Abstract

Tofu is a characteristic of Indonesian food, so it is not uncommon for this tofu food to be found in Padang. Tofu is a food made from soybeans, and the process is still simple and limited to household scale. Suryanto (in Hartaty, 1994) states that what is meant by tofu is solid food printed from soymilk (Glycinespp) by a protein deposition process at its isoelectric point, without or with the addition of other permitted substances. The production process of tofu starts from washing, grinding, and pressing which are carried out by humans as well as machines. The purpose of this study is to obtain alternative production strategies that can be applied in Tofu Factory Industry SMEs. Abstract

Improving product quality is the first effort faced by companies, when faced with efforts to become a leader. Products will be judged by quality and that is what adds value to consumers as well as one of the reasons for choosing to buy. Other factors that influence the decision to purchase Java Bakery bread products are location and quality of service. Therefore, businesses that want to stay ahead of their competitors need to take a number of actions related to improving product quality, improving location and service quality. This research is a descriptive quantitative research that aims to produce a discovery obtained through statistical procedures. The sample in this study used accidental sampling with a total of 97 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through interviews and questionnaires. From the results of the analysis that has been done. The results of the study show that product quality, location and service quality influence purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the R Square value of 0.563 or 56.3% while the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Mold oyster is one _ product growing agriculture _ in demand by consumers Because mark nutrition and deliciousness. Study This aim For analyze influence quality products and promotions to interest buy repeat mold oysters _ Study This use method survey with spread questionnaire to consumer mold oysters in various regions. Collected data analyzed use method statistics descriptive and multiple linear regression Analysis results show that quality product own influence significant to interest buy repeat consumer mold oysters _ Promotion own influence positive to interest buy repeat mold oysters. Findings study This give implication practical for producer mold oyster in increase interest buy repeat consumer. Producer need focus on effort enhancement quality product, incl use technique good cultivation, selection _ material quality raw materials, and attractive packaging. Besides that, manufacturers also have to pay attention to an effective promotion strategy For communicate superiority product to consumer. Studies it also delivers donation theoretical with confirm that quality products and promotions play role important in influence interest buy repeat consumer. Study furthermore can involve variable else, like price and image brand, for expand understanding about influencing factors _ interest buy repeat in context product agriculture other.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of work discipline and work motivation factors that have an influence on employee productivity in the production unit of PT Ateja Grace Texindo. This study used descriptive analysis using Google Forms as a data collection method for 30 employee respondents at the production unit of PT Ateja Grace Texindo. The sampling method in this study used non-probability sampling. Then the data was processed and analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistic 22 software application. This study found that work motivation factors have an influence on employee productivity at PT Ateja Grace Texindo in the production unit section. However, the work discipline factor has no effect on employee productivity at PT Ateja Grace Texindo in the production unit section.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Brand Experience and E-Service Quality on Brand Loyalty in Anthelabel Tasikmalaya Shop Consumers. Descriptive research method with a survey approach. The population in this research is Ansthelabel consumers as many as 100 consumers. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that Brand Experience and E-Service Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for Ansthelabel Tasikmalaya Store consumers. Partially, Brand Experience has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for consumers at Ansthelabel Tasikmalaya Store. Partially, E-Service Quality has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for consumers at Ansthelabel Tasikmalaya Store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Promotion and Product Completeness on Purchase Decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is the causality method with a survey approach. The population in this study is not known with certainty. The sampling technique in this study used Acidental Sampling with a total sample of 100 people who were Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya consumers. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that Promotion and Product Completeness simultaneously influenced Purchase Decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. Promotion partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis risiko dan bagaimana proses Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) pada Bank Danamon terhadap aktivitas pada perusahaan tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengamatan (observation research) yang diambil langsung dari hasil pengamatan terhadap objek yang diteliti yakni dengan peninjauan langsung ke Bank Danamon. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikaan bahwa Bank Danamon membentuk risk management yang berperan untuk memantau keseluruhan bank atas risiko kredit, market, likuiditas dan juga operasional. Dan bank Danamon memiliki prinsip bahwa memandang seluruh risiko - risiko secara terkonsolidasi dan mengelola keseluruhan dengan mempertimbangkan kemungkinan antara risiko satu dengan risiko yang lainnya. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of price, facilities, location, quality of service on consumer decisions at Toraja Heritage Hotel. Data collection procedures from this research are observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis technique is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The conclusion of this study is that the variable facilities have no effect on consumer decisions and the variables price, location, and service quality have an effect on consumer decisions in Toraja Heritage Hotel.

Abstract

Business activities are generally carried out by the community by exploiting the natural potential around them, namely the business of utilizing palm oil stick waste. This waste has not been used at all by the community so it is left like that. However, the existence of a search for sticks can provide additional income for the community. This research aims to find out the strategy for implementing the Quadruple Helix in improving the economy of the people of the search for sticks (carli) group in Sungai Kanan District, South Labuhanbatu Regency. The Quadruple Helix implementation strategy is one model that is suitable for social research and innovation. Data collection was carried out using a qualitative research design through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews, then supported by literature study. The research results show that the strategy for implementing the Quadruple Helix in improving the community's economy can provide significant benefits if implemented well. There are several ways to implement the Quadruple Helix so that it can help improve the economy of the people of South Labuhanbatu Sungai Kanan District, such as Partnership and Collaboration. Through partnerships between government, academics, business and society, different resources and knowledge can be combined. This collaboration can produce innovations and new solutions to increase production, added value of stick products, and the number of stick exports, thereby providing greater economic benefits for the stick-seeking (carli) community. However, there are several obstacles in implementing the Quadruple Helix, namely that even though it has been implemented, it has not been fully implemented to the maximum extent for the people of Sungai Kanan Labuhan Batu Selatan District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance (2) The effect of organizational commitment on employee performce.This study used a quantitative method approach with the study population being all employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Bombana Regency with a total sample of 30 respondents. Instrument testing in this study used the Validity test and Reliability with SPSS 26.0. The research data analysis with a total 35 respondents technique used the structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the transformational leadership style variable on employee performance as indicated by the t-statistic value of 8,405 with a P-Values ​​of 0.000, while the variable Organizational Commitment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance indicated by the t-value statistic of 0,142 with a P-Values ​​of 0.000.
