Abstract

Hadiths serve as the second source of guidance after the Qur'an. All human issues should be guided by the Qur'an and Hadiths. Hadiths discuss various topics, with education being a significant focus. Islam encourages social interaction among individuals. The implementation of noble character education is highly appropriate, as neighbors are considered close relatives who deserve special attention in terms of character. Neighbors should help one another and not underestimate acts of kindness from neighbors, which reflect social education. In the book of Riyadhush Shalihin, the discussion on social education is found in chapter 39, which contains 9 hadiths. The objectives of this article are: (1) To identify hadiths that discuss social education, (2) To understand the forms of social education in the book of Riyadhush Shalihin. This research uses content analysis and descriptive method. The research results explain that: (1) One of the topics discussed in Riyadhus Salihin is social education. Social education in Riyadhus Shalihin can be found in Chapter 39. In this chapter, there are nine hadiths, ranging from Hadith No. 303 to Hadith No. 311. (2) Riyadhus Salihin provides valuable guidance on social education through these hadiths, encouraging qualities such as compassion, tolerance, kindness, mutual assistance, and fostering familial bonds among neighbors.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the criteria for people who can't afford to get legal services from a notary. To carry out the obligation to provide legal services to poor people. Normative qualitative research methods will describe the phenomena occurring in the field. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews. Observations at the location to be examined, with focused and thorough research and discussion focus, on the occurred findings. As for the study of documentation in the archives regarding regulations and obligations as a notary. The results of the research are (1). They are providing educational services for underprivileged people to get free legal services from a notary to people experiencing Poverty, as evidenced by a Certificate of Inadequacy from the Kelurahan, based on the client's acknowledgment that he is truly incapacitated, seen from the legal actions brought by the client to the Notary, personal assessment of the Notary based on the client's attitude and behavior when facing. (2). Notaries apply the obligation to provide education and legal services to poor people by providing free legal service assistance for their notary services, based on Article 37 paragraph (1) of Law Number 2 of 2014. Concerning the Position of Notary, but still charges a fee that must be incurred by the client, such as the cost of Non-Tax State Revenue.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: To find out the strategy for improving the quality of education at MTs Negeri 1 in Banyumas. To find out the factors that support and hinder the improvement of the quality of education. To find out the efforts to overcome obstacles in improving the quality. The research method uses a qualitative approach that describes the phenomena that occur in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 environment. Data collection techniques are through interviews with teachers and vice principals in curriculum areas and third grade students. The conclusion in improving the quality of MTs Negeri 1 Banyumas is the most basic on two main things, namely the academic and non-academic fields. Factors supporting learning, such as facilities that are quite complete, but still need to be improved in quantity and quality. Efforts made by the head of Madrasah MTs Negeri 1, in improving the quality of education to be able to realize an active, creative, effective and fun learning process, as well as carry out evaluations for continuous improvement. Implications in improving the quality of madrasas, it is necessary to get attention from various parties so that it has an impact on the management of the quality of education. By fulfilling learning facilities, budget allocation can improve the discipline of madrasah management. With a focus on research strategies to improve the quality of MTs Negeri 1, it will have an impact on future researchers to be more in-depth in research, especially in terms of research variables

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out (1). Procedures for learning Islamic religious education for mentally disabled students at State SLB (2). The strategy applied in the learning process of Islamic religious education for mentally disabled students at State SLB (3). Islamic spiritual education learning method for mentally disabled SLB Negeri - Jakarta students. Research Methods Using descriptive qualitative theory describes the phenomena occurring in research locations. The data collection technique involved interviews with subject teachers, teaching staff, and parents. Documentation studies in the form of official notes at meetings, archives, and literacy related to learning, observations at research locations at SLB Mental Disability. Conclusion The learning procedure consists of initial, core, and final activities, with preparation before the learning process is carried out. Doing prayer learning and training on cognitive aspects, teachers with expository and contextual learning strategies. Learning methods through lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations, and exemplary. The media used in learning are prayer equipment, sarongs for male students, makes for female students, prayer mats, and places for ablution. The evaluation was carried out through test and no-test techniques. The test techniques are written tests and oral tests. Obstacle factors in learning are limitations in remembering lessons, language limitations, lack of discipline, and the absence of accompanying teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the strategic management activities carried out in internal and external environme at Madrasah, obstacles encountered, and solutions to overcome problems. The research method uses a qualitative approach that describes the findings at the research location. Data collection techniques through interviews with school principals, curriculum representatives, teachers, and students. Field observation to find phenomena that occur. Documentation studies in the form of official records, books, photos of school activities. Research results show that: (1). Strategic planning in improving the performance teachers, has been implemented in the form of guidelines, which compile all aspects that follow the functions to be carried out, according to the priority scale that will be carried out, namely identifying problems in improving teacher performance. (2). The organizing strategy has been carried out in the form of establishing delegation and management functions, although not all aspects and functions of organizing have been carried out properly, namely the division of labor has not been based on the competence possessed by the teacher. (3). The implementation strategy has been carried out in the form of implementing programs that have been planned to improve the performance teachers, but there are still important aspects in the implementation which are still annual routines that tend to be administrative (4). Strategic Evaluation has been carried out in the form of a strategic management oversight function. (5). Obstacles encountered are the supervisor and teacher factors, educational facilities, and budget / for financing, which are the main obstacle factors in implementing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the planning, organizing, assessment, and constraints that exist in educational and training institutions at the Center for Human Resource Development. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research results show: (1). Plans are made to arrange activities in the implementation in detail and detail. (2.) Organization forms a structure to foster and guide in providing instructions, and directions in analyzing and solving problems in each assignment that has been given (3). The implementation motivates the trainees to work on the programs that have been prepared, namely to improve the performance of officials so that it benefits them (4). Assessment of education and training participants that have been carried out on training participants is a stage for measuring the ability to make decisions (5). Obstacles that exist in improving the performance of officials through changes and innovations in public services are already underway and can be overcome the obstacles encountered.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the concept of handling basic foreign language skills with the audio-lingual method from the Qur'an perspective. The method used in this study is qualitative while the interpretation method used in this dissertation is the maudhu'i interpretation method. The conclusion of this study found that the audio-lingual method from the Qur'an perspective is a method that integrates memorizing vocabulary with methods of teaching pronunciation and teaching repetition of words, listening, speaking, reading, writing, and presenting and internalizing Islamic values in foreign language learning. In addition, this study found that there were 3 fundamental treatments using the audio-lingual method from the Qur'an perspective in the language learning process at school, namely handling at the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages which caused the learning process of foreign languages in schools to become systematic and the results to be achieved are more measurable so that, the relevance of the application of the audio-lingual method from the Qur'an perspective in handling basic foreign language skills in schools in terms of effectiveness, this method is one of the most effective methods because this method does not only address basic language skills but it can also build children's intelligence.

Abstract

T The purpose of this research is to (1). Provide education and assistance to the community which includes counseling activities regarding the dangers of free Association for the younger generation (2). Providing services to the community includes consulting services, health services, career guidance, cooperative development services, and entrepreneurial development. This research method uses a qualitative approach, to describe the phenomenon of events in the research field. Data collection technique. Interviews with guidance participants, village officials, and people who are infected with the disease. Field observations to observe events that arise in the local community. Documentation studies in the form of archives in Setu Patok District, Cirebon Regency, and books that are the focus of community service research. Conclusion: Free Association behavior in adolescents because they do not understand Association education, and the rapid development of the era. Factors that cause free Association that can be known that pay attention to and avoid adolescent behavior. The impact of free Association on teenagers damages the future. Need to be given a good and correct understanding of free Association.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to understand the importance of improving health awareness through education to achieve a quality and productive society. This article presents a synthesis of various scientific studies examining the impact of health education on increasing health awareness and its implications for society. The research methods used included a descriptive qualitative approach, a literature review, and a document analysis. The results show that health education has a positive impact on behavior change towards a healthy lifestyle, decreased disease burden and health care costs, and improved quality of life and productivity. Challenges in implementing health education in schools were also discussed, along with effective strategies to overcome these challenges. The implications of the findings include the need for educational policies and practices that prioritize health education, integrate it into the curriculum, and provide adequate resources and support for teachers. In addition, the article recommends further research and action, including the evaluation of specific health education interventions, exploration of cultural and contextual factors, and collaboration between stakeholders, to support evidence-based health education initiatives. Overall, improving health awareness through education plays an important role in building a quality and productive society.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine leadership policies in empowering employees and the demands of the world of the creative industry on production houses engaged in television, film, advertising production, and company profiles. Research method with a qualitative approach that describes the phenomenon of events at production house locations. Collection techniques were obtained through field observations, in-depth interviews with key respondents who understand the problem, documentation studies in the form of existing archives and scenario notes, and focus group discussions on the data obtained, discussed together with the existing crew. The research results show that production house leaders want a policy to empower their human resources, so they can meet company needs and customer demands, but are often constrained by work demands, production deadlines, and employee working hours, as well as technology and other factors. Leader policies in implementing production house management to improve the company through empowering Human Resources. Policies that have been implemented include employee protection, strengthening employee systems, and support and maintenance.
