Abstract

Land title certificates are administrative state products that serve as strong evidentiary instruments to ensure legal certainty in land law. However, the issuance of overlapping certificates persists in practice, creating disputes and legal uncertainty. This research aims to analyze the authority of the National Land Agency in canceling overlapping land title certificates and to assess the extent to which such cancellations provide legal certainty. It also examines BPN’s responsibility arising from such cancellation, particularly in relation to good-faith certificate holders. This research employs a normative legal method using statutory and conceptual approaches, analyzed through interpretative legal reasoning. The findings indicate that the authority to cancel overlapping land title certificates, exercised by the Head of the Regional Land Office and, in certain circumstances, by the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency, constitutes a lawful delegation and substitution of authority as an administrative corrective mechanism. Nevertheless, the existence of substantively identical authority across different hierarchical levels without clear limitations, combined with the absence of temporal restrictions on administrative cancellation, results in a form of legal certainty that remains relative and nonfinal, as such decisions may still be subject to judicial review. Furthermore, BPN’s authority in the administrative cancellation of overlapping certificates is limited to the administrative domain and lacks adequate compensation mechanisms for good-faith holders, thereby failing to achieve substantive justice. This study recommends clearer delineation of cancellation authority and explicit mechanisms for legal protection and remedies to strengthen legal certainty and justice in land administration.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has prompted organizations to adopt innovative approaches to customer relationship management, notably through the integration of gamification into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This study analyzes the role of gamification mechanisms within CRM systems and their contribution to enhancing customer loyalty using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, adhering to PRISMA guidelines. The review focuses on publications retrieved from reputable scientific databases between 2020 and 2025. The literature selection process identified five primary articles demonstrating that gamification mechanisms such as points, rewards, badges, leaderboards, and challenges effectively enhance customer engagement, experience, and satisfaction within CRM systems, thereby reinforcing customer loyalty. However, the effectiveness of gamification is contingent upon the design of the mechanisms, their alignment with user characteristics, and the digital readiness of the organization. This study concludes that gamification is an effective strategy for augmenting CRM functionality to cultivate customer loyalty, provided it is implemented in an integrated and customer-experience-oriented manner.

Abstract

The incidence of hypertension in the community has increased every year. The management of hypertension requires the optimization of the role of Posyandu cadres. This study aimed to describe the role of Posyandu cadres in the working area of the UPTD Puskesmas Pudakpayung in managing hypertension cases in the community. The regeneration of Posyanducadres has become one of the challenges addressed in this study. This study employed a descriptive quantitative design. The research was intended to provide an overview of the role of Posyandu cadres in hypertension management at a specific point in time without intervention. Data were collected using a questionnaire, with validity and reliability test results showing an r-value of 0.411 with a p-value of 0.05 and a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.965. Sampling was conducted using a total sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis. Based on statistical analysis, the roles of Posyandu cadres in the primary and secondary categories were more dominant than those in the tertiary category and were influenced by length of service and prior hypertension training history. Continuous empowerment is necessary to balance and strengthen the roles of Posyandu cadres in the primary, secondary, and tertiary categories.

Abstract

Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) is widely utilised owing to its flexibility in handling complex models, small sample sizes, and non-normal data distributions. However, many empirical studies continue to rely on outdated or incomplete evaluation procedures, which can compromise parameter precision and lead to biased conclusions. This study aims to enhance parameter precision in PLS-SEM by proposing a comprehensive methodological refinement framework aligned with contemporary best practices. Using a systematic methodological review and conceptual synthesis of PLS-SEM studies published between 2014 and 2024, this research identifies recurring weaknesses in the assessment of measurement models, discriminant validity, structural models, and model fit indices. The findings demonstrate that parameter precision is substantially improved through flexible indicator assessment, rigorous discriminant validity testing, comprehensive structural model evaluation, and modern model fit diagnostics. The proposed refinement framework integrates updated thresholds and evaluation metrics across the outer model and inner model, emphasising predictive relevance and robustness over rigid cut-off rules. By consolidating these methodological improvements into a unified framework, this study bridges the gap between advanced methodological guidelines and prevailing empirical practice. The results provide clear guidance for researchers across disciplines in obtaining more accurate, reliable, and unbiased parameter estimates when applying PLS-SEM, thereby strengthening both theoretical inference and practical decision-making.

Abstract

Scientific integration is an important issue in the development of contemporary science, especially within the environment of Islamic religious higher education. The integration practices that have developed so far are often still partial and symbolic; therefore, they are not able to adequately address complex and multidimensional social problems. The transdisciplinary approach emerges as an epistemological framework that seeks to transcend disciplinary boundaries by integrating diverse scientific perspectives, human values, and social contexts in a holistic manner. This study aims to examine transdisciplinary approaches within the framework of scientific integration, including their concepts, methodologies, objectives and benefits, forms of implementation, and implementation challenges. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method. Data were obtained through the identification and analysis of books, scientific journal articles, and relevant academic literature, and were subsequently analyzed using descriptive-analytical techniques. The results of the study indicate that the transdisciplinary approach plays a strategic role in building holistic and contextual scientific integration; however, its implementation still faces several challenges, including differences in scientific paradigms, difficulties in methodological integration, and barriers to cross-disciplinary communication.

Abstract

Mangrove crab (Scylla spp.) fisheries constitute an important livelihood source for coastal communities in Far East Mimika District, Indonesia. However, increasing market demand has led to unsustainable fishing practices, including the capture of egg-bearing females, harvesting of undersized crabs, and the use of nonselective fishing gear that damages mangrove habitats. These practices threaten crab stock sustainability and the long-term welfare of fishing communities. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of a socialization and training program promoting sustainable mangrove crab fishing methods in Fanamo and Omawita Villages. The program applied a community-based approach consisting of awareness campaigns, hands-on training in eco-friendly fishing gear (folding traps with escape gaps and selective gillnets), introduction of minimum catch-size regulations, establishment of no-catch zones, and implementation of a simple catch logbook system. The activities were conducted through participatory discussions, field demonstrations, workshops, and mentoring. The results indicate increased awareness among fishermen regarding conservation principles, adoption of environmentally friendly fishing gear by participating fishers, and initial use of catch logbooks for monitoring productivity. Despite challenges such as limited literacy and time constraints, the mentoring approach strengthened behavioral change and local acceptance of sustainable practices. The study concludes that integrating socialization, technical training, and community-based monitoring effectively supports sustainable resource management while maintaining fishers’ productivity. This initiative provides a practical model for strengthening coastal governance and ensuring the ecological and economic sustainability of mangrove crab fisheries.

Abstract

Volleyball tournaments in Indonesia often face security challenges due to high spectator enthusiasm and fanatical supporter behavior, with recurring incidents of chaos underscoring the need for effective security management. The community-organized Bromonilan Cup IV tournament in Sleman, Yogyakarta, serves as a relevant case study for examining community-based event security practices. This research aims to identify the factors that affect security and safety at events organized by residents of Bromonilan, Purwomartani, Kalasan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The fourth Bromonilan Cup volleyball tournament featured matches between local clubs (non-official clubs), but it still presented many highly skilled players, including several national-level athletes. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely interviews with competent figures involved in the volleyball matches at Bromonilan Cup IV in 2025. The results of the study show that the factors determining the safety of a volleyball event include the readiness of the organizing committee—especially the security and parking divisions—the compliance of the match operations division in implementing rules that have been mutually agreed upon, the punctuality and discipline of players entering the court, and the presence of competing teams and star players. In addition, the thoroughness of the match referee in making decisions is also an important factor. The conclusion indicates that maintaining order and security depends on good coordination among the match committee, the accuracy and compliance of the competing teams in fulfilling the established rules, and the presence of the wasit (referee) team from PBVSI who serves as the official leader of the match.
