<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the dynamics of community participation in out-of-school education in the case of the Mandhala Senom Education Village by trying to capture the extent of community awareness to educate their children. Apart from that, it will examine the extent of Mandhala Senom's contribution to awareness of children's education. The qualitative method is used through a descriptive approach as a basis for describing and analyzing community participation using theory according to Theresia (2018) which consists of four indicators, namely participation in decision making, participation in implementing activities, participation in enjoying the results, participation in evaluation. Furthermore, the problem of community participation in the development of out-of-school education was identified by conducting in-depth interviews with Mandhala Senom Volunteers and the surrounding community, especially in East Barurambat. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that community participation is going well.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the career development of ASNs who are affected by the equalization of Structural Positions in the government of West Sumatra Province. The type of research used was qualitative research conducted on ASN Government of West Sumatra Province. This research was carried out by selecting 8 informants who were affected by the Bureaucratic Streamlining policy in the West Sumatra Provincial Government. The data collection technique used in this research was in-depth interviews with informants. The research results show that the career development of ASNs affected by bureaucratic downsizing is the same as Functional ASNs. However, there are obstacles in career development because there are position maps for ASN that are not appropriate and do not have work items in the work organization. This has an impact on ASN's career, causing them to be unable to obtain credit points for promotion and their career stalls until retirement.]]>

<![CDATA[This online transportation service business makes it easier for people to carry out various activities in their daily lives. Online transportation usually uses an application platform on a mobile phone and utilizes internet technology to run it. This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality, Application Service Features and Tariffs on Maxim Bike Service Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable. An online survey was conducted on 120 respondents. The research instrument was adapted from previous research. Structural equation modelling was applied to analyze this research data using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results show that service quality and rates have an important and meaningful impact on customer loyalty. The impact of service quality and rates on customer loyalty is significant. However, the application service features do not have a significant influence on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction with Maxim Bike services.]]>

<![CDATA[This research explores the implementation of the Pre-Employment Card Program in Bekasi Regency based on Presidential Regulation No. 76 of 2020. The implementation of the pre-employment card program has experienced various problems, including failing to register, failing to participate because the quota has been met, failing to connect to an account, problems in training such as certification that is difficult to issue, and finally funds that fail to be disbursed. The research objectives are to analyze the implementation of the regulation, identify inhibiting factors, and evaluate community perceptions. The qualitative research method with case studies involved observation and in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Pre-Employment Card Program in Bekasi Regency has been running quite well but there are still obstacles to the Population Identification Number when registering and also there are still many people in Bekasi Regency who are unfamiliar with technology or social media. The public perception of the pre-employment card program is a program that provides free training, certificates, and incentives. The pre-employment card program is very useful and helps the community because it is a program that is devoted to increasing community competence or skills. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the government provided incentive funds to the community of 600 thousand per person after completing all training.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, competitive advantage and on the performance of culinary MSEs in West Sumatra. This research helps MSEs to apply the results of this research in increasing the competitive advantage and performance of MSEs. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this research are owners or managers of culinary MSEs in West Sumatra. The sample used was 160 samples using a non-probability sampling method and using a purposive sampling technique. This research uses PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPLS software version 4.0. The research results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of culinary MSEs in West Sumatra. Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on the performance and entrepreneurial orientation influences performance through the competitive advantage of culinary MSEs in West Sumatra.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of job demands and work family conflict on organizational commitment through the mediation of burnout. The population in this study were employees of the West Sumatra Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sample collection technique is total sampling, that is, the entire population is sampled. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. Based on the results of research tests, it shows that job demand has a positive and significant effect on burnout. Work family conflict has no positive and significant effect on Burnout, Job demand has no positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment of employees, Work family conflict has no positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Burnout has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. indirectly, Job demand influences Organizational Commitment through Burnout as mediation and Work family conflict does not influence Organizational Commitment through Burnout as mediation West Sumatra Financial Services Authority employees.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims at community participation in increasing interest in visiting the Bukit Kasih tourist destination in Kanonang Village, Minahasa Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach, primary and secondary data sources through observation, interviews and document studies and uses interactive data analysis techniques according to Miles Huberman and Saldana (2014). The research results show that in increasing interest in visiting the Bukit Kasih tourist destination in Kanonang Village, the North Sulawesi Provincial Tourism Office has attempted to involve the community through outreach and training. However, the lack of coordination between the community, village government and related agencies is an obstacle. Even though the ability of the community to be involved is good, there is still a need to increase awareness and active involvement in tourism promotion and management. Apart from that, policies such as increasing entrance fees that are not approved by the public can reduce interest in visiting tourists. Therefore, maximum encouragement is needed to increase public awareness in participating and expressing opinions in the management of tourist destinations.]]>

<![CDATA[The research problems are: 1) Do competence and provision of functional allowances simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors?; 2) Does competency have a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors?; 3) Does the provision of functional allowances have a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors? The approach used uses quantitative methods in answering research problems, by conducting a survey of all agricultural instructors in West Muna Regency in 11 UPTs of Agricultural Extension Centers and Agricultural Service Headquarters, totaling 68 people, and a sample of 40 respondents was determined using the Slovin method in determine the number of samples. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale with a score range of 1-5. Data analysis used a multiple regression model, with the help of SPSS version 26. The significance test used an alpha criterion of 0.05 to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the research were concluded: 1) Competency and provision of functional allowances simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension officers; 2) Competence has a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors; 3) providing functional allowances also has a significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors. Both variables show a positive influence, meaning that the better the competence and satisfactory provision of functional allowances, the better the performance of agricultural instructors.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine antecedents of the low aspect career development for civil servant and the application of talent management strategies as a solution to career development issues. By using a qualitative method to executes semi-structure interview for 7 informants that responsible and have authorities to the civil servant career development. The collecting data also conducted through observation and documentation. Result of interviews show that six of ten indicators from career development aspects un-optimum implemented, such as job competency standards documents, availability of employee profiles based on talent or competency mapping, talent pool implementation, availability of succession plans, qualification and competency gap documents, and capacity building and competency development. Further, research findings show that the obstacles of career development aspects caused by six indicators such as bureaucratic politicization, lack of leadership commitment, un-optimum budget, and bad teamwork. The Talent management strategy states as comprehensive solution in establishing the basis for future civil servant career development.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of plastic waste in Indonesia is a problem that has not been resolved to date. This research aims to find out and describe the effectiveness of the Plastic Free Market Program at Citraland Fresh Market in supporting the reduction of plastic bag use in the city of Surabaya. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research uses Sutrisno's effectiveness theory which states that there are four focuses, namely understanding the program, being on target, being on time, achieving goals and real change. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews with informants, direct observation in the field, and documentation. Then the data analysis model used in this research is data collection, data presentation, data condensation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research indicate that the effectiveness of the Plastic Free Market Program at Citraland Fresh Market in supporting the reduction of plastic bag use in the city of Surabaya has not been carried out effectively. This happens because it is not on target. There are still traders who provide plastic bags which are considered cheaper. Then visitors are still found using plastic bags brought from home because they are considered easier to carry anywhere.]]>
