Abstract

In the digital era and globalization, competition in the business world is very tight, requiring entrepreneurs to always adapt to change. Business transformation and collaboration are key elements in achieving competitive advantage. One of the businesses that is currently booming and growing rapiddly is the coffee shop business. This research aims to explore how digital transformation and intelligent collaboration can help coffee shop entrepreneurs achieve competitive advantage. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews and observations of several coffee shop in Semarang city.the results of the study show that the application of digital technology and collaboration with creative communities can increase competitiveness, as well as the importance of adapting to changes in technology and the business environment in order to create sustainable competitive advantages.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 42 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To prove and analyze whether transactional leadership has a direct influence on the work performance of employees at the Karang Penang District Office, Sampang Regency. 2) To prove and analyze whether transactional leadership has a direct influence on the work spirit of the Karang Penang District Office, Sampang Regency. 3). To prove and analyze whether work enthusiasm has a direct influence on the work performance of employees at the Karang Penang District Office, Sampang Regency 4) To prove and analyze whether transactional leadership has an indirect influence on employee work performance which is mediated by work morale at the Karang Penang District Office, Sampang Regency. The research results show that: 1) Transactional leadership does not have a significant positive effect on employee work performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.280 and p-values ​​of 0.058. 2) Transactional leadership has a significant positive effect on work morale as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.377 and p-values ​​of 0.015. 3) Work morale has a significant positive effect on employee work performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.557 and p-values ​​of 0.000. 4) Transactional leadership has a significant positive indirect effect on employee work performance and work morale as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.210 and p-values ​​of 0.022.

Abstract

The Influence of Education on the Performance of Employees at the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency with Professionalism as an Intervening Variable, Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University. The type of research is explanatory, the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 56 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS and PLS analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze the effect of education on the performance of employees at the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency; 2) To test and analyze the effect of education on the professionalism of employees at the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency; 3) To test and analyze the effect of professionalism on the performance of employees at the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency; 4) To test and analyze the indirect effect of education on the performance of employees at the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency mediated by professionalism. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Education has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.142; 2) Education has a significant effect on the professionalism of the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.314; 3) Professionalism has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.464; 4) Employee education has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Karangpenang District Office, Sampang Regency mediated by professionalism with an original sample value of 0.145.

Abstract

The results of the study indicate that: 1) Nurse characteristics have a significant effect on the performance of nurses at the Pakong Health Center in Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.324; 2) Nurse characteristics have a significant effect on the motivation of nurses at the Pakong Health Center in Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.421; 3) Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of nurses at the Pakong Health Center in Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.435; 6) Nurse characteristics have a significant effect on the performance of nurses at the Pakong Health Center in Pamekasan Regency mediated by motivation with an original sample value of 0.183.

Abstract

Every organization or company has various important parts to support the running of the organization's or company's activities in achieving organizational or company goals. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, training and employee performance. This research used a sample of 80 respondents. The research method used is causality research. To answer the hypothesis using Structured Equation Model (SEM) data analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square). Based on the testing, the results showed that the work environment and training had a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic economic philosophy in the management of natural resources using a qualitative approach. Islamic economic philosophy offers a holistic and transcendental perspective that integrates spiritual, moral, and social values into every aspect of the economy, including natural resource management. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques such as literature reviews, in-depth interviews, and participatory observations. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key patterns and principles of Islamic economic philosophy relevant to natural resource management. The findings reveal that Islamic economic philosophy emphasizes justice, sustainability, and social responsibility as the primary foundations for managing natural resources. These principles are reflected in the concepts of trust (amanah), benevolence (ihsan), and public benefit (maslahah), which guide the responsible utilization of natural resources for collective welfare without compromising environmental balance. Moreover, spiritual values such as monotheism (tauhid) and awareness of accountability before Allah SWT motivate individuals and institutions to manage natural resources ethically and sustainably. Thus, this study contributes to the development of new insights into how Islamic economic philosophy can serve as an alternative solution to addressing challenges in natural resource management in the increasingly complex modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the types of Islamic banks in Indonesia, namely Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS), Islamic People’s Financing Banks (BPRS), and Islamic Business Units (UUS). This study uses a quantitative method taken from 15 relevant journals, with a systematic data analysis approach. The focus of this study covers several important aspects, such as finance, operational efficiency, and the risks faced by each type of Islamic bank. The results of the study show that UUS has higher efficiency compared to BUS and BPRS, which can be seen from better financial ratios. Meanwhile, BPRS shows a better level of profit despite having a smaller scale of operation. These findings provide important insights for the development of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia, and can be a reference for stakeholders in formulating more effective policies. Therefore, this study not only contributes to the literature academy but also provides practical applications for the development of the Islamic banking sector in the country.

Abstract

This study employs a quantitative method to analyze the advantages of Wadiah and Mudharabah savings in attracting Sharia-based customers. The data used were sourced from 15 journals on Islamic banking and relevant empirical studies. Wadiah savings offer secure deposits without returns, while Mudharabah savings provide competitive profit-sharing benefits. These advantages offer flexible options for customers with varying financial preferences. The findings indicate that both savings types play a crucial role in enhancing Sharia-based financial inclusion. Factors such as trust, Sharia principles, and transparency influence customers’ interest in utilizing these services. The results highlight that product innovation and proper promotion can increase the appeal of Wadiah and Mudharabah savings. Furthermore, the combination of non-material benefits and financial advantages from these two products can encourage community participation in the Islamic banking system. This study recommends Islamic banks prioritize Sharia compliance and customer education to remain competitive in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of collecting third party funds applied by Islamic banks. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, which allows researchers to describe the phenomenon in depth and detail. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Islamic bank managers and analysis of related documents. The results of the study indicate that Islamic banks use various strategies to attract third party funds, including socialization of Islamic products, improving customer service, and cooperation with other financial institutions. The challenges faced include the lack of public understanding of Islamic banking and competition with conventional banks. This study provides insight into the importance of education and product innovation in increasing third party fund collection in Islamic banks.

Abstract

The development of online transactions in the digitalization era has driven the growth of financial technology, including e-wallets or digital wallets. OVO is a widely used e-wallet that has experienced rapid growth after collaborating with Grab and Tokopedia. This study aims to explain the role of satisfaction in mediating the effect of cashback promotions and ease of use on customer loyalty of the OVO e-wallet in Denpasar City. The research was conducted in Denpasar City, with a population consisting of Denpasar residents who have actively used the OVO e-wallet for the past six months. A total of 100 respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed both offline and online via Google Forms. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis with a significance level of 5% using SPSS version 26.0. The hypothesis testing results indicate that cashback promotions have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Ease of use has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Cashback promotions have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Ease of use has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction plays a positive and significant role in mediating the effect of cashback promotions on customer loyalty. Satisfaction also plays a positive and significant role in mediating the effect of ease of use on customer loyalty. The theoretical implications of this study provide evidence for the development of consumer behavior studies and marketing management. The practical implications of this study are expected to serve as a consideration and input for OVO e-wallet companies in improving customer loyalty. Future researchers are encouraged to expand the scope of the study.
