Abstract

The research aims to discuss community service and concern for earthquake victims that occurred in Cianjur. Want to analyze the process of community service for victims of the Cianjur earthquake and want to know the level of concern from volunteers for the victims of the Cianjur earthquake. The research method uses a qualitative approach that describes the phenomena observed at the research location. The technique of collecting data is through direct field surveys for victims of the Cianjur disaster. Interviews by asking questions of volunteers and disaster victims, who were visited at the service location. Documentation studies of television media and internet media, information from volunteers, officials and other communities. Results and conclusions: (1). In the implementation of community service and concern from community volunteers from West Java, Banten and Jakarta to help and lighten their burden, from various institutions and communities. With various vehicles carrying aid in the form of food supplies, clothes, medicines and in the form of funds for the Cianjur earthquake victims. (2). Implementation of community service through education for school-age children in the form of education on traumatic healing, reading and writing the Koran, giving light questions about learning, singing, giving gifts of toys and food in the form of textbooks, dolls and other toys. Community service in the form of road repairs and lighting for power outages. Distribution of groceries, women's clothing, men's clothing and children's clothing, free medical and health care.

Abstract

Principal Management in Improving School Achievement at SMP Darul Hikam Bandung. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of school principal management in terms of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Research Methods with a qualitative approach that focuses on in-depth observation. Therefore, the use of qualitative methods in research can produce a comprehensive study of phenomena to be applied in school achievement. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the research in terms of planning school programs are carried out jointly with representatives and teachers. In practice, it has shown that there is a large increase in the application of good principal management to increasing school achievement. Supervision and evaluation have been carried out by the school principal as an improvement to the program of activities in increasing the next school's performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of quality management, and teacher pedagogic competence through its stages. The research method uses a qualitative approach, which narrates pedagogical science. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies. Validation after the data is collected is then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, concluding. The results show that the quality management of educators and education staff at SMP Negeri 2 Banjaran, Bandung Regency is already running, but not optimal, because there are still elements that do not meet the requirements, such as (1). Analysis of HR quality management at the stages of planning, placement, development, and assessment, as well as creating harmonious relationships between school members. There is still administrative staff who are not following their areas of expertise. (2). Teachers on average already have pedagogical competence although there is still one element that has not been implemented properly, due to limited school facilities. And educational and dialogic learning, learning evaluation, in developing students to actualize their various potentials, all have been done, but the utilization of learning technology has not been maximized. (3). Efforts to improve teacher pedagogic competence at SMP Negeri 2 Banjaran, Bandung Regency, have been running because there was encouragement from the school principal to increase competence and academic qualifications in using the facilities to the fullest, but learning was still limited.

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Public Speaking Training for Teenagers – Case Study of Content Creator Influencer Academy Class Participants. The problems in this study are (1) What is the motivation of participants to take the Content Creator Influencer Academy Class? (2) How is the students' understanding of public speaking? (3) What are the factors that influence Content Creator class participants in doing public speaking? The purposes of this study are (1) to determine the motivation of participants to take part in the Content Creator Influencer Academy class, (2) to determine the understanding of the content creator class participants in public speaking, and (3) to determine the factors that influence the content creator class participants in doing public speaking. This research uses qualitative research methods using a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that participants have various motivations to take Content Creator classes ranging from awareness of responsibility for the information conveyed, wanting to hone skills to be part of the television world to wanting to explore the opportunities promised by social media. Participants already have a basic understanding of public speaking skills since school, but their understanding is increasing when they take this Content Creator – Influencer Academy class. Some factors influence participants when doing public speaking. These factors are divided into 2, namely internal and external factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Ciburuy Village Tourism Awareness Group. The results of this research are expected to be an impetus for the Ciburuy Village Tourism Awareness Group to further improve the performance of their organization. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection consisted of interviews with informants and informants, both oral and structured interviews, such as observations at research locations, and documents available at research-related institutions. Data analysis techniques in qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Ciburuy Village Tourism Awareness Group is fairly good and the objectives of the Tourism Awareness Group. This can be seen from the 4 indicators of performance evaluation, namely (1) Efficiency, (2) Effectiveness, (3) Fairness, and (4) Responsiveness. As an indicator of effectiveness, the Ciburuy Village Tourism Awareness Group still has to improve the quality of the human resources of its members, which is the main organizational factor.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities for marketing micro credit at Bank BTPN. Identifying the applied micro credit marketing strategy. Identifying strategies to win the microcredit competition. The research method used is the mix method combining qualitative and quantitative. The population is Regional Business Sales Support Manager, Regional Credit Manager, Business Area Leader, Branch Manager, all of whom are in the Tangerang region. The conclusion in the analysis of the micro credit strategy set at Bank BTPN Tangerang Region is that the micro credit marketing development strategy is carried out by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, using a SWOT analysis. Identification of threats, strengths, weaknesses and opportunities regarding microcredit marketing at Bank BTPN Tangerang Region. Being able to develop the business according to the SWOT analysis, Bank BTPN as a people's business partner, has four strategies that are weighted according to the highest score. Abstract

Research Objectives To find out (1). The Concept of Curriculum Development at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islhah, Sukabumi Regency. (2). Implementation of curriculum development at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islhah. The objects of this research are the head of Madrasah, deputy head of Madrasah curriculum, teachers, documentation and literature related to curriculum development. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation studies. The research results show that (1). Teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islhah Sukabumi Regency have not all met academic quality at the madrasah level education unit, some teachers have completed undergraduate education (S1), according to academic qualifications there are 15 people who have not graduated as many as 10 people are in the process of studying. All teachers are involved in developing the curriculum with the main discussion on the concept of curriculum development which includes the principles of curriculum development, principles of curriculum development. Curriculum development is goal-oriented, relevant, effective, efficient, flexible, integrated and sustainable, based on the national, psychological and sociological philosophy. (2). Implementation of curriculum development consists of annual programs, semester programs, learning implementation plans and minimum completeness criteria.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the basic concepts of consideration and what strategies should be used by an educational leader in making decisions. The method used is a qualitative research method. This research is a literature study. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The principal in the decision-making process must pay attention to the implementation technique by first identifying the problem. Principals as policy makers need to understand the decision-making steps. (2) What becomes the basis for consideration in a leader's decision-making are intuition, facts, authority, and rationale. (3) A leader will be seen from his form of existence in making decisions and determining his policies. An effective leader is a leader who is able to make decisions and make relevant policies. (4) A leader must think about the consequences of an action before making a decision. (5) The strategies that need to be carried out in the decision-making process are: (a) Identifying a problem. (b) Clarify and prioritize goals. (c) Creating choices. (d) Choose the most appropriate option

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of using the TikTok application on changes in student lifestyles. The development of the internet is increasingly advanced, triggering the emergence of various new social media, including TikTok. The tik tok application is an application in the form of videos, photos and live videos, and tiktok is an application that is liked and popular in almost all circles, especially students. With so many impacts that occur, from negative impacts to positive impacts. This study uses a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methods. Data collected by questionnaire technique, the respondents in this study were 10 students. The results of the study stated that the use of the Tik Tok application had positive and negative impacts on student lifestyles. The positive impact is being able to know the latest news, being able to sell and being a learning platform, the negative impact is being addicted, not knowing the time, and being lazy. The recommendation in this study is that managing time is good and important so that time is not wasted.

Abstract

This Research aims to determine the management of lecturer performance appraisal and the steps of lecturer performance in quality improvement. The research method uses a qualitative approach to describe lecturer performance. Data collection techniques through (1). in-depth interviews with the quality assurance unit as the main informant, senior lecturers, and the dean, (2). Observation observing the events at the research location. (3). Documentation studies include meeting notes, photos of activities, lecturers' scientific work, and those related to the research focus. The conclusion is that management of lecturer performance evaluation, including lecturer performance assessment in Teaching, Research, and community service, has been carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Lecturer performance can improve the quality of Higher Education. Systematic lecturer performance can enhance academic quality. Based on an integrated value data system in the educational section in each semester, with very good accreditation, a cumulative grade point index of 3.5 with lecturer performance fulfilling lecturer certification and available positions. Based on LAM-PT accreditation. That the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in the English Language Study Program and Economics Education is Very Good, fulfilling the indicators of human resources, education, Research, and community service
