Abstract

This study aims to describe the Participant Modeling Learning Model in the Subject of Akhlak Aqidah at MA Balongrejo Sumobito. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study type of research. Data Collection Techniques using Interviews, Observations, and documentation. This method was used by researchers to obtain data related to Participant Modeling Strategies in the Subject of Aqidah Akhlak at MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang. Data analysis techniqueData Reduction (Data reduction) Data Display (Data Presentation) Conclusion Drawing/Verification. Data Validity Test is carried out by: Participation Extension, Observation Persistence and Triangulation. The result of the research is that the Participant Modeling learning model planning consists of 4 steps, namely: 1). Preparing material, 2). Choosing a model, 3. Guided participation. The application of the Participant Modeling Learning Model in the Akidah Akhlak Subject at MA Balongrejo Sumobito has three stages, namely: 1). Model preparation, 2). Model demonstration, 3). Observation of students, 4). Teacher explanation. Evaluation of Participant Modeling Learning Models There are three things that must be evaluated by students, namely: 1). Learning process, 2). Learning outcomes, 3. Learning program.

Abstract

The teacher has the responsibility to see everything that happens in the classroom to help the student's development process. The teacher is someone who is able to carry out educational actions in an educational situation or a person who is mature, honest, patient, physically and mentally healthy, virtuous, expert, skilled, open, fair and compassionate. Therefore teachers need to accustom students to live regularly by always being given exemplary and coaching related to discipline. Being a PAI teacher in carrying out his role is supposed to instill the values ??of discipline in students, because discipline has an integral part of the legitimacy of religious worship. The aims of this study are 1. To describe the role of Islamic education teachers in improving student discipline at SMPN 2 Mojoagung Jombang. 2. To describe the form of student discipline at SMPN 2 Mojoagung Jombang. This study uses qualitative research using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The role of PAI teachers in improving student discipline. As for the teacher as a motivator, the teacher as a guide, as well as the driving factor for the teacher in increasing student discipline at SMPN 2 Mojoagung. 2. The application of student discipline at SMPN 2 Mojoagung Jombang, namely the habituation method and the punishment method.

Abstract

The principal as a manager has a very decisive role success in an institution he leads, the success or failure of madrasa goals can be influenced by how the madrasa head performs management functions. In order to carry out its roles and functions as a manager. This study aims to describe 1. The role of the madrasa head as a manager in improving the performance of administrative staff at MA Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang 2. The performance of administrative staff in the field of student affairs at MA Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang. This research is a qualitative field research, the research design is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using qualitative methods with a qualitative descriptive design. The results showed that: 1. The role of the head of the madrasa as a manager at MA Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang, namely: a. compiling the program: The head of the madrasa forms a special committee, b. madrasa organization: the head of the madrasa forms a work team contained in the hierarchical organizational structure. c. mobilize staff: the head of the madrasa directly supervises his employees in completing madrasa tasks. 2. Performance of administrative staff at MA Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang. It can be seen from: a. Quantity of work achieved: the work of administrative staff is always monitored by the head of the madrasa, so that all tasks are completed according to procedure, b. quality of work achieved: accuracy in work, work discipline, adherence to work procedures c. the quality of the work the ability to do the job as required d. attendance and activities while present at the workplace.

Abstract

The role of the DSN MUI fatwa is one of the prerequisites in determining products in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS). Where when the products submitted by DPS each Islamic financial institution received a fatwa provision from the DSN MUI. This research was written to explain in principle the role of the DSN-MUI fatwa in business operations in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS). The research in this paper is literary in nature and is described descriptively. All Islamic financial institutions are required to comply with the MUI DSN fatwa. Because all business activities and operations at Islamic financial institutions have benefits and blessings for all parties who are and will run them, both for LKS who are domiciled as authorities and have a variety of product offerings as well as for customers as product users, the provisions of the fatwa indirectly can be one of the determining factors for its sustainability.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of the paternalistic religio leadership style contained in Muhammad Nur Salim Asy'ari's book entitled "Students' Perceptions of Kiai Leadership Behavior in Islamic Boarding Schools." Leadership style is the way a leader carries out his leadership function. The connotation of kiai leadership in pesantren is often branded as authoritarian and arbitrary. Even though the leadership of the kiai in pesantren is very closely related to religious values. Apart from that, pesantren life has its own cultural pattern, which eventually forms a kiai's leadership style. This study used library research methods with content analysis. Then check the validity of the data using source triangulation. Based on the BS Cheng theory, there are three indicators of paternalistic leadership: autocracy, benevolence, and morals. If an analysis is carried out on the book "Santri's Perceptions of Kiai Leadership Behavior in Islamic Boarding Schools," it is shown that; the autocratic aspect is shown by the kiai providing direction and guidance to the management; the aspect of virtue is shown by the attitude of syafaqah/affection; and the moral aspect is shown by the kiai always providing role models for santri, both in the form of aqwal and ahwal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of PAI learning materials with cooperative learning models on student learning outcomes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Methods of data collection is done by using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data display, and verification as well as drawing conclusions. Data validity test was carried out using the triangulation method. The results of the study show that (1) the cooperative learning method can improve student learning outcomes, (2) there are several preparations in applying the cooperative learning method to teaching and learning activities in class, starting with planning by identifying the level of student intelligence, implementation by forming groups small, and evaluation of learning outcomes, (3) the teacher's efforts to design learning more creatively greatly affect the success rate of applying the cooperative learning method, (4) there are many advantages than disadvantages when the cooperative learning method is applied to high school students.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the contribution of Islamic education to the social-emotional development of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Salafiyah Syafiiyah Tebuireng, Jombang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, as well as analysis of documents related to the curriculum and Islamic education activities at MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Tebuireng. The results of this study indicate that Islamic education at MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Tebuireng has a significant contribution to the development of students' social-emotional aspects. Islamic education at MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Tebuireng instills Islamic moral and ethical values ??through religious learning and the practice of worship. This strengthens students' awareness of social responsibility, concern for others, and ability to manage and overcome emotions when interacting with others. The Islamic education curriculum, which is comprehensive and integrated with general education, provides a strong foundation for building students' social-emotional skills. In addition, MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Tebuireng also emphasizes character education by providing examples and guidance from teachers and staff who are Islamic role models. The supportive pesantren environment and the applied social norms also play an important role in shaping the social-emotional quality of students. The results of this study provide insight and a better understanding of the contribution of Islamic education to the socio-emotional development of students at MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Tebuireng. The implications of this research can be used as a reference for other Islamic educational institutions to strengthen the socio-emotional dimensions of students through an integrated approach between religious education, character education, and the educational environment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the process of forming student character through the process of memorizing the Quran, as has been done in SDIT Ar-Ruhul Jadid Jombang. An educational institution that offers a tahfidz al-Qura'an program for its students. The existence of this program is an effort to shape the pious character of students in line with the values ??contained in the Qur'an so that it is expected to produce quality and moral graduates. In addition, a pious character can also fortify oneself from unfavorable Western cultural threats that can impact children's behavior. Therefore, this research must be made into a paper. This research uses qualitative methods, using techniques of data collection in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive and qualitative analysis. Research results show that the management of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program in shaping the character of students at SDIT ar-Ruhul Jadid begins with planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising, which are included in the series of program implementations. The process of character formation through the tahfidzul Qur'an program involves getting students used to always memorizing the Qur'an, especially when at school. Character building is also carried out by creating a school environment that has the nuances of the Qur'an. Through this process, the pious character of students is formed. The formation of pious character is in line with the school's vision, namely, students who have a righteous character

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of internal stakeholders in efforts to improve the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 Wonosalam, Jombang. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and the analysis of related documents. The respondents to this study were teachers, principals, and administrative staff at SMP Negeri 1 Wonosalam, Jombang. The results of the study show that internal stakeholders play an important role in efforts to improve the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 Wonosalam, Jombang. Teachers have a key role in providing quality teaching, developing relevant curricula, and managing effective and innovative learning. The principal is responsible for leading and managing the school, facilitating teacher professional development, and creating a conducive school climate for learning. Administrative staff plays a role in supporting the smooth administration and management of the school. Collaboration between internal stakeholders is also important in improving the quality of education. Teachers work together with school principals and administrative staff in developing educational programs, monitoring and evaluating learning, and making decisions related to quality improvement. Good communication between internal stakeholders is also a key factor in overcoming challenges and achieving common goals. This research provides a better understanding of the role of internal stakeholders in efforts to improve the quality of education at SMP Negeri 1 Wonosalam, Jombang. The implications of this research are expected to provide input for education policymakers, school principals, teachers, and administrative staff to improve the quality of education by optimizing the role of internal stakeholders

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify the types of misconceptions that commonly occur in students, identify the factors that influence the occurrence of misconceptions, and identify effective teaching strategies for reducing student misconceptions. This research uses mixed methods, which involve both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The research sample consisted of eighth-grade students at SMPN 5 Jombang. Data was collected through a misconception test, which consisted of questions based on the concept of PAI, class observations, and interviews with students and teachers of PAI. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, while qualitative data were analyzed through thematic analysis. The results showed that there were several types of misconceptions that were common among students, such as misconceptions about worship, aqidah, and religious history. Factors that influence the occurrence of misconceptions include a lack of understanding of basic concepts, the use of less effective learning media, and the influence of the social environment. In addition, this study also identified several effective teaching strategies for reducing students' misconceptions, such as the use of constructivist approaches to learning, interactive learning media, and group discussions. The findings of this study make an important contribution to improving the quality of PAI learning at SMPN 5 Jombang and can also be adopted by other educational institutions. PAI teachers can use the results of this study as a guide in designing effective teaching strategies to reduce students' misconceptions. By reducing misconceptions, it is hoped that students will have a better understanding of PAI subjects, thereby creating a more effective learning environment and supporting the development of students' understanding of religion.
