Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of management information systems in state financial management and financial management at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the integrated system in the SAKTI application has an impact on saving time for the financial management process. The SAKTI application also has a high level of security because it uses One Time Password (OTP). Although the SAKTI application is still classified as a new application, its application is very effective and optimal and facilitates the financial management process. Financial management at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of Southeast Sulawesi Province is very efficient and the SAKTI application is used for all management processes ranging from planning, recording to accountability.

Abstract

Domestic violence is a complex phenomenon that causes violence to harm family members. Domestic violence refers to behaviour involving physical, psychological, and sexual abuse by one family member against another. It often occurs in the context of a close relationship, such as between a married couple or between a parent and child. PUSPAGA Balai RW is a program created by the Surabaya Government that aims to provide prevention and handling services in overcoming family problems and providing protection to women and children in Surabaya. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The result of this research is the implementation of the PUSPAGA Program in efforts to prevent and handle domestic violence in Klampis Ngasem Surabaya. From the results of the study, it was found that PUSPAGA can implement the prevention and handling of domestic violence in Klampis Ngasem Surabaya in accordance with the directions. Even so in the resource variable, there are still several obstacles that are often faced, such as the lack of PUSPAGA facilitators at Balai RW.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the e-sinar application in managing correspondence management at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency for Southeast Sulawesi Province using qualitative descriptive methods. Informants were selected purposively. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the application of the E-Sinar Application in managing correspondence at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Southeast Sulawesi Province as a whole was not fully effective as seen from the fact that there are still factors that hinder the effective application of e-sinar to manage correspondence using the system, but with the application of e-sinar to manage correspondence it becomes easier for employees in terms of performance in the form of the amount of work produced by employees and the time it takes to manage correspondence using e-sinar is much faster, accurate and relevant. Then with the application of e-sinar employees can more easily find archived letters when needed again, this makes employee performance and organizational performance more measurable. The inhibiting factors in running the e-sinar application are work culture factors that are still accustomed to the conventional mail management process and internet facilities and networks.

Abstract

Surabaya is the provincial capital and one of the largest cities in Indonesia. Because of its high migration flow, immigrants and migrants in Surabaya require population administration services. In compliance with Presidential Regulation Number 6 of 2001, the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Service, which organized population administration (adminduk), implemented e-government by offering a variety of conveniences, including administrative service innovations like e-Klampid, which later became Klampid New Generation (KNG). The purpose of this study is to investigate how e-government is being implemented in provinces, cities, and districts with innovative programs like Bongkaran Village, and Surabaya City's Klampid New Generation (KNG) program. Researchers employ qualitative approaches in their work; these methods are qualitative and descriptive in nature. The PAN Ministerial Decree No. 63 of 2003, which addresses the Principles of Public Services, is the theoretical foundation for this study. The result of the research found that Bongkaran Subdistrict's e-government implementation, which utilizes the KNG program for inter-city/regency or provincial transfer services, is performing well in terms of service procedure, cost, time, officer competency, facilities, and infrastructure indicators.

Abstract

Realizing good company financial performance is the dream of all companies stakeholders, especially company financial managers, company owners and investors. Financial performance as reported through Financial Reports can be analyzed using various methods including using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. Recently, many companies have implemented the EVA method as a method for assessing company performance. Economic Value Added (EVA) is a very effective assessment system for assessing a company's financial performance over a certain period. This research aims to analyze the financial performance of the company PT. ACE Hardwared, Tbk uses the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. This research is quantitative descriptive research using secondary data in the form of Financial Reports for the 2021-2022 period obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research results for 2021, 2022 show a positive EVA (>0) so that the company is deemed to have been able to create economic added value after the company paid all of the company's obligations to its investors.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine Problematic Stunting Factors In Coastal Areas through a Policy Study in Central Buton Regency in 2022. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out using interview methods, various document studies and observations. The results of this research show that the lack of coordination between various institutions in the regional TPPS Team, such as BKKBN, Village Government, and Community Health Centers, caused high stunting rates in Central Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi in in 2022. Apart from that, the existence of societal myths, inadequate parenting patterns, early marriage and poor sanitation also play a role in increasing stunting rates in the area. Financial constraints also caused many work programs within the TPPS Team to not be realized.

Abstract

This research aims to elucidate the simultaneous and partial effects of Market Orientation and Product Innovation on Business Competitiveness at Seiko Boutique Sun Plaza Medan. Business competitiveness significantly influences a company's ability, as well as an industry's capability, to produce goods and services, resulting in improved income and sustainable employment amidst global competition. The study employs a quantitative research approach, utilizing primary data collected through a questionnaire distributed to 97 visitors. Data processing utilizes SPSS, and the analytical tool employed is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Market Orientation has a positive and significant impact on Business Competitiveness at Seiko Boutique Sun Plaza Medan, as evidenced by the calculated tvalue (3.659) > ttable (1.985) at a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Similarly, the hypothesis testing results show that Product Innovation has a positive and significant influence on Business Competitiveness at Seiko Boutique Sun Plaza Medan, with a calculated tvalue (3.192) > ttable (1.985) at a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the hypothesis testing reveals that both Market Orientation and Product Innovation have a positive and significant impact on Business Competitiveness at Seiko Boutique Sun Plaza Medan, supported by an Fvalue (40.220) > Ftable (3.093) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on ASN performance with job placement as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at RSUD dr. Sadikin Pariaman. The sampling technique is a sampling technique, namely Stratified Proportional Sampling. This technique uses the number of samples taken from each stratum against the number of elements in each stratum so that the total sample is 103 ASN consisting of the management, the medical, the paramedic, and the support department. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the results of research testing, it shows that organizational culture has insignificant effect on performance; job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance; job placement has a positive and significant effect on performance; organizational culture and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect with job placement as a moderating variable. Based on the results, the R square value of 0.434 means 43.4% of the ASN performance at dr. RSUD. Sadikin is explained by the variables organizational culture, job satisfaction, and job placement. Meanwhile, the remaining 56.6% was influenced by other variables not explained in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the city components that support Kendari City's condition as a Child-Friendly City and analyze the factors that hinder and support this status. A qualitative descriptive method with an ethnographic study approach was used to identify city components such as the residential environment, community environment, school environment, play areas, transportation and health services that support the condition of Kendari City as a Child-Friendly City. The research results show that there are several obstacle factors such as infrastructure problems that affect children's access to education and health services. This evaluation provides a holistic picture of Kendari City's efforts to create a conducive environment for children's development and offers a perspective regarding the challenges that need to be overcome to achieve optimal Child-Friendly City status.

In general, companies strive to meet consumer expectations, by building trust in a long-term relationship between the company and its customers. Looking at the current conditions, the increasing number of souvenir shops in the Kendari area could be a threat to the Kendari Souvenir Shop Typical Kendari Souvenirs and in the future, there will be shops that provide the same products and food as the Oleh Shop. -by Kendari Souvenirs Typical of Kendari. Therefore, the Kendari Typical Souvenir Shop, which is located right in a strategic area in the middle of Kendari City, must increase its competitiveness and implement or prepare a business strategy that is superior to its competitors and must be more careful in reading and anticipating market conditions and creating products that are superior to those of its competitors. quality. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research results show that the Kendari Souvenir Shop uses operational strategies to improve the management of goods, stock and product quality. Kendari Typical Souvenir Shop competes by emphasizing product excellence, satisfying customer service, and in-depth recognition of consumer tastes. They always provide innovation in products and services to maintain market position and increase consumer satisfaction.
