Abstract

Public organizational cultural innovation is one of the efforts to improve public service performance in Indonesia. This research aims to examine the concept, practices, supporting factors, and challenges in implementing public organizational cultural innovation. The method used is a literature review by analyzing various relevant sources of literature. The results show that the application of values of integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and customer-oriented approach can improve the indices of public satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness of public services. The factors supporting the success of public organizational cultural innovation include leadership commitment, employee engagement, effective communication, and appropriate reward systems. However, the implementation of public organizational cultural innovation also faces challenges such as resistance to change, resource limitations, and bureaucratic complexity. A comprehensive strategy and support from various parties are needed to optimize public organizational cultural innovation in enhancing public service performance in Indonesia.

Abstract

One of the most common natural disasters in Indonesia is landslides Heavy rains have caused several landslides in various regions, causing a large impact every year. Landslides caused by rainfall have also become a global problem in many regions, leading to large-scale landslides. Landslides that occur in Sitinjau Lauik, Padang City are influenced by high rainfall with very steep slopes (70˚-80˚), making this area very prone to landslides. One of the techniques used in mapping landslide vulnerability is the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technique, which is a flying machine controlled by a remote controller. The data obtained will be processed using ArcGIS with Weighted Overlay technique, and factors affecting landslides have been conditioned based on Multi Influencing Factor (MIF). This research aims to achieve: 1) the landslide vulnerability level of Sitinjau Lauik Padang-Solok, 2) determine the landslide prone zones in Sitinjau Lauik. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with spatial approach. The data required are primary data and secondary data. Primary data consists of aerial photographs taken using drones and processed to produce slope, elevation, aspect, and TWI. The secondary data used is the Landsat 8 image in 2023 which is used to determine the vegetation index. This research resulted in 1) The landslide vulnerability level of Sitinjau Lauik is divided into four classes, namely, low landslide vulnerability level with an area of 4342m or 10.81%. Medium landslide vulnerability level with an area of 24575m or 61.16%. High landslide vulnerability level with an area of 11,294m or 28%. And very high landslide vulnerability level with an area of 14m or 0.03%. 2) Landslide vulnerability zonation based on slope condition is divided into 3 zones: Zone A with an area of 20,901m, Zone B with an area of 4642m. And Zone C with an area of 14,614m.

Abstract

This This article discusses the application of futuristic learning to Islamic education. The aim is to find out the extent to which the futuristic learning model is implemented while maintaining the basic principles of Islamic education. This research uses a literature review approach from several book sources, journal articles and websites. The results of the research show that futuristic learning is applied proportionally, pays attention to all aspects of students and does not overdo the use of digital learning media, is able to bring a progressive mindset to students, is not left behind with the times, but is also not easily carried away by the current of the times and infected with addiction. digital. Of course, with strict control and supervision, both from parents and teachers. Without abandoning the basic principles and objectives of Islamic education, the most important capital for students to face the times in the future, with their behavior, whatever their various names, then Muslims have confidence, that with the principle of holding fast to the rope of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, in the form of the Qur'an and Sunnah, humans will not be lost forever.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become an increasingly important research subject in various fields, including education. In the educational context, the use of AI promises a fundamental transformation in the way we teach and learn. However, despite AI's enormous potential to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of education, there are a number of challenges that need to be overcome. The purpose of this research is to provide readers with the view that apart from the many positive sides of AI, there are also negative sides. This research focuses on the negative side of using AI in the education sector. The method used is library research. However, if managed wisely, the use of AI in education can provide significant benefits. For example, AI can be used to personalize learning, enabling teaching tailored to each student's individual needs. Additionally, AI can help in automated grading, freeing up teachers' time to focus on direct interactions with students. By considering existing challenges and exploiting the opportunities offered by AI, education can make significant progress in improving its quality and accessibility. Therefore, further research and development is needed to overcome technical and ethical obstacles to the application of AI in education, while ensuring that its benefits are widespread and non-discriminatory.

Abstract

Land cover change is a process of change from previous land cover to other land cover and is also long or temporary in nature which is a form of logical consequence of growth and transformation. The purpose of this study was to identify and determine land cover in Batang Anai Sub-district. The research method uses the overlay method, map analysis approach and also regression statistics, namely Landsat images of land cover of the study area in 2002 and 2022 sourced from the Research Center. Significant changes in the area of each category reflect major shifts in the land use structure of the area over the period 2002 to 2022. An increase in urban and wet-rice farming, along with a decrease in the area of shrubs, are highlighted. The driving factor for land change in the Batang Anai sub-district is caused by people who want to increase their income from existing land by expanding their plantation or agricultural land and also building built-up land.

Abstract

The use of internet media and social media platforms among millennial students studying Sharia Banking at the Sjech M. Djamil Djambek State Islamic University Bukittinggi has grown rapidly. However, this generation’s interest in investing in the capital market is still lacking because their knowledge about this is limited. This research aims to determine the influence of social media platforms on the millennial generation’s interest in investing in the capital market. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection through observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test, and determinant test. The results show that there is a significant influence of social media platforms on the investment interest of the millennial generation in the capital market, with a strong correlation and a large contribution.

Abstract

Tourism is growing rapidly globally, making an important economic contribution in Indonesia. However, it is necessary to focus on sustainable tourism that considers ecological and cultural aspects. This research aims to identify regional identity for sustainable tourism in IV Koto Sub-district, Agam Regency based on the potential of natural and cultural resources. The research method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative approaches, this research analyzes primary and secondary data to evaluate the attractiveness of natural attractions and cultural elements of interest to local communities. The results showed that the Great Wall of Koto Gadang was the natural attraction with the highest potential as a regional identity, while traditional ceremonies, particularly batagak gala, became the most significant cultural identity. The findings emphasize the importance of utilizing natural and cultural resources in a sustainable manner, involving the active participation of local communities in tourism development.

Abstract

Group counseling with a metaphorical approach has been a topic of interest in psychology and counseling literature. This approach utilizes metaphors or analogies to help understand and address problems in a more creative and open way. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of group counseling guidance with a metaphorical approach in improving participants' psychological well-being. The research method used used the literature study method, with regard to data collection methods Library, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results showed that the metaphorical approach in group counseling guidance can provide space for a deeper understanding of individual problems, facilitate creativity in finding solutions, and enhance connections between group participants.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies implemented by street vendors after Covid-19 and the obstacles or obstacles faced by street vendors in selling after Covid-19. The type of research used in this research is qualitative. The location of this research was carried out in the gentala arasy bridge area, which is one of the livelihood places for a large number of street vendors. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that: The strategies carried out by street vendors in the gentala arasy area after Covid-19 are: Maintaining product quality which means maintaining cleanliness and taste. The obstacles faced by street vendors in selling can be seen from two internal and external factors, where from internal aspen is the location and business mudal, while from external aspen is weather such as the rainy season.

Abstract

Crime is a big problem that is always present and difficult to avoid. Of course, there are several villages that are classified as prone to crime and the public needs to increase awareness, however, there is limited information. Based on these problems, research was carried out with the aim of: 1. Knowing the forms of crime that occur in Limbur Lubuk Mengkuang District. 2. Providing web-based information services on crime maps in Limbur Lubuk Mingkuang District, Muaro Bungo Regency.This type of research is quantitative. Data is processed using a prototype model to collect data or information regarding system requirements. at the system evaluation stage using Usability Testing with the SUS (System Usability Scale) This research produces a WebGIS with 4 main menus, namely homepage, login, map and crime information.
