Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) is a Journal of Management Science published by the Faculty of Economics, Management Department of Singaperbangsa University Karawang. The journal is the result of research and study of conceptual ideas in the field of Management science on contemporary legal issues, conceptual ideas in the theory and practice and others. Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) becomes a means of publication through articles of original research findings, as a forum for the publication of research results from outside the final assignment of Students of the Faculty of Economics Management Study Program at the University in Indonesia in general and specifically at singaperbangsa University Karawang which is an obligation for students to disseminate their scientific work. Jurnal For Management Student (JFMS) is also a journal that publishes research papers or opinions related to management science in general, both related to the Management Paradigm, and management theories, compiled by students of the Faculty of Economics, especially management programs. We are interested in topics related in general to economic issues, especially Bid.manajemen in Indonesia and around the world. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of facilities on customer satisfaction. The population of this study were consumers of the kulea space cafe Sukarame Bandar Lampung. The sample taken in this study amounted to 81 people. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Collecting research data using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used probability sampling method, specifically simple random sampling technique. The analysis used in this study is SEMPLS with SmartPLS 4 software. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a positive and significant effect on the effect of facilities on customer satisfaction. This means that facilities have an interrelated impact in influencing customer satisfaction. Facilities have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at the kulea space cafe Sukarame Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Marketing strategies in business must pay attention to providing customer satisfaction. The aim of this research is to determine whether price and product quality influence purchasing interest. This research is a quantitative research, the research used 90 respondents who were consumers of Abu Ahda Geprek Chicken. The data obtained was processed using a questionnaire. In this research, the indirect effect that is formed is weakening. The data collection technique is primary data or data taken directly from respondents through questionnaires. In this study, the results obtained were that price had a positive but not significant effect on buying interest, and product quality had a positive and significant effect on buying interest.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at the D'Mermaid Tirtayasa Swimming Pool. By carrying out this analysis, it is hoped that variables that have an important role in shaping customer satisfaction can be investigated, including aspects of price and level of service quality. The research method applied is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Abstract

In an era of increasing business competition, maintaining a loyal customer base is a significant factor for businesses. Customer loyalty helps companies achieve stable sales and provides long-term benefits such as positive recommendations, increased customer loyalty, and sustainable business growth. Price is one of the important factors that influence the marketing of a product. In this study, we, the authors, used quantitative methods. The focus of our research is on measurable and processable data: numbers. According to Arikunto (Arikunto, 2006), quantitative research is a research approach that uses a lot of numbers, from collecting data to interpreting the obtained data and presenting the results. Based on the hypothesized results, we find that the t-statistic value of the impact of price (X1) on customer loyalty (Y) is 13.699, the p-value is 0.000, and the original sample is 0.766. The obtained findings show that price has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at Darussalam Computer Center. The impact of price on customer loyalty of Darussalam Computer Center store in Scarameh, Bandar Lampung is positive and significant as it suggests that a proper pricing policy can increase customer loyalty in the store You can think that it is.

Abstract

 The study conducted in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia, delved into the impact of product advertising on consumer purchase intentions. Employing exploratory research methods, the investigation assessed feasibility, significance, and considerations. With a population of 95 randomly selected respondents, the construct reliability value exceeded 0.7, deemed acceptable for exploratory research. Utilizing hypothesis testing, the research aimed to validate claims about the population based on sample data, specifically probing the influence of consumer perceptions of product advertising on purchasing intentions in Indonesia. Furthermore, the study explored the interplay between gender, occupation, age, and consumers' interest in purchasing Huawei products.   Keywords : product promotion, purchase interest, marketing.

Abstract

Work productivity is one of the important factors in achieving organizational goals. Productive employees will produce more output with good quality in less time. This will certainly have a positive impact on organizational performance and profits. Work environment is one of the factors that can affect employee productivity. A conducive and comfortable work environment can increase the enthusiasm and motivation of employees to work more actively and productively. Conversely, a work environment that is not conducive and comfortable can reduce employee enthusiasm and motivation, resulting in decreased productivity. The method that the author uses in this research is direct research going to the location by conducting interviews with owners and employees. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach to the perpetrator, so that researchers get more information and data that can maximize this research. The results of interviews conducted with owners and employees of risky wartegs are that the work environment affects employee performance. Adequate facilities, a structured work system, appropriate working hours, sufficient wages, and employees who are harmonious with each other make employees comfortable and their performance becomes very productiveThe results of interviews conducted with owners and employees of risky wartegs are that the work environment affects employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, namely: Physical evidence (tangibles);Reliability (reliability); Responsiveness (responsiveness); Guarantee (assurance); Empathy, as well as theinfluence of product quality, namely: 1) Performance is related to the basic operating characteristics of aproduct. 2) Durability on customer satisfaction at the Mami Lampung restaurant with a sample of 93 customers.The sample was carried out by collecting data through a questionnaire. Data analysis uses PLS analysis whichshows the results that service quality and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customersatisfaction. Abstract

Problems faced by the ladyfame shop, namely related to the atmosphere of the shop, such as the shop being not big and spacious enough, so that the space for consumers to move is limited, especially at times when there are lots of visitors, such as before holidays: a narrow space will certainly limit the space for visitors to move. This certainly disrupts visitor comfort because visitors cannot freely choose the clothes they want. This phenomenon can also be seen, based on research results which state that the indoor air temperature at Ladyfame makes consumers uncomfortable, and this can influence consumer purchasing decisions. Apart from store atmosphere, location can also be a factor that can influence consumer purchasing decisions. In the process of determining where a Buyer will see that location factors will be determining. Buyers tend to choose to shop at stores that have strategic locations. The population in this study were consumers who had shopped at the Ladyfame Shop. The sample for this research consisted of 90 respondents. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Quantitative data is data in the form of a questionnaire and then the data is processed using smartpls 4. The results of this research show that the store atmosphere has a positive and significant influence. Based on the data testing that has been carried out, the results show that the store atmosphere has a positive and significant influence, while the location has a negative and no influence Significant.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide a bibliometric literature review on the role of work motivation in improving performance and see opportunities through research trends using data analysis methods using Vosviewer. Data was taken via the Google Scholar site using Publish or Perish software for 1,000 journals, then selected to become 940 articles, then the data was synchronized using Mendeley Desktop. After managing the data based it is classified and visualized using VOSviewer software. Overall, the research results show that the most publications about Motivation on employee performance in 2019 were 24 links, a total of 36 links and 68 accessories were in Cluster 2 in green, then the influence of work motivation on employee performance consisted of 6 links, 7 links and 9 occurrences. It is found in cluster 6 in light blue. So a lot of research related to work motivation has been carried out and it is necessary to examine the relationship between other factors such as: leadership style, training and compensation to avoid bias.
