Abstract

The fashion industry, particularly in the rapidly evolving and changing footwear industry, it is important for companies to understand consumer perceptions of brands in order to build and maintain a company’s image. This research aims to understand how Gen Z consumers in DKI Jakarta evaluate brands and react to branding practices by involving brand management constructs, namely brand image, brand trust, brand experience, wich lead to consumer purchase intention. A quantitative research design was employed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method, and data analysis employing statistical software. Data collection was done through online questionnaires to 100 respondents. The result of this study demonstrate that brand experience influences brand image, brand experience influences brang trust, brand image influences brand trust, brand image influen ces purchase intention, and brand trust influences purchase intention.

Abstract

This research is to determine the Readiness for Implementing Financial Reports Based on the Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 35 at the El Hakim Islamic Scholar High School Middle School Education Foundation Banda Aceh. This research uses qualitative research methods and data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. This research uses data collection techniques by means of interviews by interviewing several workers at the El Hakim Islamic Scholar Middle School Banda Aceh. The results of this research. The El Hakim Islamic Scholar Middle School Education Foundation has prepared financial reports every month but the financial reports presented are only limited to information on income and cash expenditures of the El Hakim Islamic Scholar Middle School Middle School Education Foundation. The financial reports presented by the El Hakim Islamic High School Middle School Education Foundation are not in accordance with financial reporting standards in accordance with the Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 35. This is proven by the form of financial reports prepared by the El Hakim Islamic High School Middle School Education Foundation only limited to information on cash income and expenditure without any information on comprehensive income reports, financial position reports, cash flow reports, reports on changes in net assets, and notes to financial reports. Meanwhile, the Islamic Scholar El Hakim Middle School Middle School Education Foundation was initially not fully ready to implement financial reports in accordance with the Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 35.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline partially and simultaneously on performance at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Library and Archives Service. The population used in this study were all employees of the DKI Jakarta Province Library and Archives Service, totaling 136 people. The data source used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests and Rsquare determination. Based on the results of the research test simultaneously the results of the analysis of variables (X1) Motivation, (X2) Work Discipline and (Y) Performance seen fcount of 29.877 with a ftable of 3.09 or 29.877 > 3.09 and the resulting significant value is 0.000 <0, 05. It is said that the variable Motivation, Work Discipline influences the performance of employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Library and Archives Service. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the coefficient of determination at Adjusted Rsquare was 0.366 or 36.6%. This means that motivation and work discipline together have an effect of 36.6% on performance, 63.4% of changes that occur in employee performance can be explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Independent learning is an activity based on the desire to use one's own ideas, solve problems, take risks and use various strategies to deal with situations, deal with problems that are relevant to one's own experience in learning activities. Factors that can affect independent learning are self-efficacy and achievement motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and achievement motivation on the learning independence of DIII Midwifery Stikes Hamzar East Lombok students. The type of research used in this study is associative research, which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The data collection method used in this study is a survey method. The population in this study were all DIII midwifery students at Stikes Hamzar, East Lombok, totaling 135 people. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% show that: (1) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on student learning independence (2) achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning independence.

Abstract

Coffee organizations at the international level report that world coffee consumption continues to increase every years. This growth in world coffee consumption has had a positive impact on coffee MSMEs in Indonesia, including Langgano Jombang and Kikopi Surabaya. The problem faced by coffee MSMEs such as Langgano Jombang and Kikopi Surabaya is that they are unable to compete with competitors. This research was carried out using a qualitative case study approach. With stages, first, identifying internal factors and external factors for MSMEs in marketing products and then determining alternative strategies. And the research results found that a strategy to increase the Langgano Jombang and Kikopi Surabaya markets that can be done is to use power as a tool to seize opportunities. Or in the Strengths – Opportunities quadrant.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the ease of access to information for Gen Z investment decisions. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and literature reviews. Qualitative research is also intended to understand how someone thinks, acts and obtains information from a phenomenon. The data used is narrative and qualitative, obtained from previous research documents and obtained novelty in this research. Data analysis used in this qualitative research is the Miles and Huberman interactive model. This qualitative research is exploratory in nature. The type of data used is secondary data. The focus of this research is ease of access to information. The results of this research are: 1) That the use of technology and digital platforms for easy access to information for Gen Z in investing is quite good, where Gen Z uses social media as a platform to gain knowledge regarding good investment instruments, a means of discussion and exchanging views between Gen investors. Z, then the platform that provides easy access to information for Gen Z in investing is quite varied, from the Bibit, DANAeMAS, Ajaib, Tokopedia to Shopee applications, apart from that, payments made can also utilize digital banking and digital wallet payments; 2) Generation Z or Gen Z chooses forms of investment instruments with (high risk high return) high risk high returns such as stocks and cryptocurrencies, while generation Y and generation X choose forms of investment instruments with (low risk low return) low risk low returns such as jewelry gold and mutual funds; and 3) The amount of investment made by Gen Z varies, where in the July 2023 period it was IDR 7,658,506, while in the August 2023 period it was IDR 7,645,956.

Abstract

Dhoho street fashion is held every year, the kediri city government tries to introduce tenun ikat bandar kidul. Tenun ikat bandar kidul is unique because it reflects the culture, tourism and social conditions of the kediri community. Tenun ikat bandar kidul has become a global fashion concern because of its detailed manufacturing process, motifs and colors that reflect kediri's identity. The research was conducted using interviews, direct observation of tenun ikat entrepreneurs in bandar kidul, and the dhoho street fashion event. With the hope that people can wear clothes made from traditional tenun ikat bandar kidul fabric, dhoho street fashion seeks to introduce tenun ikat bandar kidul products to the wider community with the aim of creating a brand image. The results of this research show that the existence of dhoho street fashion which is organized by the government and stakeholders can create a good brand image for tenun ikat bandar kidul.

Abstract

In this journal the author analyzes the crucial role of the budget as the main tool in planning and control at the North Sumatra Regional Police Bureau (North Sumatra). This research covers budget allocation, budget integration in the planning process, as well as implemented budget control strategies. The research results show that the North Sumatra Regional Police Bureau effectively uses the budget as a guide for the smooth running of activities, programs and projects that support the North Sumatra Regional Police's strategic objectives. The budget also functions as a control instrument that allows monitoring of expenditure and identifying deviations for taking corrective action. Good coordination between the Bureaurena and other units in the North Sumatra Regional Police strengthens the effectiveness of budget use. In its discussion, this journal provides recommendations for improvement, including increasing the efficiency of the planning process, strengthening coordination between units, and implementing more innovative budget control strategies. The conclusion highlights the importance of viewing the budget not just as an administrative tool, but also as a catalyst for achieving overall organizational goals. This journal provides practical insights for similar organizations in improving their management budgets to achieve more optimal performance.

Abstract

This article is the result of research examining the effect of comparative advantage on the tourist attraction of the Surabaya Heroes Monument. The aim is to also know what indicators attract tourists to make tourist visits, so that they can optimize these components. The method used is quantitative using the SPSS application, the Non Propability Sampling test technique, namely Purposive Sampling, then the scale used is the Likert scale. Respondents numbered 55 people, namely visitors who visited the Surabaya City Heroes Monument more than twice. The research results showed that the highest Comparative Advantage was in cooperation and marketing ability at 3.87 and the lowest was in organizational ability, namely 3.08. The overall average value is 3.56, which means very good. The highest average value for tourist attractiveness in attractions was 3.79 and the lowest was for accessibility, namely 3.47. The overall average value is 3.64, which means very good.

Abstract

The increasingly advanced development of the times has made competition in the business world very rapid. This requires companies to be able to increase their competitiveness in maintaining the company's survival. The capabilities of human resources must be provided with good facilities to be able to produce quality output. Quantitative research methods were used in this research. Researchers collected data from respondents using questionnaires. The population of this research is employees of PT. XYZ, the number of samples in this study was 64 people. The results of this research show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Discipline Variables, Work Motivation Variables and Work Environment Variables have a simultaneous effect on employee performance
