Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the pattern of oversight of the due diligence of motorized vehicles at the North Konawe Regency Transportation Service. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with 8 informants. The determination of informants was carried out using a purposive technique. The research data was obtained through desk studies, interviews and document studies. The data obtained is then analyzed qualitatively with an interactive model and continues continuously until the data is saturated, starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study show that the monitoring pattern for the due diligence of motorized vehicles at the North Konawe District Transportation Service has not been implemented properly. This is due to the absence of a motorized vehicle testing center at the North Konawe District Transportation Service. Testing the feasibility of motorized vehicles is carried out at the Kendari City Motor Vehicle Testing Center UPTD. However, the North Konawe Regency Transportation Service through the Traffic Sector which is carried out operationally by the traffic monitoring and control section carries out a direct supervision pattern for consumers by ensuring that vehicles that will be tested must obtain a recommendation, registration and test number from the North Konawe Regency Transportation Service . Indirect supervision by requesting test results documents and complaints about vehicle testing problems before and after testing.

Abstract

The study of collaborative governance, especially in the MSME sector, certainly does not only focus on government plans but also relates to the actions and temporary impacts felt by Pudak MSME players in Gresik District, Gresik Regency. Pudak is a traditional food from Gresik that must be developed and preserved in order to compete with modern foods in the community. This article aims to describe and analyze of collaborative governance practice to the development of Pudak MSMEs in Gresik District, Gresik Regency. This research was carried out by conducting observations and interviews at the Gresik District office, Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, Industry and Trade office of Gresik Regency and Pudak MSME merchant in Gresik District and literature studies. This research uses collaborative governance theory from Emerson, Nabatchi, and Balogh in Retno Sunu Astuti et al (2020) which consists of collaboration dynamics, collaboration actions, and collaboration impact & adaptation. The results showed that Pudak MSME merchant in Gresik District still have not received a significant impact from the collaboration between the Government of Gresik Regency and stakeholders. This was because Pudak MSME merchant in Gresik Regency have never had the opportunity to take part in activities carried out by the Government of Gresik Regency and stakeholders. This is a heavy task for the government so that there needs to be more intense socialization and evaluation of the parties involved in collaboration.

Abstract

A sustainable decline in judges’ performance is very risky for the future of justice, especially in the religious context. Therefore, the present study aims to evaluate religious judges’ performance by the impact of job satisfaction and job motivation. The questionnaires were distributed on two target criteria. They are 32 persons on each, so a total of 64 judges have participated. The questionnaire distribution process is online, then the feedback data is analyzed with the assistance of SPSS’s latest version. The result stated job satisfaction has no significant effects on judge performance, both mutation within province and inter-province. While job motivation has a significant effect on judge performance who have experienced mutation within and inter-province. These results suggest future research to investigate another factor that affects performance in the religious court because judge performance is really important to the effectiveness of religious courts.

Abstract

This study discusses improving the quality of service by using online water payments at regional drinking water companies in Bojonegoro Regency. This research is based on problems related to service quality that is not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of information technology for public services and also to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the application of information technology in PDAM Bojonegoro Regency. This research method uses qualitative research which aims to provide a clear description and understanding of the phenomena studied. The results of this study are that improving service quality through online water bill payments at Local water company Bojonegoro Regency is quite good as assessed by 8 indicators according to Carlson and Schwarz (1995) in Denhardt & Denhardt (2003:61) which include the following: convenience , security, reliability, personal attention, problem solving approach, fairness, fiscal responsibility, citizen influence. In addition, there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors for paying water bills online.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the Analysis of Freshwater Fish Seed Business Development in Increasing Income (Study at UPTD Fish Seed Center in Rahandouna Village, Poasia District, Kendari City). The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach and collects data through interviews, observation and document studies. Sources of data from research informants and secondary data that are relevant to research studies. Using interactive data analysis model data analysis techniques from Miles, Huberman & Saldaña (2014)The results of the study show that business development in freshwater fish hatcheries in Rahandouna Village, Poasia District, Kendari City can be said to experience development and increase in income where the business location has experienced additions from initially there were only 1-20 ponds to 30 ponds, and a workforce that was initially only 3 employees to 5 employees. In this case, business capital has increased from Rp. 35,000,000 to Rp. 50,000,000 initially

Abstract

 This study aims to Social And Environmental Responsibility Of Limited Companies In The Use Of Water For Communities In The Regional Regions. As a problem that the researcher wants to study in this article, he uses a doctrinal legal approach regarding the norms of Social and Environmental Responsibility of Limited Liability Companies. the results of this study explain as follows: First, in practice, deviations from these two views often lead to disputes between stakeholders over Bottled Water Companies (AMDK) operating in Sukamantri Village, Bogor, West Java. Second, the imposition of TJSL-PT obligations is flexible and limited to be borne by companies engaged in the resource sector, especially mining companies, while for bottled water companies, it is highly dependent on the size of the company's business and changes in company status (closed/TJSL PT are voluntary). On the other hand, for AMDK companies offering shares publicly (Tbk/Open-TJSL PT is mandatory). Third, based on the first and second findings, until this research was completed, it was clear that this condition was caused by inconsistencies and ambiguity regarding the imposition of legal sanctions for TJSL PT based on the distribution of sanctions in several relevant natural resource laws and regulations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the effectiveness of development meetings in Batupoaro District, Baubau City, regarding the implementation of infrastructure development results in 2020, and to formulate key indicators for the effectiveness of Musrenbang, Batupoaro District, Baubau City. The research was carried out in a qualitative and quantitative descriptive manner using data analysis methods, namely Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) and Important Performance Analysis (IPA). The sample used was 70 respondents who were determined by simple random sampling. The results showed that the implementation of the results of the Musrenbang on Batupoaro sub-district infrastructure was categorized as not yet/ineffective. While the key indicators driving the effectiveness of the Musrenbang Batupoaro District are: (1). Right on target, (2) Community needs, (3) Right program, (4) Budget availability, (5) Fairness, (6) Transparent, (7) Representative, (8) Accountability, (9) Responsiveness, (10) Participation, (11) Legal compliance, (12) Supervision, (13) HR implementation of Musrenbang, (14) Leadership commitment, (15) DPRD recess together with Musrenbang, (16 ) Policy formulation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine career planning and career development. The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, research instruments and documentation. The research results show that planning analysis and career development in the form of promotions and accelerated ranks of Battalion A Pioneer personnel in general have been carried out well in accordance with the established plans or regulations, especially regarding the criteria for personnel violations both in disciplinary hearings, codes of ethics and criminal acts. weaknesses in supervision from the level of leadership to subordinates. The conclusion of this study is that the policies of the leadership regarding career planning and development in the form of promotions and accelerated ranks for Battalion A Pioneer personnel have had the expected impact, especially to improve the discipline and performance of Battalion A Pioneer personnel with regard to attendance levels, main tasks and functions as well as personnel work behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the grassroots political strategy in winning Haliana-Ilmiati in the 2020 Simultaneous elections in Wakatobi Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitative interactive data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the winning strategy for the elected regent and deputy regent pairs in the 2020 regional head election in Wakatobi district, the winning team had implemented a grassroots political strategy, where the Haliana-Ilmiati pair hooked up all groups in society, starting from the community leaders, young people and also among mothers. The grassroots political strategy uses 1) segmentation, in which the Haliana-Ilmiati winning team groups voters based on region and age, this is reflected in the vision and mission of the Haliana-Ilmiati pair. 2) Targeted, where the target of the winning team are community leaders, young people and mothers. 3) positioning, where the Haliana-Ilmiati winning team made visits directly to the community to obtain aspirations and find out the needs of the community in Wakatobi.

Abstract

To analyze the factors that affect the performance of posyandu in Pasar District. Analytical survey research with a cross sectional study design. The sample is 76 cadre coordinators using Cluster Proportional Random Sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Descriptive and statistical data analysis, namely chi square and multiple logistic regression. posyandu whose cadres receive training will perform well (p=0.000). Posyandu whose cadres are rewarded according to their performance standards will comply (p=0.011). Posyandu with complete or supportive infrastructure will have good performance (p=0.000), Posyandu with combined financing sources will have good performance (p=0.001). The analysis using multiple logistic regression showed the variables of infrastructure (p=0.003; Exp.B=13,935), training (p=0.004; Exp.B=9.980), rewards (p=0.009; Exp.B=11,685) and sources of financing ( p=0.028; Exp.B=7.168) with 95% confidence level. There is an effect of training, rewards, infrastructure and sources of financing with posyandu performance. Suggestion: The health office includes cadres in training, increases cadre rewards, completes facilities and infrastructure and increases community participation to support posyandu financing.
