Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi keterbatasan tersebut dengan mengembangkan sebuah model peramalan hybrid, serta menganalisis tingkat akurasinya. Menggabungkan keunggulan pemodelan linier dan non-linier, penelitian ini menerapkan arsitektur hybrid SARIMAX-Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN). Model ini dibangun melalui pendekatan dua tahap: pertama, model SARIMAX dengan parameter (0,1,1)(0,1,1)₁₂ digunakan untuk memodelkan pola linear-musiman. Kedua, RBFNN dilatih secara spesifik untuk memetakan pola non-linear yang terkandung dalam residual (kesalahan) dari model SARIMAX. Kinerja model hybrid terhadap data pengujian menunjukkan hasil yang sangat positif, terbukti secara signifikan lebih akurat dibandingkan model SARIMAX tunggal. Model hybrid menunjukkan kemampuan superior dalam mengikuti fluktuasi data aktual, yang pada akhirnya menghasilkan prediksi dengan galat yang jauh lebih rendah. Akurasi yang lebih tinggi ini dikonfirmasi melalui nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) yang lebih kecil, yang mengindikasikan potensi besar dari pendekatan hybrid ini untuk menyediakan peramalan meteorologi yang lebih efektif dan dapat diandalkan untuk Kota Makassar

Abstract

This study assesses the implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) in modern housing development in Makassar City, identifies obstacles affecting the effectiveness of the quality management system, and formulates strategic recommendations to enhance construction quality. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing a case study at the Bukit Baruga Housing Complex. Data collection involved field observations, semi-structured interviews, and project documentation. Analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, supplemented by Fishbone analysis to determine the root causes of quality-related issues. The findings demonstrate that QA and QC have been implemented through quality documentation, work inspections, and material examinations. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of the quality management system is limited by incomplete documentation, suboptimal material management, inadequate field supervision, and insufficient discipline in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices. These challenges negatively impact construction quality control and overall project performance. The study recommends strengthening quality documentation systems, improving supervision and inspection processes, enforcing stricter OHS discipline, and adopting digital technologies to support sustainable quality management in construction. The implementation of these strategies is anticipated to enhance the effectiveness of QA and QC systems, thereby improving the quality of modern housing construction projects in Makassar City.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to identify the presence of Microplastics in Brown Algae (Sargassum polycystum) and Green Algae (Caulerpa Lentillifera) from Bintarore Village, Bulukumba Regency. This study is an experimental research with methods such as sample preparation, destruction, density separation, microplastic identification in brown algae and green algae using Olympus CX21 Microscope and Fourrier Transform infrared (FTIR). The results showed that the types of polymers contained in the microplastics found in the brown algae and green algae samples were Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), High density polyethylene (HDPE), and nylon. The abundance of microplastics in brown algae was 18.67 ± 2.08 particles/g and the abundance of microplastics in green algae was 21 ± 2 particles/g. It was concluded that brown algae and green algae from Bintarore village, Bulukumba Regency contained microplastics.Keywords : Microplastics, Brown Algae, Green Algae

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh penambahan kulit kopi yang difermentasi dengan EM-4 dalam ransum terhadap persentase karkas dan kandungan lemak abdominal ayam broiler. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 ekor ayam pedaging yang tidak dibedakan jenis kelaminnya (unsex) . Kulit kopi yang difermentasi dengan EM-4 adalah P0 = ransum kontrol 100 persen komersil, P1 = 5 % kulit ari kopi fermentasi P2= 10% kulit ari kopi fermentasi, P3 = 15% kulit ari kopi fermentasi.  Metode yang digunakan adalah rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan sehingga dibutuhkan 16 unit kandang, setiap unit kandang berisi 3 ekor ayam sehinggan dibutuhkan 48 ekor ayam broiler. Data yang dihasilkan akan dianalisa menggunakan analisis statistic, apabila terdapat perbedaan yang nyata dilakukan uji berganda Duncan’s.  Variabel yang diamati meliputi persentase karkas dan persentase lemal abdominal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan kulit ari kopi yang difermentasi dengan EM-4 memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (P>0.05) terhadap persentase karkas dan persentase lemak abdominal. Kata Kunci: kulit biji kopi,  persentase karkas, persentase lemak abdominal ayam broiler.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cost and schedule performance of the Postgraduate Building Construction Project of Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar using the Earned Value Method (EVM). The study employed a quantitative case study approach using project data, including the Bill of Quantities (BoQ), time schedule, S-curve, project progress reports, and actual project costs. The analysis used EVM indicators, namely Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), Actual Cost (AC), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Variance (SV), and Cost Variance (CV). The results showed that a CPI value of 1 and a CV value of 0 indicated that project expenditures remained within the planned budget. However, the SPI value of 0.87 and negative SV value indicate that the project experienced delays, with project progress reaching only 87% of the planned target. The EVM method was effective in evaluating project performance by integrating cost, schedule, and work progress into a single analysis system. Keywords: Earned Value Method, construction project, cost performance, schedule performance, project control.
