Abstract

Tourism destination business management is starting to merge with technological developments. In an effort to adapt, the use of e-marketing in the tourism destination business is assisted by various digital platforms, one of which is Instagram. Instagram was chosen because it has many users in a wide range and the features it offers really help e-marketing activities in a business. The sample loci used in this research were Kopeng Treetop and Guci Forest. This locus was chosen because both of them have mutually satisfying similarities so that comparisons can be made. Using the mix method, researchers analyzed the data obtained from collecting data on likes, comments and the number of posts, then calculated it using a simple quantitative model and supported it by documentation, then analyzed it using triangulation to get in-depth thinking results. The research results found that there were similarities and differences in the use of Instagram e-marketing from the two loci, each of which has different abilities but also has the same opportunities in business. Through improvement efforts, in the future e-marketing development efforts can be carried out more optimally in order to achieve maximum visit levels.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an important key in increasing the market competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In this research, various important aspects related to the digitalization of MSMEs are discussed, including the role of social communities in contributing ideas and finding solutions to digitalization problems, as well as collaboration between the government, educational institutions and related agencies in supporting the growth of MSMEs. This research also highlights the difficulties, variables and methodologies in running a web-based business, as well as the importance of data innovation in increasing market efficiency. Focusing on fish marketing, research also shows that the use of information and communications technology (ICT) can influence market efficiency. The results of this research provide recommendations for developing curriculum and development programs that can support MSMEs in facing the challenges of digitalization and increasing the competitiveness of small businesses.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of compensation on work motivation, the effect of work discipline on work motivation, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and to test and analyze the effect of compensation on performance employees through work motivation, as well as testing and analyzing the influence of work discipline on employee performance through work motivation. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research type. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Indah Cargo Logistik Jambi, totaling 54 using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The variables in this research are compensation (X1), work discipline (X2), work motivation (Z), and employee performance (Y). data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work motivation has an influence positive and significant on employee performance, work motivation is able to provide a positive and significant influence in linking compensation to employee performance, and work motivation is able to provide a positive and significant influence in linking work discipline to employee performance.

Abstract

Banjar City Health Service employees are currently not showing maximum performance independence and proactivity. Employee performance can be influenced by emotional intelligence and work discipline. At the Banjar City Health Service, the social skills indicator (relationship management) shows that emotional intelligence is not yet at an optimal level. Additionally, there is a lack of efficiency in maintaining punctuality and adherence to schedules. The research was conducted using an explanatory survey methodology with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program, using descriptive and regression analysis. Research findings show that (1) Emotional Intelligence has a good and big influence on employee performance within the Banjar City Health Service. Thus, there is a positive relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and the performance of Banjar City Health Service employees. (2) The level of work discipline has a beneficial and large influence on the performance of employees at the Banjar City Health Service. In other words, the more work discipline increases, the more employee performance will increase. (3) Emotional intelligence and work discipline have a good and big influence on the performance of Banjar City Health Service employees. Therefore, there is a positive relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and work discipline and employee performance at the Banjar City Health Service.

Abstract

Less than optimal employee performance can be seen from the inefficient use of time at work. This is because certain employees act not in accordance with established rules, lack initiative and creativity in carrying out their duties, and experience poor collaboration due to inadequate communication. Carried out between superiors, subordinates and co-workers. Apart from that, the performance of employees at BPKPD Banjar City is influenced by (1) less than optimal communication. This is mainly caused by a lack of horizontal communication, which results in employees being unable to effectively coordinate tasks and resolve interpersonal problems between coworkers. Identical within the organization. (2) The competence of the Banjar City BPKPD is less than optimal due to a lack of knowledge caused by the large number of employees with low educational levels. In addition, their skills are limited in keeping up with advances in information technology, thus hampering their ability to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. (3) The level of commitment in the Banjar City BPKPD is currently less than optimal due to the low affective commitment of employees. This can be caused by their lack of participation in organizational development and their tendency to simply fulfill their job responsibilities without showing concern for the end result. The research was conducted using an explanatory quantitative survey methodology. The data analysis technique used is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application, using descriptive and regression analysis. Research findings show that (1) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPKPD Banjar City. This means that the better the communication, the higher the performance of employees at BPKPD Banjar City. (2) Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPKPD Banjar City. This means that the higher the competency, the higher the performance of employees at BPKPD Banjar City. (3) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPKPD Banjar City. This means that the higher the commitment, the higher the performance of employees at BPKPD Banjar City. (4) Communication, competence and commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPKPD Banjar City. This means that the better the communication, the higher the competence and commitment, the higher the performance of employees at BPKPD Banjar City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of local revenue, general allocation funds and economic growth on capital expenditure. The population in this study is the regional budget and expenditure realization report, and the Magetan Regency regional government's economic growth report for 2013 – 2022. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Magetan Regency regional financial and asset management revenue agency. The independent variables in this research consist of local revenue, general allocation funds and economic growth, while the dependent variable is capital expenditure. The samples in this research are budget realization reports and economic growth reports with a period of 10 years. The sampling technique in this research used a non-probability sampling technique. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Research data processing uses SPSS version 27 with multiple linear regression analysis methods. Based on the results of the analysis used, the results obtained are that local original income has no effect on capital expenditure, general allocation funds have an effect on capital expenditure, while economic growth has no effect on capital expenditure. Simultaneous testing shows that local revenue, general allocation funds and economic growth have no effect on capital expenditure.

Abstract

Current developments in consumer behavior, most company business activities use the internet network. This is also done by companies when carrying out promotions. One of the activities carried out by the company is carrying out promotions using the internet network or better known as digital marketing. There are many developments in internet technology that are used in business marketing activities (e-marketing), one of which is currently developing is Viral Marketing. Viral marketing is carried out so that the message conveyed can be passed on by the recipient, resulting in multiple distributions. Viral marketing works like spreading a virus which aims to ensure that advertising messages communicated to the public can be disseminated many times over to other people. A consumer's trust in a company is really needed because businesses through viral marketing use the internet network, which means they don't meet each other face to face in transactions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of business experience and viral promotion strategies on increasing sales of micro and small culinary business products in Bandar Lampung City. This type of research is descriptive research. Descriptive research is research that is directed at providing symptoms, facts or events systematically and accurately, regarding the characteristics of a particular population or area. The sampling technique in this research uses data collection techniques: Library Research and Questionnaires. The research results used partial hypothesis testing (t test) which showed that business experience had a significant negative effect on increasing sales. Abstract

This research discusses risk management for online goods delivery using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment system. The COD system has become very popular in online buying and selling transactions, especially in Indonesia, because it offers convenience for customers in transactions. This research method uses a qualitative approach with literature analysis. The aim is to analyze the risk management of online goods delivery using the COD payment system and offer solutions to reduce the risks faced by sellers and customers. The results of this research show that the COD system also has several weaknesses, such as customer misunderstanding of the COD system and the absence of information on goods in their actual condition. The recommendation of this research is that it can increase customer loyalty, protection for couriers, digitalization in this case non-cash transaction payments like using QRIS.

Abstract

Lack of communication problems between employees and superiors causes conflict at work, besides that there is an error in communication between each section or department, seen from the results of work that are not as expected by superiors or other departments because there is no clear direction given to employees the. Through communication too, someone can convey everything related to his work. The existence of good communication between employees and company leaders is very important to be able to see the level of satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the influence partially and simultaneously between employees and superiors to increase job satisfaction. This type of research approach is quantitative, with a population of 30 employees using saturated sampling as a sample determination model. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive analysis and inferential statistics through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests and F tests. The results of this research showed that 1) partially the communication variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 2) The organizational support variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 3) The physical work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 4) Simultaneously the variables of communication, organizational support, and the physical work environment jointly influence the variable of job satisfaction.
