Abstract

Adapun adanya tujuan dibuatnya penelitian ini ialah untuk memberikan informasi peninjauan keefektivitasan serta pengetahuan mengenai pengaplikasi sistem Elora pada PT Angkasa Pura II sebagai metode e-learning yang dipakai secara general oleh seluruh karyawan perusahaan sebagai program pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dalam perusahaan PT Angkasa Pura II yang bergerak dibawah naungan Kementrian BUMN aktif dibidang Kebandarudaraan Negara. Hampir setiap bandara provinsi di Indonesia dikendalikan oleh PT Angkasa Pura II. Pada penerapan nya, banyak program program yang telah diciptakan oleh perusahaan untuk menjaga efektivitas dan inovasi kinerja para karyawan dalam mengurus ruang lingkup bandara. Oleh karena itu, para karyawan kreatif perusahaan menciptakan dan membuat inovasi inovasi baru untuk mempermudah jalannya kerja. Dalam laporan ini, penulis akan membahas mengenai aplikasi e-learning Elora. Karena dari beberapa aplikasi lain yang dibuat oleh perusahaan, Elora merupakan aplikasi yang belum mencapai target yang diprediksi. Aplikasi ini merupakan aplikasi pembelajaran yang dimana didalam nya terdapat buku buku yang ditulis oleh karyawan PT Angkasa Pura II maupun oleh penulis buku lainnya yang dimana dalam aplikasi tersebut memiliki berbagai macam buku mengenai aktivitas kerja Bandar udara, sejarah terdahulu bandara, maupun buku yang mencakup pengetahuan sosial. Oleh karena itu, analisis aplikasi mengenai Elora akan dilakukan pada laporan skripsi ini.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of the quality of human resources, control systems internal, utilization technology And commitment organization to quality report finance. Study it uses primary data. The population in this study were finance employees at 69 hotels in Garut Regency. The number of samples uses the Slovin formula, so the number of samples based on calculation is 32 employee. Method analysis Which used in study This is multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 4%. The results of this study indicate that quality human resources and the use of technology have a positive effect while the control system internal And commitment organization No influential to quality report finance. Need done study with respondent Which more wide so that results can generalized on industry hospitality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of ethical leadership, organizational culture, commitment to organizational performance. It also examines the mediating effect of commitment in relationships between ethical leadership and organizational performance, and between organizational culture and organizational performance. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The research method is a method quantitative And technique analysis data Which used is SEM with use program SmartPLS 3.0. Sample study as much 98 respondent And study done in industry shipping, Patimban, Subang Regency. The results of the study show that ethical leadership, organizational culture, and commitment proved to have a significant positive effect on organizational performance. Besides That, proven significant positive between culture organization to commitment And influence organizational culture on organizational performance through commitment as a mediating variable. However, the effect of ethical leadership on commitment and the effect on leadership variables ethics to performance organization through commitment as variable mediation, proven No significant.

Abstract

Digitalisasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan berorganisasi. Penggunaan teknologi dalam perencanaan dan strategi SDM salah satunya telah menjadi suatu hal yang terus meningkat dalam beberapa tahun belakangan ini. Keefektifan dari digitalisasi dalam pengelolaan talent management dapat dilihat melalui evaluasi dari berbagai faktor seperti rekrutmen dan seleksi, onboarding, manajemen performa, dan employee engagement. Perusahaan dapat mengidentifikasi area untuk mengembangkan strategi yang ditargetkan untuk meningkatkan. Secara keseluruhan, efektivitas perencanaan talent management dan digitalisasi strategi SDM dapat tercermin dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan retensi karyawan, peningkatan produktivitas dan efisiensi, dan hasil bisnis. Penelitian kualitatif adalah jenis penelitian yang temuan-temuannya tidak diperoleh melalui prosedur statistik atau bentuk hitungan lainnya, dan memanfaatkan kajian literatur terdahulu atau disebut dengan metode studi literatur. Bersifat deskriptif komparatif ditunjukkan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan data informasi yang berdasarkan dengan kenyataan (fakta). Perusahaan SAKA Indonesia Pangkah Limited menggunakan proses perekrutan yang tradisional, tentu memakan waktu yang lama, dan berdampak pada minimnya peluang dalam mendapatkan kandidat yang berpotensi. Digitalisasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan berorganisasi, dan perusahaan dapat mengidentifikasi area untuk mengembangkan strategi yang ditargetkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kerja secara keseluruhan. Digitalisasi meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses manajemen bakat, yang membantu manajer SDM mengidentifikasi, mengembangkan, dan mempertahankan karyawan berbakat. Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja organisasi dimasa yang akan datang membutuhkan teknologi informasi yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana pendukung melainkan sebagai senjata utama untuk menunjang keberhasilan pelayanan kepada masyarakat untuk dapat memberikan yang terbaik.Keberadaan dan peran informasi teknologi dalam sistem kerja telah membawa era baru dalam perkembangan dunia kerja, namun perkembangan tersebut belum diimbangi dengan peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang menentukan keberhasilan kinerja pegawai di suatu instansi pemerintah. Systematic Review ini disusun berdasarkan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews, full text article dan menggunakan bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia. Kata kunci yang digunakan pada pencarian artikel adalah “Management information system” AND “Organizational performance”. Dengan adanya sistem informasi manajemen yang baik, perusahaan dapat mengelola data dan informasi dengan lebih efisien dan efektif, memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dan lebih cepat. Hal ini dapat membantu organisasi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, mengurangi biaya operasional, dan mempercepat waktu respons terhadap perubahan pasar atau lingkungan bisnis. Selain itu, sistem informasi manajemen juga dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, manajemen inventaris, manajemen proyek, dan pemantauan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative study design makes use of SWOT and village potential analysis. companies in the real sector—agriculture, cattle, and fisheries—along with trade, tourism, and the agro-industrial sector—were discovered to have the potential to develop into successful village-owned companies in Hegarmanah Village. Although the results of the SWOT analysis point to (a) the SO Strategy Village-owned businesses run their operations using a system for managing business units based on the real sector and business units for Islamic microfinance institutions. Abstract

This study uses qualitative methods and is descriptive in nature. As data sources, both primary and secondary data are used. using methods for data collection such as observation, interviews, and documenting. The Bandung Regency Tourism Office has created stages for its promotional plan as a result of this study, which includes marketing through sports, retail sales, public relations, and advertising. The Bandung Regency Tourism Office's promotion plan utilising electronic media, such as the internet, has been performing successfully. Additionally, the Bandung Regency Tourism Office has active accounts on Facebook and Instagram. The advertising plan for print media hasn't, however, been fully utilized. From a sharia economic perspective, the advertising strategy of the Bandung Regency Tourism Office can be defined based on Islamic economic principles in advertising and Islamic business ethics consisting of Honesty, Trust, Justice, and Istiqomah. The Tourism Office correctly supports Islamic principles in accordance with Islamic law.

This study employs quantitative and descriptive methods." Customers of Cafe Yuma Bandung make up the majority of the research sample. This survey comprises a sample of Cafe Yuma Bandung customers who are at least 18 years old, have social media profiles, and are familiar with the cafe. Yuma Bandung on social media Purposive sampling was utilised to acquire data, and 89 participants took the survey. This number exceeds the required value of 0.70, indicating that the research findings are trustworthy. The overall reliability test resulted in a score of 0.902 for each of the social media marketing variables (X1), 0.874 for brand awareness (X2), and 0.902 for purchasing decisions (X3). This study included a quantitative descriptive research design, descriptive statistics, and PLS analysis. According to the findings of the study, social media marketing has a favourable and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Dayana Cipta in Manado. Using a judgment based, non-probability sampling strategy, a purposive sampling technique was used to include 97 employees in the sample. From here on, the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. According to the study's conclusions, (1) employee performance is unaffected by motivation at work; (2) employee performance is impacted by discipline; (3) employee performance is influenced by the workplace environment; and (4) employee performance is simultaneously impacted by motivation, discipline, and the workplace environment

Abstract

In this study, only seven factors will impacting the underpricing of shares in companies conducting an IPO to obtain additional capital on the IDX. Data collection is done through IDX with a sample of 30 companies. Data analysis uses the F Test method, T Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Determinant Test. With test F, the value of F k is the seventh free variable of 32.171 and Sig. < α (α = 0.05) is 0.01. That is, H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. There is also significant impact simultaneously from ROA, EPS, DER, Underwriter Reputation, Auditor Reputation, Company Age, and Company Size on Underpricing. In multiple regression analysis, ROA has a coefficient of 0.09. A positive value coefficient that means the direction of ROA regression is positive. In Partial Test (Test T), ROA has a Sig. value 0.93 (>0.05) which means H0 is accepted. ROA does not have a significant impact on underpricing. In regression analysis multiple EPS coefficient of 1.117 and in Test T Sig. value 0.003 (<0.005) which means H1 is accepted. EPS has a significant influence on underpricing. In regression analysis multiple coefficients DER -0.009 and in Test T sig value. 0.295 (< 0.005) which means H0 is accepted. DER has no significant effect on underpricing. On regression analysis the underwriter reputation coefficient -1.814 and on test T Sig. 0.194 (> 0.05) which means H0 is accepted. The reputation of the underwriter does not have significant impact on underpricing. In regression analysis multiple auditor reputation coefficients -2,040 and on the Sig. T Test. 0.372 (> 0.05) which means H0 is accepted. The reputation of the Auditor has no significant influence over underpricing. In regression analysis multiple Company Age coefficient -0.18 and on Test T Sig. 0.719 (>0.05) which means H0 is accepted. The age of the Company does not have significant impact on underpricing. In regression analysis multiple coefficients of Company Size -0.91 and on Test T 0.01 (< 0.05) which means H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Size of the Company (X7) has a significant influence on underpricing. Then, R2 was obtained by 0.706 and adjusted R value of 0.79. It can be said that 79.1% of dependent variables could be explained by independent factors. while the rest is caused by the others that are not contained in this study.
