Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) is a Journal of Management Science published by the Faculty of Economics, Management Department of Singaperbangsa University Karawang. The journal is the result of research and study of conceptual ideas in the field of Management science on contemporary legal issues, conceptual ideas in the theory and practice and others. Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) becomes a means of publication through articles of original research findings, as a forum for the publication of research results from outside the final assignment of Students of the Faculty of Economics Management Study Program at the University in Indonesia in general and specifically at singaperbangsa University Karawang which is an obligation for students to disseminate their scientific work. Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) is also a journal that publishes research papers or opinions related to management science in general, both related to the Management Paradigm, and management theories, compiled by students of the Faculty of Economics, especially management programs. We are interested in topics related in general to economic issues, especially Bid.manajemen in Indonesia and around the world. Abstract

Marco Donuts Coffee and Galaxy Resto is a type of business in the culinary field that was established in 2021. Marco Donuts Coffee and Resto Galaxy must meet consumer needs every day and determine the right sales strategy to be able to compete with businesses in other culinary fields. The purpose of this study is to analyze internal factors and external factors that influence the number of visitors who come to Marco Donuts Coffee and Resto Galaxy, develop appropriate alternative strategy designs and provide recommendations for alternative strategies that can be used by Marco Donuts Coffee and Resto Galaxy according to internal and external conditions. . Data analysis used the IE and SWOT methods using two stages of data analysis implementation. The results of this study are that the Marco Donuts Coffee & Resto Galaxy IFE matrix produces an average IFE value of 2.56 and an average EFE of 3.24. The cafe's position is in quadrant II which gives an indication that the cafe is currently in a growth position and the building strategies implemented by managers are intensive and integrative strategies, intensive strategies include market penetration, market development and product development. While the integrative strategy includes forward and backward integration. From these results, it is hoped that in the future the cafe will be able to increase their strengths and improve the deficiencies that we have received, so that consumers can be better and gain the trust of the public in Marco Donuts Coffee & Resto Galaxy.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of Work Environment, Workload, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction on Alfamart employees' desire to leave their jobs (Turnover Intention). The population is all Alfamart employees in the Karawang area. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. Used random sampling technique by selecting respondents randomly. There are two data in this study, namely primary data through questionnaire surveys and secondary data through literature studies. The data processing technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results both partially and simultaneously, it can be concluded that Work Environment, Workload, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction affect the desire of Alfamart employees to leave their jobs (Turnover Intention).

Abstract

Industrial development that increases and competes for profits results in a lot of environmental damage due to excessive resource exploitation. As a result, there is a lot of environmental damage and is detrimental to many parties, including the community. Therefore the government and other sectors issue regulations for industries to apply the principles of sustainability. In the principle of sustainability there is the concept of CSR which is the responsibility of the company in which there are aspects of ESG or Environmental, Social and Governance. This study aims to reveal whether the application of ESG aspects of CSR affects the profitability level of Return On Assets (ROA) in 7 companies listed on the ESG Star Listed Company Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. The analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of testing the data obtained several conclusions as follows: (1) Partial test results for environmental aspects (Environmental) have no effect on Return On Assets, social aspects (Social) have no effect on Return On Assets, Aspects of governance (Governance) have a significant positive effect on Return On Assets. (2) The simultaneous test results of Environmental, Social and Governance aspects (Environmental, Social, and Governance) have a significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

Product quality and price perception are two main factors that influence customer loyalty in a business. High product quality tends to increase customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships between products and consumers. Meanwhile, perceptions of price or relative value of products can influence how customers assess fairness in the exchange between what they pay and what they receive. This research aims to determine the relationship between product quality and price perception on consumer loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires online via Google Form. The population in this research is current Sukarame coffee shop consumers. The sample used was 91 respondents and was taken using non-probability sampling using accidental sampling technique. With the help of the SmartPLS4 test tool. The results of this research show that: (1) Product quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. (2) Price perception (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of quality and price on product purchases (case study of seblak kuy consumers). This research was carried out using descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study consisted of 90 respondents. The results of this research are that there is a strong correlation between service quality and price. Partially there is an influence of service quality on purchasing decisions. And there is an influence of price on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously there is an influence of service quality and price on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh toko ladyfame yaitu terkait dengan suasana toko, seperti toko yang tidak besar dan luas sehingga ruang gerak konsumen menjadi terbatas terutama pada saat pengunjung banyak. Hal ini tentu mengganggu kenyamanan pengunjung karena pengunjung tidak bisa leluasa memilih pakaian yang diinginkan. Fenomena tersebut juga terlihat, berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa suhu udara dalam ruangan di Ladyfame membuat konsumen tidak nyaman, dan hal ini dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Selain suasana toko, lokasi juga dapat menjadi faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Dalam proses penentuan dimana Pembeli akan melihat faktor lokasi akan menjadi penentu. Pembeli cenderung memilih berbelanja di toko yang mempunyai lokasi strategis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di Ladyfame Shop kota Bandar Lampung. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 90 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif merupakan data yang berbentuk kuisioner yang kemudian data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan smartpls 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa store atmosfer mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Berdasarkan pengujian data yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa suasana toko mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, sedangkan lokasi mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business location, taste, and price on product purchase intention among Steaky Steak consumers. One of one of the steakhouses that is widely known and often visited by visitors is Steaky Steak. visitors is Steaky Steak. The research was conducted in the month of September 2023 which took place at Steaky Steak with the object of research is Steaky Steak consumers. In this study the authors used type of quantitative approach with data collection methods through questionnaire. The results of this study are expected to provide in-depth insight into the extent to which business location, taste, and price affect product product purchase interest. Steaky Steak should also think about the variables that influence it in order to increase the number of sales. variables that influence it in order to increase the number of sales at Steaky Steak.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of two crucial factors, namely store atmosphere and product quality, on customer loyalty in the culinary industry. Store atmosphere and product quality are identified as key factors influencing consumer behavior and shaping the level of customer loyalty. Store atmosphere encompasses visual, auditory, and olfactory elements such as Store Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, and Interior Display, creating a unique shopping experience within the establishment. Meanwhile, product quality refers to the standards and customer satisfaction regarding features like Performance, Conformance, Features, Reliability, and Aesthetics. This study adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing an online questionnaire through Google Forms as the data collection tool from respondents who are customers of Cafe Notiz Hut in Bandar Lampung. The collected data will be analyzed using relevant statistical methods to examine the relationships between store atmosphere, product quality, and customer loyalty. Control variables such as pricing will also be considered in the analysis to ensure accurate and reliable results. The anticipated outcomes of this research are expected to provide in-depth insights into the extent to which store atmosphere and product quality can influence customer loyalty. The practical implications of these findings will assist stakeholders in the culinary industry in developing more effective marketing strategies and enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, this study may serve as a foundation for further research in different contexts or by considering additional variables that could impact customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research is a test that aims to determine the influence of price and product quality on consumerpurchasing decisions. Number of samples in This research consisted of 90 respondents. Sampling in this research was carried out with a cross-sectional survey design. Data collection is done by sharing form (questionnaire) in the form of an online statement to respondents. Statistical tests were carried out using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. Test validity using loading factor values, while the reliability test uses Cronbach'c alpha, com posite values reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). After all the results of the indicator items are used in this research is valid and reliable, then hypothesis testing is carried out. From The three hypothesesproposed were all supported and significant.
