Abstract

This research aims to find strategies, methods, evaluations, media, and obstacles to implementing PAI for mentally retarded students at SMPLB Negeri. The research method uses qualitative analysis. Data sources are PAI teachers, administrative staff, and students' parents. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and document review. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The findings in this research are (1) PAI learning strategies with expository and contextual strategies on the cognitive aspect, value clarification technique strategies on the affective aspect, and direct learning strategies on the psychomotor aspect. (2) PAI learning methods are the lecture model, question and answer model, demonstration model, and exemplary model. (3) PAI learning media is prayer equipment, namely sarongs, mukenas, prayer mats, and prayer rooms. (5) Evaluation of PAI learning using the question-and-answer model and memorization tests. Written test and oral test models. Meanwhile, the non-test technique is observation. (6) Obstacles to PAI learning are students' limitations in remembering lessons, students' limited language skills, students' lack of discipline during school hours, and the absence of accompanying teachers.

Abstract

Postmodernism educational philosophy is a view that criticizes and challenges the values and principles of modernism in the context of education. This study aims to explain the impact of postmodernism educational philosophy on three main aspects, namely curriculum, learning methods, and the role of teachers. In terms of curriculum, the postmodernist approach emphasizes diversity and plurality. The curriculum is no longer based on grand narratives or objective truths, but rather adapts to local contexts and student diversity. Education is directed at understanding various perspectives and diverse cultural stories. Learning methods in the educational philosophy of postmodernism emphasize the active participation of students. The learning process is no longer linear or authoritarian; Instead, teachers act as facilitators who encourage discussion, collaboration, and critical thinking. Understanding concepts is emphasized more than simply the acceptance of information. The role of teachers in the context of postmodernism has undergone significant changes. The teacher is no longer a single source of knowledge, but rather a mediator and facilitator. Teachers are expected to understand student diversity, respond to changes in society, and create an inclusive learning environment. This study uses a descriptive-analytical method by detailing the main concepts of postmodernism educational philosophy and applying them to the context of the curriculum, learning methods, and the role of teachers. Through analysis, it can be concluded that the educational philosophy of postmodernism is actually modernism itself which is actually used to criticize modernism itself to provide a change in the educational paradigm, emphasizing flexibility, participation, and recognition of diversity. The implication is the need for adjustments in educational practices to respond to the dynamics of contemporary society and prepare students to interact with a complex and varied world.

Abstract

The research determines the implementation of human resource management in achieving the institutional vision at Muhammadiyah Boarding School Tangerang, and the factors that support and hinder the achievement of the institutional vision. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model, namely data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusions. The result is: (1). Implementation of human resource management through planning, recruitment and placement, training and development, and evaluation, (2). Factors supporting and hindering implementation in achieving the institution's vision are due to lack of coordination in planning, human resources not meeting the qualifications in employee recruitment, limited training time in human resource development, not yet focused on implementation, evaluation not yet regular, there is no supervisory team (3). The solution to overcome obstacles is to increase coordination between the Director, head of the madrasah, and related parties, and synchronize schedules in evaluating and monitoring HR performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling character education in the development of student morals in Madrasah Aliyah al-Najah and Madrasah Aliyah al-Falah Jakarta. The theory used in this research was a qualitative approach. Data collection was done using observation, interview, and documentation studies. The results showed that: First, Madrasah Aliyah carried out planning by creating a vision, mission, environmental analysis, and curriculum. Second, organizing was done by creating organizational structures for foundations and schools. Third, actuating was done by associating character education with all subjects and practicing education management in the teaching and learning process. Fourth, Controlling was carried out by conducting evaluations, both formal and non-formal evaluations. Formal evaluation was carried out by conducting UTS (Midterm Examination) and UAS (Final Semester Examination). Meanwhile, non-formal evaluations were to find out the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of the learners.

Abstract

Equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) significantly enhance educational opportunities for all learners and prepare socially and economically inclusive societies. Classrooms are increasingly diverse as difference is an essential part of human life, in the past, current, and future. The ideas of teaching for diversity, equity, and inclusion complement each other and enhance educational opportunities for all pupils when simultaneously engaged. This study examines primary school teachers’ views on their continuous professional development (CPD) needs to ensure all pupils are supported for quality education. Studies implemented mainly focus on the perspectives and beliefs of mainstream or special education teachers about inclusive education. Yet, teachers' voices about their own CPD needs to improve their inclusive practice remained overlooked. This study, therefore, adopts a qualitative approach where 76 respondents were purposely sampled from five national schools in Malaysia. Semi-structured interviews of focus groups and individuals were implemented; with 10 classroom observations executed before the individual interviews. Data were analysed thematically using qualitative analysis software. The study shows that teachers view CPD as a strategy to drive change and improve teachers’ practice as professionals and effective CPD activities focus on addressing the belief and knowledge of teachers in improving their teaching strategies to tackle all pupils. This article provides a useful guide for school leaders in planning, implementing, and culture the CPD activities. Infusing EDI in CPD is essential for promoting an inclusive learning environment and is conducive to ensuring that all pupils could achieve their optimum potential with teachers’ enhanced teaching strategies.

Abstract

The main problem in the following research is that the implementation of employee performance at PT. Sarana Bhuana Jaya is classified as inadequate. The purpose of this research is to evaluate how employees behave and the importance of habits that exist on the results of employee performance at PT. Sarana Bhuana Jaya. Based on this problem, the problem is classified into a number of sub-problems, namely 1). Does organizational culture and individual behavior have an impact on employee performance at PT. Bhuana Jaya Facilities. 2). Which variable has the most impact on employee performance at PT. Bhuana Jaya Facilities. This type of research includes quantitative research using an associative research approach whose purpose is to test the correlation of 2 or more variables. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, reference searches, documentation, and observations to determine the actual facts to support the results. Multiple regression analysis using the SPSS Version 22 program was used to describe the effects of a number of independent variables (X) on the dependent variable (Y). The results explain that individual behavior has a significant and positive impact on employee performance and organizational culture has a significant and positive impact on employee performance. And It turns out that individual behavior has an impact but not significant on employee performance while organizational culture variables have a significant impact on employee performance. Implications for the theory and practice are discussed.

Abstract

This research wants to know the implementation of article 37 of the notary position law number 2 of 2014 concerning the provision of free legal services. Inhibiting factors and supporting factors. Types of sociological empirical research and field research. Examining normative legal provisions in society. Conclusion The implementation of providing free legal services to underprivileged communities in the city of Tangerang has gone well. Because in general clients come to the Notary with the need to transfer rights and obligations that have economic value, and the client's desire is only to reduce costs from those set by UUJN. The supporting factors are in UU-JN and the Notary Code of Ethics. In article 37 of UU-JN, it is mandatory and binding for Notaries to provide notarial legal services, namely providing them free of charge to underprivileged people. The inhibiting factor is the notary's need to earn a living and meet the operational needs of the office. In reality, there are no legal consequences for Notaries if they cannot provide free legal services. Requirements for determining the implementation of free services to underprivileged communities by Notaries in their work areas are not regulated in UUJN or the Notary Code of Ethics

Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of HRD Management, including the following: Human Resource Planning, HR training, and Human Resource development. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques include field observations, in-depth interviews, and studying documentation to complete the data. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The research results in the Implementation of HR Management are not focused on the school principal, but also on the people appointed as a team. are: (1). The HR planning system is carried out by analyzing all work activities that must be carried out by all school components. Then it is stated in the Main Duties and Functions, determining positions and jobs, as well as placing personnel in positions according to capacity, capability, work experience, and example (2). The training and human resource development that is carried out is still a formality, limited to whether the training is successful or not, it is not yet oriented towards the impact of the training carried out in changing organizational behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Slum-Free City Policy in increasing infrastructure development in Tangerang District, Tangerang City. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while this type of research uses a case study. The research carried out was descriptive qualitative research. Conclusion: Implementation of the Slum-Free City Policy program is an interest that can influence the implementation of the program. Supervision carried out by the BKM chairman for each sub-district implementation in the City without Slums program is in the interests of BKM. In carrying out an evaluation of the level of usefulness for the community regarding the City Without Slums program in Tangerang District. Most of it can be explained by the presence of the City Without Slums Program, which has not been implemented comprehensively

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the application of management functions in realizing institutional goals. Inhibiting factors and solutions. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, describing events in the research field. Data collection techniques through field observations and observations in the environment. Conduct in-depth interviews with key respondents. Carrying out documentation studies through existing archives. Researcher intervention through data reduction, data presentation, data verification and triangulation. The results of the research show that the management function of the school principal is running in accordance with the goals planned by the school principal. Implementation in the field shows that in its implementation there are indications of irregularities. The learning process is ongoing at school. In essence, the school principal has implemented management functions, but has not been effective overall. Researchers suggest that students avoid violating rules and regulations. The school principal should improve the management functions of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling (POAC).
