Abstract

Abstract: The aims to delve into the enhancement of self-control levels among Prisma (single Malaysian women) facing double burdens in the Solokuro District. Involving an analysis of internal and external factors, this study identifies elements such as age, parental roles, response to failure, communication style, and participation in religious social activities as significant contributors to the development of self-control in Prisma women. External factors like the environment and family roles, including a positive disciplinary approach, were also found to play crucial roles in shaping individuals' ability to exercise self-control. Confronting the challenges of dual responsibilities in domestic tasks and productive work, Prisma women in the Solokuro District demonstrated adaptive and resilient self-control strategies, enabling them to remain productive and harmonious. The village government plays a role in empowerment efforts through Women's Association activities and parenting programs, focusing on economic independence through skill training and support in managing caregiving tasks. The findings contribute to understanding the dynamics of Prisma women experiencing a double burden, laying the groundwork for more effective empowerment policies and programs. In conclusion, strengthening the self-control of Prisma women is a key aspect in navigating the complexity of double burdens, and collaborative efforts among individuals, communities, and the government can positively impact their well-being and contributions to society. Abstract

Abstract: Al-Fath Cilegon Islamic Boarding School is one of the institutions that strives to maintain the values of Islamic teachings according to Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah by integrating moderate Islamic values into all forms of activities and daily life at the pesantren. It is hoped that the alumni can become young men and women who can uphold the Aqidah of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. To obtain valid data, the researcher uses primary data (interviews, observations) and secondary data (documentation, data analysis, and data verification). The results of the study indicate that there are three stages in the process of learning moderate Islamic education at Al-Fath pesantren: 1) the planning stage, which includes the establishment of syllabi, programs, and schedules; 2) the implementation stage, which includes core activities, extracurricular activities, and incidental activities; and 3) the evaluation stage, which refers to three aspects of assessment: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor, with forms of reward or punishment. Abstract

Abstract: Penjualan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah adalah transaksi yang tidak melibatkan kerugian salah satu pihak atau riba. Franchise adalah sistem bisnis di mana pemilik usaha dengan merek dagang tertentu memberikan izin kepada pihak kedua untuk menggunakan produk dan merek tersebut serta sistem operasionalnya, dalam pertukaran atas izin usaha. Di praktik Franchise Seblak Wonokromo Surabaya, tidak terdapat kontrak tertulis yang mengatur dengan jelas bisnis franchise tersebut. Hal ini juga berarti penggunaan hak kekayaan intelektual dari pemilik merek tanpa sepengetahuan franchisor, serta percabangan bisnis tanpa izin dari franchisor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap praktik jual beli sistem franchise seblak Wonokromo Surabaya serta penerapannya ditinjau dari hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis Studi Kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dalam praktik jual beli franchise Seblak Wonokromo, transaksi ini sesuai dengan akad jual beli dalam hukum Islam, di mana rukun dan syarat jual beli telah terpenuhi dalam praktik jual beli franchise Seblak Wonokromo di Surabaya namun dipandang kurang sempurna dari sisi sistem franchise. Abstract

Abstrak: This research aims to explore the strategy and impact of Kyai's transformational leadership on the development of Mambaus Sholihin Islamic Boarding School in the digital era. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study at the Mambaus Sholihin Gresik Islamic Boarding School. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and analysis of related documents. The results showed that Kyai at Mambaus Sholihin Gresik Islamic Boarding School implemented transformational leadership by combining traditional values with modern concepts. This strategy involves the application of information technology in religious learning, pesantren management, and internal communication. The positive impact of Kyai's transformational leadership can be seen in improving the quality of education, the involvement of students in digital learning, and the use of social media to spread the values of pesantren. This research contributes to the understanding of how Kyai's transformational leadership can steer pesantren towards positive adaptation to the development of digital technology. The practical implications of this research can be used as a guide for other pesantren institutions who want to update their approach in facing the challenges of the times. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explore the current dynamics in grant and inheritance law in Indonesia and analyze their implications for legal practice. Grant, which is a voluntary gift of property by a person to another during his or her lifetime, and inheritance, which relates to the division of property after death, play an important role in the regulation of wealth and property rights. The complexity of the laws governing grants and inheritance in Indonesia, which include Western civil law, Islamic law, and customary law, often leads to confusion and disputes. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach through literature study and legal document analysis. Data was obtained from laws and regulations, scientific journals. The research identified key challenges in the application of grant and inheritance law, such as differences in legal interpretation, legal uncertainty, and the need for clear documentation. The results show that recent legal developments have focused on increasing awareness of the importance of valid documentation to reduce disputes as well as efforts to harmonize the various applicable legal systems. Implications for legal practice include the need for improved understanding and compliance with existing regulations, as well as better access to legal information for the public. This research provides useful insights for legal practitioners, academics, and policy makers in understanding the dynamics of grants and inheritance and their implications in legal practice in Indonesia. Thus, this research is expected to contribute to the improvement of legal certainty and justice in grant and inheritance cases. Keywords: hibah, waris, praktik hukum, hukum diindonesia

Abstract

Abstract: Buying and selling is a type of activity that is often carried out by humans in everyday life. This economic behavior has been formed since humans began to feel the need for other individuals who had goods/services that they did not have even though they needed or wanted them. It is from the development of forms of buying and selling transactions and marketing that we now know the term online shop. The definition of an online shop is a process of purchasing goods or services from those who sell via the internet. Khiy?r Majlis is a voting right owned by the seller and buyer which is always attached to both of them and will not automatically expire unless they or one of them separates from the Majlis Akad. In online transactions, Khiy?r Majlis is difficult to apply, because of the differences in Majlis Akad that occur in online transactions. The purpose of this article is to analyze the new formulation, so that it can apply to online transactions of any type. The results of this research show that the classic Khiy?r Majlis concept is the right to choose for sellers and buyers to continue transactions that have been realized or cancel them in the same meeting. Conventional Khiy?r Majlis does not find a point of relevance when applied to online shops, because online shops are very different from Conventional buying and selling is carried out by holding a meeting between the buyer and the seller in the same Majlis. The concept of Khiy?r Majlis in online transactions is directly likened to two people transacting in one place which ends with the internet connection being cut off, while the concept of Khiy?r Majlis in online transactions is not directly after The buyer accepts the agreement after the arrival of the ?j?b written message from the seller. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the community in Bangkalan Madura's Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ) Nurus Sholah, in the Pejagan hamlet, views education. This study uses a qualitative methodology that combines documentation, interviews, and direct observation to comprehend social processes from the viewpoint of the participants. Because of its significance to the issue of community involvement in the advancement of children's education in non-formal educational institutions, the village of Pejagan was selected. According to the analysis's findings, the Pejagan community has a highly positive opinion of TPQ Nurus Sholah's educational program, particularly when it comes to its academic, social, and economic components. A key element in TPQ Nurus Sholah's success is its involvement in social and economic activities, solidarity within the community, and active support from different societal strata. But in order to raise the standard of instruction at TPQ Nurus Sholah, a number of issues must be resolved. For example, parents' busy schedules often prevent them from seeing the value of teaching their children the Quran from a young age. This study offers a thorough analysis of the dynamics of community support for non-formal educational institutions, specifically TPQ. The results bolster TPQ Nurus Sholah's influence in forming the moral and spiritual values of the next generation and provide a framework for future strategy development. Abstract

Abstract: The Qur'an mentions many natural phenomena (al-âyat al-kawniyyah) so that humans take lessons from them. Unfortunately, classical interpretations do not give enough attention to it. One of the classical interpretations that gives attention to it is the interpretation of Ibn Barrajân, the Andalusian mufasir and Sufi figure of the 16th century H. Sufi interpretations that reveal many non-literal dimensions of the Qur'an have been seen as a form of deviation from the standard interpretation of the Qur'an or only as an emotional expression that is subjective, given / mawhibah and therefore not iterative. This article discusses Ibn Barrajân's Sufistic interpretation of the âyât kawniyyah through a systems approach. With this approach, Ibn Barrajân's interpretation is seen as a system by identifying the elements of the system in it. This research extends two discernible conclusions: First, Ibn Barrajân's Sufi interpretation is a system of interpretation that transforms the sources of interpretation as input into a holistic interpretation (al-tafsîr al-tawhîdî) as its output through the integral cognitive process of the mufasir consisting of tauhid paradigm, methodology and competence of the mufasir. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pembelajaran IPS berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di Madrasah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuantitatif dengan desain pretest-posttest melibatkan 60 siswa kelas XI yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok eksperimen yang menerima pembelajaran IPS berbasis PBL dan kelompok kontrol yang mengikuti pembelajaran IPS konvensional. Hasil penelitian ini pembelajaran IPS berbasis PBL lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dibandingkan dengan pendekatan konvensional. Ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan skor yang signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen. Selain itu, siswa dan guru menunjukkan persepsi positif terhadap pembelajaran IPS berbasis PBL. Siswa merasa metode ini membantu mereka dalam mengasah kemampuan berpikir kritis, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, dan mengembangkan kreativitas. Guru juga menilai bahwa pembelajaran ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPS di sekolah, beberapa saran diajukan, termasuk penerapan luas pembelajaran berbasis PBL, pengembangan materi pembelajaran yang relevan, integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, serta penelitian lanjutan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the strategy of the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) Gresik in improving the understanding of Moderate Islam in the Detention Center Class II B Gresik. The focus of this research is on the aspects of strategy, process and results. The method uses phenomenological approaches, with observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results Showed that MUI Gresik is through direct and interactive learning, which is framed in Informal Education, in the form of At-Taubah Islamic Boarding School. The program of MUI at the Detention Center Class II B Gresik has 4 programs, namely: Routine activities; Monthly activities; Annual activities; Incidental activities. By using strategies directly, interactively, empirically and independently; The increase in understanding and intellectual ability of residents, cognitive strategies, verbal information, as well as motoric skills and affective attitudes, both in the fields of the Qur'an, Akidah, Fiqh and Counseling Guidance.
