Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) is a Journal of Management Science published by the Faculty of Economics, Management Department of Singaperbangsa University Karawang. The journal is the result of research and study of conceptual ideas in the field of Management science on contemporary legal issues, conceptual ideas in the theory and practice and others. Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) becomes a means of publication through articles of original research findings, as a forum for the publication of research results from outside the final assignment of Students of the Faculty of Economics Management Study Program at the University in Indonesia in general and specifically at singaperbangsa University Karawang which is an obligation for students to disseminate their scientific work. Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) is also a journal that publishes research papers or opinions related to management science in general, both related to the Management Paradigm, and management theories, compiled by students of the Faculty of Economics, especially management programs. We are interested in topics related in general to economic issues, especially Bid.manajemen in Indonesia and around the world. The articles submitted can cover issues in Marketing Management, Human Resources, Finance, Operation, Creative Economy and MSMEs.

Abstract

This study further examines the influence of the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Hitachi Chemical Indonesia. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using stratified random sampling method with a total sample of 108 respondents from a population of 147 employees. The data analysis techniques used were scale range analysis and path analysis, Microsoft Excel computer program, and SPSS version 16. From the results of research data analysis, several conclusions were obtained as follows: Leadership at PT. Hitachi Chemical Indonesia is in good criteria, motivation is in good criteria, employee performance is in good criteria. From the results of the analysis there is a correlation between leadership and motivation with a value of 0.565, meaning that it has a moderate and two-way correlation because it is positive. There is a partial influence of leadership of 21.5% on the performance of employees of PT. Hitachi Chemical Indonesia and motivation have an effect of 69.3%. Thus there is a simultaneous influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. A sample of 221 respondents from a population of 88062 viewers and processed using SPSS25. The results of this study are in the agreed criteria and are good in all variables. The correlation coefficient between the independent and independent variables has a strong and direct correlation level because the value is positive and has a significant correlation. Word of Mouth contributes less to Interests than Promotions. The results of the analysis of the simultaneous influence of Word of Mouth and Promotion on Interest 37.9%, with sig criteria then H0 is rejected because it is said that Word of Mouth and Promotion have a significant influence on Interest. While the remaining 66.2% is the contribution of other variables (ɛ) which were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control on internet quota purchase intentions from various providers. The object of this research is the people of Lhokseumawe City who use more than twice the sampling method, namely the Purposive Sampling Technique with a sample of 100 respondents. The results showed that the attitude variable had no significant effect on the purchase intention of internet quota, while the subjective norm variable had a significant effect on the purchase intention of internet quota, behavioral control had a significant effect on the purchase intention of internet quota in the city of Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

.The competition in the world of formula milk products makes SGM Formula milk products continue to innovate on their products. The low consumer purchasing decisions are thought to be caused by the price and quality of the product. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence and to find clarity of phenomena and conclusions about the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for SGM Formula milk products in Kedungwaringin District, Bekasi Regency. This type of quantitative research with the research method used is descriptive verification. The number of research samples was 184 using a simple random technique while data analysis used path analysis. The results showed that the price and product quality partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for SGM Formula milk products. Simultaneously, the price and product quality partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for SGM Formula milk products

Abstract

This study examined the influence of consumer preferences on the decision to choose the Cut Meutia rail transportation service at Cot Seurani station, Krueng Mane, Muara Batu subdistrict, North Aceh Regency. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 185 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used was the factorial test analysis method and the multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS.  The results of partial test for factor 1 showed that security, word of mouth, brand image, and lifestyle positively and significantly influenced the decision to use Cut Meutia Railway transportation services, and factor 2 showed that price and service quality positively and significantly influenced the decision to choose the Cut Meutia Railway transportation service. Factor 1 and factor 2 simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Cut Meutia Railway transportation services at Cot Seurani station, Krueng Mane, Muara Batu subdistrict, North Aceh Regency.

Abstract

This study further examines the effect of work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. GS battery. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using the slovin method with a total sample of 100 respondents from the population of 2019 employees. The data analysis techniques used are scale range analysis and path analysis, Microsoft Excel 2016 computer program, and SPSS version 22. From the results of research data analysis, several conclusions were obtained as follows: Work Discipline at PT. GS Battery is in good criteria, motivation is in good criteria, employee performance is in good criteria. From the results of the analysis there is a correlation between work discipline and motivation with a value of 0.474 which means it has a moderate and two-way correlation because it is positive. There is a partial influence of work discipline of 5.7% on the performance of employees of PT. GS Battery and motivation have an effect of 68.8%. Thus, there is a simultaneous influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance of 51.4%.

Abstract

The policies of a company or industry are needed to increase productivity, efficiency, and income. The purpose of this study was to determine the policies used by an MSME in Dumai named Caffein. In addition, to help find solutions to existing problems from each policy that has been made. This data collection technique was carried out by interviewing the owners of Caffeine MSMEs. The policy made by MSME owners at the beginning of the covid-19 hit was to reduce employees and reduce tools and materials. When covid-19 began to subside, Caffeine customers increased. Caffeine's situation is understaffed and causes the service to be out of control. From each policy that is determined, there are still problems that make the Caffeine MSME owners have to change their policies again. This study shows that each policy made by the owner of MSMEs has its own impact.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze The Effect of E-Service Quality and E-Trust on Buying Interest on E-Commerce Blibli.com in Bekasi City. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses and making conclusions and suggestions. The sample of this study was collected using the Issac-Michael formula and 5% error rate and non-probability sampling techinique with a purposive sampling approach. The analytical technique used in this study is the technique of scale range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Succesive Internal Method (MSI), the Microsoft Excel 2019 computer program and the SPSS version 20 application. The results showed that e-service quality, e-trust and buying interest in e-commerce Blibli.com in Bekasi City are in the good category. This means that the e-service quality provided by e-commerce Blibli.com is considered capable of providing confidence to consumers to make purchases in e-commerce Blibli.com. Partially e-service quality has a significant effect on buying interest while e-trust does not have a significant effect on buying interest. and e-service quality, e-trust simultaneously affects buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment on employee performance of Cv. Harmony Gemilang. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification analysis, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study amounted to 108 using the Non Probability Sampling technique with the Saturated Sample method. Based on the analysis that has been done this research proves that Employee Motivation in Cv. Harmony Gemilang is good, Employee Discipline at Cv. Harmony Gemilang is quite good, Employee Work Environment at Cv. Harmony Gemilang is good and Employee Performance at Cv. Harmony Gemilang is already good. The correlation coefficient between the variables of Motivation, Discipline and Work Environment has a strong, positive and significant correlation level. The influence of the work environment variable coefficient contributes to performance more than motivation and discipline. The simultaneous influence of work motivation, discipline and work environment on employee performance is 67.1% while the remaining 32.9% is the contribution of other variables not examined.
