Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) is a Journal of Management Science published by the Faculty of Economics, Management Department of Singaperbangsa University Karawang. The journal is the result of research and study of conceptual ideas in the field of Management science on contemporary legal issues, conceptual ideas in the theory and practice and others. Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) becomes a means of publication through articles of original research findings, as a forum for the publication of research results from outside the final assignment of Students of the Faculty of Economics Management Study Program at the University in Indonesia in general and specifically at singaperbangsa University Karawang which is an obligation for students to disseminate their scientific work. Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) is also a journal that publishes research papers or opinions related to management science in general, both related to the Management Paradigm, and management theories, compiled by students of the Faculty of Economics, especially management programs. We are interested in topics related in general to economic issues, especially Bid.manajemen in Indonesia and around the world. The articles submitted can cover issues in Marketing Management, Human Resources, Finance, Operation, Creative Economy and MSMEs.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of consumer preferences on the decision to choose the Cut Meutia rail transportation service at Cot Seurani station, Krueng Mane, Muara Batu subdistrict, North Aceh Regency. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 185 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used was the factorial test analysis method and the multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS. The results of partial test for factor 1 showed that security, word of mouth, brand image, and lifestyle positively and significantly influenced the decision to use Cut Meutia Railway transportation services, and factor 2 showed that price and service quality positively and significantly influenced the decision to choose the Cut Meutia Railway transportation service. Factor 1 and factor 2 simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Cut Meutia Railway transportation services at Cot Seurani station, Krueng Mane, Muara Batu subdistrict, North Aceh Regency.

Abstract

This research examines the Influence of Leadership Style in Decision Making. The method carried out is the "table" research method through a literature study approach, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. The data contained in this article is obtained from various written sources regarding leadership and decision making, such as books, scientific journals and relevant and reliable scientific articles.   The results of this study concluded that the leadership style of a leader can influence what decisions are made. Each type of leadership will take decisions in different ways, as well as different decision outcomes as well.   Keywords: Leadership Style and Decision Making

Abstract

Carrying out duties and obligations certainly creates some pressure on each individual. Of course, this pressure can be overcome or minimized in various ways, one of which is motivation. Within the company. Leaders play a role in encouraging their subordinates to be able to carry out their duties and obligations properly. With motivation from superiors, subordinates feel supported and pressure is gradually reduced. Motivation from superiors is certainly needed by every individual, including employees of Kemas Indah Maju Company where the majority of employees have pressure or stress levels at work. Therefore, this research focuses on studying the effect of motivation on employee performance. The method used in this research is the quantitative method. The sources taken in this study amounted to 5 informants with details of 3 permanent employees and 2 contract employees at Kemas Indah Maju Company. The result is that motivation greatly influences the performance of employees in carrying out their duties. Employees who receive motivation tend to try to provide the best results for the company.

Abstract

Adolescent stress management techniques are techniques used to reduce or suppress stress levels in adolescents. The prevalence of stress among young people in the world has reached an alarming rate of about 5 to 70 percent. Stress management techniques aim to reduce the prevalence of stress in young people. Literature research and the use of Google Scholar in the last six years is one of the methods. The results were 17,000 journals with the keyword stress management in adolescents, the results were filtered into sixteen journals. The results showed that there are some effective stress management techniques for adolescents.

Abstract

To start a business, a mature Business Plan is needed, one of which is the ability to pour bright ideas or ideas that are creative and innovative and have high economic or commercial value into a mature and realistic Business Plan. The importance of a Business Plan becomes absolute when we are going to run or build a business, because planning itself is the same as a map and compass to run an optimal business, with a careful planning we can set the main business goals, priorities, and set cash flow. Good business planning will make the chances of success in business even greater. Good business planning indicators include: Simple (Convenient and practical) to do; Specific in its time, personnel, and budget; Realistic in goals, budgets, and achievement targets, and complete or complete all the elmens. .

Abstract

The development of the times has made the technology industry also develop. Currently, there are many people from young people to adults who use financial technology such as OVO, GoPay, LinkAja, ShoppePay, Dana, and so on. The use of this technology is certainly driven by several factors, both internal and external factors. Thus, this study intends to analyze the behavioral intention factor towards the use of e-wallets, especially for people who have income. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by distributing google forms for data collection. Based on the results of data processing using IBM SPSS, it can be concluded that perceived usefulness, brand trust and promotion have a significant positive effect on behavioral intention, while social influence and perceived security have no significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of marketing strategy and service quality on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were all massage chair service users at PT Nusantara Sehat-Perfect Relaxat Depati Amir Airport, Pangkalpinang City with sampling method nonprobability sampling by using incidental sampling method. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, f test, and R test2by using Statistics Package for Social Science(SPSS) version 24. Based on the results of descriptive analysis on marketing strategy variables with a mean value of 3.37 (moderate), service quality of 3.35 (moderate), and consumer satisfaction of 3.34 (moderate). The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy variable (X1) gets a value of tcount> ttable(6,161> 1.973), service quality variable (X2) gets the value of tcount> ttable (7.764 > 1.973). This means that marketing strategy, service quality, partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. It is known from the F test that the significance value is less than 0.05 which is equal to 0.000, this shows that marketing strategy and service quality simultaneously have an influence and are significant on customer satisfaction. Based on the t test, it is known that partially marketing strategy and service quality simultaneously and significantly affect customer satisfaction.
