Abstract

Stunting is a disease that affects children's brain and physical growth as a result of a long-term lack of proper nutrition. The lack of nutritional intake that children receive is caused by a lack of knowledge and unpreparedness of parents in caring for their children. This is related to the rise of early marriage which occurs as a result of various factors, one of which is the mindset of the people who consider early marriage to be commonplace, especially for rural communities. To support the reduction of stunting due to early marriage, the students carried out an outreach on maturing the age of marriage which was carried out targeting students of SMP Negeri 3 Ledokombo. This activity aims to make students understand the importance of maturity and careful preparation before deciding to go through with marriage. This counseling will give birth to prospective parents with adequate knowledge in parenting, which in turn will also have a contribution to preventing the birth of stunted children. The author concludes, this activity is very relevant to the problem of stunting faced in Wonorejo Village, where the many cases of early marriage experienced by students of SMP Negeri 3 Ledokombo are the main factors that increase the stunting rate in the area.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem due to lack of nutrition in the long term resulting in growth disturbance in children or what is called a condition of failure to thrive in the womb until the baby is 2 years old. Clean and healthy living behavior is one of the indirect factors that causes a person's nutritional and health status, especially in toddlers. Efforts to prevent and reduce stunting rates can be done by adopting a healthy and clean lifestyle and also getting used to eating a balanced diet. The purpose of holding community service with a focus on the Real Work Lecture work program with the theme of Stunting Free Village is so that people are more aware of the dangers of stunting and can help reduce stunting rates in the future. The method used was to hold socialization with the theme of balanced nutritional food and a clean and healthy lifestyle with the target of children through RA Nuruzzaman's guardians in Sumbersalak Village, Paluombo hamlet who attended the activity around 30 parents of students whose children attended RA Nuruzzaman's foundation. From the results of observations in Sumbersalak Village, there are still many people who still do not know how to process waste properly and lack self-awareness about the environment and lack of mother's knowledge about food management and balanced nutrition, especially in the first 1000 days of life.

Development Technology in other form application include games online is still favorite for the children. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darul Hikmah is elementary school, that place Kecamatan Cinere Depok Jawa Barat. The problem having the theacher is the children become lazy study because addicted game onlines. So what the happens this became is implementation community service is guide the children limit play game online and divert the other playing with aplikasi PAINT microsof office and googel Lens. Result activity community service success and greeted enthusiastically from the children. Abstract

The development of globalization in several developed countries is very fast and has even entered the 5.0 era and Indonesia itself is in the category of countries that are quite lagging behind in terms of globalization so that it is still surviving in the industrial era 4.0. Digital and technology have replaced the role of humans in almost all fields and have used online versions such as markets (e-commerce), banks (m-banking), classes (virtual meetings), and others. In fact, the digital aspect has entered the financial industry (services) which is better known as Financial Technology, hereinafter referred to as Fintech. Peer to peer lending as a form of financial technology (fintech) is the result of technological advances which offer many loans with easier and more flexible terms and conditions compared to conventional financial institutions such as banks.

Abstract

HnD Cafe, a micro-MSME offering Manadonese drinks and specialties, faces the challenge of visibility and minimal exposure in the community. By considering the limitations of human resources and capital, the community service team seeks to carry out a promotion mix that includes Instagram Paid Promote, event sponsorship, and booth opening at the peak night of Manifest UMN to increase exposure to HnD Cafe. The results of community service show that this promotion mix has succeeded in increasing exposure and creating awareness of a sustainable HnD Café, strengthening the image of HnD Cafe, and increasing sales potential. Abstract

Culinary diversity in Indonesia reflects the creativity of the community in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs have a significant contribution to the national economy, although they still face challenges related to the application of digital technology in marketing. This community service aims to implement a digital marketing strategy for MSMEs "Ayam Gepuk Pak Gfat". Through interviews and SWOT analysis, the Community Service Team identified problems and designed strategies in the form of social media content and digital menus. After obtaining the permit, the Community Service Team began mentoring and implementing strategies for these MSMEs. Abstract

Head of BPS Pematangsiantar, Marlise Simamora, through BPS Social Statistics Function Coordinator Eksandi Simanjuntak, explained that the Covid-19 virus pandemic caused the open unemployment rate (TPT) in Pematangsiantar to increase from 11.09 percent in 2019 to 11.50 percent. The aim of this activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of digital NIB and OSS to obtain ease of business legality and other documents such as corporate or individual NPWP. This activity is carried out using the method of socialization and assistance to the community which is carried out for approximately one month and has a special target for people who do not yet have a business registration number (NIB) but already own or run a micro business. This real work lecture activity has been coordinated directly with the Sait Buttu Saribu Saribu Pamatag Sidamanik Village government.

Abstract

The 17 August activity is closely related to community empowerment activities where the 17 August activity can encourage the community to continue trying and can encourage the community to be more active and come out of the gap and be full of initiative. The aim of this activity is to increase community empowerment through holding a competition on August 17 in the Sait Buttu Saribu Pamatang Sidamanik Village environment. This research method is descriptive qualitative where the researcher tries to capture and express the meaning contained in the empirical data which is linked to secondary data in this study. The result of the empowerment process is a change in the function of the individual from being an object to a (new) subject so that existing social relations will only be characterized by relations between subjects and other subjects.

Abstract

The al-furqon mosque, like other mosques, has a cash register for incoming and outgoing money. All financial reports have been prepared properly, but are still written on a blackboard on one of the walls inside the mosque. If the community wants to donate money, they must report and meet directly with the mosque management. In the same way, people should go to the mosque and look at the notes written on the inside walls if they want to know how the mosque's current finances are. because people still have direct physical contact. However, aid continues to flow from the surrounding community and from various sources, such as Padang City and West Sumatra Province.The community service grant proposing team, consisting of lecturers and students from the Information Systems Study Program at Dharma Andalas University (UNIDHA), is trying to help mosque administrators and the surrounding community by using information technology such as the al-furqon mosque website, which provides more complete information about the mosque al-furqon to the general public.

Abstract

This Thematic Real Work Lecture activity focuses on community empowerment to improve the quality of life for children at the Aisha Jena Orphanage Foundation in the hope of increasing knowledge and improving the quality of life for children. This Thematic Real Work Lecture activity aims to provide socialization and education about mental health and the impact of bullying. Parents certainly have an important role in building children's development, therefore the target in this Thematic Real Work Lecture activity is the creation of success in fostering reasoning power, a sense of responsibility, empathy, and adding direct learning experiences, and applying them in everyday life in society. The method in this Thematic Real Work Lecture activity is in the form of socialization about understanding reasoning power, a sense of responsibility and providing direct education, because not all children in the orphanage know material about mental health and the impact of bullying in order to prevent bullying cases from increasing.
