Abstract

Learning speaking skills in primary schools do not ensure an optimal because teachers are more focused learning to read and write, so that the students' low not reached KKM. This study aims to describe how to increase conversational skills by asking students to dig for class I SD Semen Padang District Lubuk Kilangan Padang City. Results achieved the first cycle, the stage prabicara 70.53, while speaking after the talk 73.21 73.01 and the average value of 72.25. Abstract

This research aims to describe the planning and the improvement of the students’ skill in playing a recorder through the use of direct instruction model. this study was conducted in grade VI of elementary school Number 17 Gaduang, with a total number of 16 students as the research object. The result of the observation of the lesson plan in Cycle I show a percentage of 75%, and it increased to90% in Cycle II, and the observation on the Teacher’s aspect shows a percentage of 75% in Cycle I and it increased to 90% in Cycle II, While the students average score increased from 63,4 in Cycle I to 83.32 in Cycle II. Therefore it is concluded that the use of direct instruction model could improve the students skill in playing a recorder. Keyword: Student’s Skill, Recorder, Direct Instruction

Abstract

AbstractThis article was written for relevant information to the use of materials to study presentation data in grade IV elementary. Research data is collected quantitatively with experimental research using pre experimental method. Based on data analysis, the results obtained by using t-test (t-test) obtained = 12.03 and 〖t〗 _ (table (0,05) 16)) = 2.12 at the real level α = 0.05 Tcount province> so H1 on this experience accept and H0 rejected. So got difference in learning results presentation of data between students who learn to use edmodo applications before put into data presentation of data with the results of learning presentation of data students who learn to use educational applications entered into the data of fourth grade students elementary school Al-Azhar Bukittinggi Lesson 2017/2018. Thus, the results of the research indicate that the applications contained therein already have useful material for the presentation data. Keywords: Learning Effectiveness, Edmodo Applications, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This research is motivated by IPS learning in class V most of them are teacher center because students are less active in finding information and many students are unable to express their ideas and opinions in learning so that students are not active in talking and opinion. These learning problems have an impact on students' interest and motivation for learning to be reduced, and learning becomes meaningless for students. Abstract

The research is aimed to describe the plan, the implementation and the students’ learning outcomes in learning the Social Science Subject by using the Example non Example Model at 5th grade of SDN 19 Koto Tangah Padang. The classroom-action research was conducted in the research by using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of the research were the teacher and 22 students of the school. The result of the research shows that: a) the lesson plan increased from 75% in cycle I to 93% in cycle II; b) in term of the teacher’s teaching aspect increased from 77% in cycle I to 95% in cycle II;c) the student’s learningoutcomes increased from 74,4 in cycle I to 84,1 in cycle II. Thus, the use of Example no Example model improves the student’s learning outcomes in learning the social science subjects at 5th grade of SDN 19 Koto Tangah Padang.

Abstract

The results showed an increase. Improvement can be seen: a) learning implementation plan (RPP) obtained 73% (average) in the first cycle increased 93% (very good) in the second cycle, b) the implementation of aspects of teachers' first cycle 77% (Good) increased 89% (very good ) second cycle and aspects of students' first cycle 66% (average) increased 86% (very good) second cycle. c) student learning cycle I with 68.3 (moderately) increased 90.4 (excellent) second cycle. Abstract

This research is motivated by integrated thematic learning that has not been well implemented, still in the process of being perfected. The purpose of this study, to improve the integrated thematic learning process using the Discovery Learning model. This type of research is classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was conducted in the second semester of the 2019/2020 school year at SDN 22 Ujung Gurun Padang City. The results showed an increase in: (1) the learning plan that is cycle I gained a percentage of 81.25% (Good), cycle II obtained a percentage of 96.87% (Very Good). (2) the aspect of the first cycle teachers obtained a percentage of 86.94% (Good), the second cycle obtained a percentage of 96.875% (Very Good). (3) Aspects of students in cycle I obtained a percentage of 86.94% (Good), cycle II obtained a percentage of 96.875% (Very Good). (4) Knowledge and skill aspects of cycle I with an average of 81.07 increased in cycle II with an average of 88.19. It can be concluded that the Discovery Learning model can improve the integrated thematic learning process in Elementary Schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was improve the students achievement in learning social science usedScript of 6th grade elementary school. Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Subject of this research were students of 6th grade were 20 people consist of 12 men and 8 women. Research conducted in two cycles with research procedure includes of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of research was improve a) Lesson plan the cycles of I was 78,57% and the cycles II of 92,86% b) Implementation teacher’s activity of I cycle was 76,38% and II cycle was 94,44% while implementation students activity of I cycle was 72,21% and II cycle was 91,66% c) the students learning outcomes in the I cycle was 77 and II cycle was 86,41. It can be concluded that used Script model can improve students achievement in learning social science of 6th grade at SDNegeri 10 Surau Gadang Padang.Keyword : Learning outcomes, Social science, Script

Abstract

This research based on the fact found at SDN-05-Birugo-Bukittinggi that Civic Learning inIV Class was mostly still conventional and also, the teacher usually came self-centered in learning process so the result of student’s studying has not been as appropriate as what has expected. Therefore, the research uses bamboo-dancing method whichaims for improving Civic studying process in IV Class at SDN-05-Biruggo-Bukittinggi. This is Research of Classes Action type of research, using qualitative and quantitative method. The outcome of this research shows achievement that: results of students’ studying for cycle I in first and second meeting are 62 and 72 in average and it’s considered to increase until 80 to 88 in cycle II. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the students’ learning achievement in thematic learning by using construktivism approach in grade III of SDN 18 Koto Tangah Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang.This was a Classroom Action Reseach which applied both qualitative and quantitative approaches.The subject of the research was the teacher and the student in grade III of SDN 18 Koto Tangah.The instruments of the research were test and observation sheet.The result of the research indicated that the students’ learning achievement improved from 75.32 in cycle I to 86.75 in cycle II.Thus, the use of constructivism approach could increase the students’ learning achievement.     Key term: constructivism approach, thematic learning, elemantary school students
