Abstract

The purpose of the study was to obtain data related to 5 characteristics of teacher attitude communication in character education which include; (1) openness, (2) empathy, (3) Tangerang support, (4) positive Tangerang, and (5) equality. This study used descriptive quantitative method with survey technique with questionnaire instrument. The population of this study involved teachers from 3 public junior high schools in Tangerang City, totaling 137 people. Through the Slovin formula with an error of 0.5%, a sample of 102.00 was obtained, rounded up to 100 teachers who were taken randomly and proportionally. The results of the study are as follows; (1) teachers' openness in communicating with students is 51.50% which is included in the moderate category; (2) teachers' empathy in communicating with students is 49.00% which is included in the moderate category which tends to be less good; (3) teachers' supportive Tangerang in communicating with students is 51.50% which is included in the moderate category; (4) teachers' positive Tangerang in communicating with students is 50.00% which is included in the moderate category which tends to be less good; and (5) teachers' equality in communicating with students is 51.00% which is included in the moderate category. Then the accumulation of each aspect or indicator mentioned above obtained data showing that the teacher's communication ethics in student character education in public junior high schools in Tangerang City is 50.50%, including the moderate category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the personality competence of teachers in educating early childhood characters. Through play groups. Methods This research uses a qualitative approach by describing what was carried out in the Jasmine Solusi play group in Cimahi City. Data collection techniques through, namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques in this study include Domain, Taxonomy, Componential, and cultural themes. As for checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. In conclusion, the teacher's personality competence in forming early childhood character in the Jasmine Solusi Playgroup, Cimahi City. Jasmine Solusi educational staff. Have a personality capable of showing discipline, loyalty, and responsibility. The inhibiting factors causing the teacher's lack of discipline are Jasmine Solutions, which consists of external factors such as the condition of the teacher being very far from the teaching place and vehicles that are not always there. As for the efforts of the principal in improving the competence of the teacher's personality in increasing discipline, loyalty, and teacher responsibility, namely the efforts and leadership of the principal, namely monitoring, and fostering, teacher performance, so that sanctions and rewards will be given to the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the values of character education contained in Nurcholish Madjid's biography entitled Cak Nur Sang Guru Bangsa by Muhammad Wahyuni Nafis and its relevance to the material on familiarizing commendable morals in the Akidah Akhlak class VIII year 2020 subject at Madrasah Tsanawiyyah. This research is useful for enriching scientific treasures for researchers of history and Islamic thought and for reference in the world of Islamic Religious Education. This was library research, or literature study in the sense that all the data comes from written materials, namely the author studies and examines library materials, especially regarding issues of character education values and moral principles. This research uses content analysis and descriptive method. Content analysis is used to reveal, understand, and capture the contents of the writing, while the descriptive method is used to discuss the research object as it is according to the data obtained. This study found the values of character education in Cak Nur Sang Guru Bangsa's biography, namely: religion, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, democratic, peace-loving, fond of reading, social care, and responsibility. The relevance of Cak Nur's book Sang Guru Bangsa with the subjects of aqidah morals includes: Endeavor, trust, gratitude, patience, qana'ah, husnuzan, tawadu, tasamuh, and ta'awun.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out, namely: (a). The role of the foundation in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Qurrotul Aini Cileungsi Bogor. (b) Factors inhibiting the improvement of the quality of education in Madrasah (c) The foundation's efforts to improve the quality of Madrasah education. This research method uses a qualitative approach that emphasizes the depth of information. Collection techniques include: (a). Observation (b). Interview (c). Documentation study. The results have shown that the role of the foundation is not maximized, in terms of procuring facilities and infrastructure, financial management and improving human resources. Inhibiting factors in improving the quality of Madrasah education. Educational facilities and infrastructure are minimal, sources of financial financing for education are not sufficient, teacher motivation is lacking in enthusiasm. Supporting factors in improving the quality of education are the roles and efforts of the chairman of the foundation in providing educational facilities and infrastructure, a financial management system that is always being improved and improving the welfare of educators and education staff.

Abstract

This research is to analyze the concept of entrepreneurship strategic planning, Implementation of entrepreneurship strategic in managing education financing, Evaluation of entrepreneurship strategic of Modern Islamic Boarding School. The contribution and impact of strategic entrepreneurship of Modern Islamic Boarding Schools in financing and developing education. This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, participant observation and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that: (1). Planning by functioning the resources owned, by marketing products, through emotional and professional approaches, making financial projections, determining member investment capital, making production based on sales results (2). Implementation of the program, motivating teachers and staff by the leadership (3). Evalusai startegis entrepreneurship in Pondok Moderen every three months, annually with management supervision (4) The contribution and impact of strategic entrepreneurship on financing, the budget of all educational programs, facilities and facilities, human resource development, scholarships for students, the availability of cheap education.

Abstract

This study serves to test and analyze the effect of managerial knowledge, attitudes, and intentions on willingness to pay for cosmetic product consumers in Jakarta. This study uses a survey method and causality. So the samples obtained in this study were 201 respondents. The research method uses SEM analysis with the Warp PLS 7.0 program as a test tool. The results of this study are in Managerial Knowledge which has a very positive effect on Consumer Payment Intentions for Cosmetic Products significantly and Attitudes have a positive effect on Consumer Payment Intentions for Cosmetic Products significantly. This research has also shown that the intention to pay has a very significant positive effect on the willingness to pay to consumers. These tree main issues therefore should be taken into consideration in strategic planning that It is necessary to increase managerial knowledge by supporting attitudes and intentions through education and training programs to improve willingness to pay on consumers cosmetic products

Abstract

This study aims to describe the leadership of the madrasa heads towards the quality of education, analysis strategy in improving the quality of education in madrasas, which has described the character of leadership, in improving the quality of madrasah education. This study uses a qualitative method. In data collection techniques using obtained through, interviews, documentation studies, and observation Data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and verification as well as the conclusion. The results of the research presentation are that there are several strategies for the madrasa head in achieving the goals that have been jointly set by all components of the school. The strategy implemented by the head of the madrasa at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Tangerang. Using a theory about the quality of education which consists of input, process, and output as well as outcomes that are already available. Strategy implementation has also been carried out regarding the lead character of the madrasah head, following data sources that lead to democratic leadership. Strategies for improving the quality of education can be seen, and receive ideas and thoughts from related parties in issuing school policies that emphasize the quality of education in madrasas.

Abstract

The research objective is to find out (1). Planning for school principals in improving teacher performance at SMP PGII Bandung (2). Implementation of school principals in improving the performance of school teachers (3). Supervision of school principals in improving teacher performance in schools. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques: through interviews, observation, and document study. Data analysis classifies data, connects data, reduces data, displays data, and draws conclusions. Data validity by testing credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Findings (1). Planning for school principals to improve teacher performance in schools has carried out long, medium, and short-term planning by involving all stakeholders in preparing school work plans. (2). Implementation of school principals to improve teacher performance has been going according to plan. As in the leadership and motivation that has been carried out. The facilities are sufficient to run optimally. (3). Supervision is carried out by the principal following the supervisory procedures applied to all activities carried out in schools. Assessing program activities that are not implemented according to consideration, because of the assignment, position, and welfare received by the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to provide legal protection for educators in non-formal educational institutions. Protection of work agreements, rights and obligations, and social security for workers. Research method with survey approach. Data collection techniques were obtained from (1). Direct survey on research objects in the field (2). In-depth interviews with key sources (3). Documentation studies in the form of literature related to research. Data analysis and concluding by making descriptions in the form of sentences which can then be concluded. Result in that; (1) Legal protection for the parties to work agreements in non-formal institutions: it can be said that in employment relations the parties in non-formal educational institutions have not received legal protection and the parties should have agreed in writing so that they have legal force in carrying out their work. employment process following law no 13 of 2003 and the Civil Code. (2). Legal remedies that can be taken so that the parties in non-formal educational institutions receive legal protection is by means that the parties are aware of the work agreement contained in the articles of the work agreement starting from all employment mechanisms so that in the event of default in the future, each will have permanent legal force.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: Strategies for increasing teacher pedagogical competence. Learning quality improvement strategy. Obstacles that arise are faced by school principals in improving teacher performance in the learning process and Islamic Religious Education at State Middle School 8 Medan. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the strategy as a school principal's program in improving the learning process and quality of education are: (1). Improving teacher expertise in carrying out the learning process (2). Optimizing the use of learning media in the learning process and the quality of education. (3). Supervise in overcoming problems related to unprofessionalism by teachers in carrying out assignments (4). Collaborating with stakeholders and the community Implementing strict discipline for all components of the school. Obstacles that often arise and are faced by school principals in improving teacher performance in the learning process and quality of education are: There are PAI teachers who are not creative in carrying out the learning process to improve the quality of education with religious programs. Students have not been consistent in carrying out religious learning. Differences in students become obstacles to the development of learning aspects. Lack of awareness on the part of parents in determining students in the learning process.
