organizing by structurally forming and coordinating with extracurricular coaches at the madrasa. 2) The student management strategy in motivating to shape student character which is carried out in accordance with the work program has implications for madrasas, especially students. Students can always develop their talents and interests through various coaching activities in madrasas and get achievements in their respective fields. Students always get the same attention by teachers, especially student coaches in the smoothness and success of their learning in madrasas

Abstract

Teacher creativity is one of the most important factors that can encourage students to be more active in learning. Student moral development is being able to distinguish between what is good and what is bad according to reason and the norms that exist in the environment where students are. The aims of this thesis are: (1) The form and process of creativity of Islamic religious education teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang (2) How the morals of students at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang are. This research uses a qualitative approach. Methods of data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display and verification. The results of the study showed that (1) the creative form of Islamic religious education teachers in developing student morals begins with a handshake, Duha prayer, greetings, tawassul and reading Juz amma one letter. The creative process of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering student morals at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang (a) Providing examples of good habits (b) Applying good attitudes or morals and implementing the formation of character in daily activities. (2) Student morals in SMK Negeri 2 Jombang. The method of fostering morals is (a) fostering student morals (b) habituation (c) daily motivation. The conclusion of this study is that the creativity of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering student morals at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang plays a positive role in changing the attitudes of their students. From this study it proves that many students' attitudes have changed for the better from several aspects such as morals to Allah SWT, morals towards teachers, morals towards parents, morals towards friends, morals towards themselves and morals towards the environment because of the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers.

Abstract

Resitasi untuk menguatkan metode direct instrction adalah metode belajar yang dianggap mampu membantu guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik, minat tersebutlah yang mampu meningkatkan kemauan dan konsentrasi studi peserta didik dari kemauan itu akan lebih mudah bagi peserta didik dalam memahami pelajaran. Dari hal tersebut rumusan masalah dalam penelitian meliputi: 1. Bagaimana penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode Direct Instruction pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang?, 2. Bagaimana penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode Direct Instruction dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang?. Fokus penelitian skripsi ini mencakup dua hal yaitu: 1.Penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode Direct Instruction pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang, 2.Resitasi untuk menguatkan metode Direct Instruction dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah: 1. Untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode ceramah pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang, 2. Untuk mendeskripsikan minat belajar siswa sebelum penerapan resitasi untuk menguatkan metode ceramah pada mata pelajaran SKI di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang, 3. Untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi resitasi untuk menguatkan metode ceramah pada mata pelajaran SKI dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian(field research) dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif desainnya studi kasus. Dengan rancangan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kehadiran peneliti dalam penelitian ini sebagai instrument kunci dan peneliti merupakan pengamat sebagai partisipan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa resitasi untuk menguatkan metode ceramah memang sangat mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa, dimana dapat dilihat secara langsung bahwa dengan menambahkan resitasi atau penugasan siswa lebih terfokus dan berpartisipasi aktif selama pembelajaran berlangsung Kesimpulan dari pemaparan diatas bahwa resitasi untuk menguatkan metode direct instruction memang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan minat belajar siswa pada matapelajaran SKI terkhusus materi yang berisi cerita yang menjadikan siswa mudah bosan ketika pembelajaran berlangsung.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Patience and Gratitude According to Ulya Ali Ubaid the Perspective of Islamic Education. The approach used in this study is an analytic descriptive approach where after the data is collected, the data is sorted and classified and then categorized according to the theme raised. The reason for using this approach is to get a comprehensive picture of the object under study and to know Patience and Gratitude According to Ulya ali Ubaid the Perspective of Islamic Education contained in the book Patience and Gratitude The Gate of Happiness in the World and the Hereafter. data collection, researchers examine various kinds of books (Primary and Secondary), or other written data, which are relevant to the title. The method used in analyzing the data in this study is to use a descriptive method that describes Patience and Gratitude According to Ulya Ali Ubaid Perspective of Islamic Education. The results of his research are Patience and Gratitude According to Ulya Ali Ubaid Perspective of Islamic Education.Patience is pushing the soul and moving the body to achieve the desired goals to reach the gates of happiness for a servant.
