Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki efektivitas peramalan harga rata-rata nasional beras medium II menggunakan data mingguan (Januari 2022–Desember 2024) dengan membandingkan tiga metode: ARIMA, Random Forest (RF), dan Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). Proses studi meliputi prapemrosesan data, pengembangan model, dan evaluasi menggunakan metrik RMSE, MAE, dan MAPE. Meskipun ARIMA cocok untuk pola linear dan LSTM efektif untuk ketergantungan jangka panjang, Random Forest menunjukkan kinerja superior dalam menangani pola nonlinier dan fluktuasi harga. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan RF mencapai akurasi tertinggi dengan RMSE 0,08, MAE 0,06, dan MAPE 0,38%, mengungguli LSTM (MAPE 0,51%) dan ARIMA (MAPE 0,73%). Berdasarkan keunggulan ini, RF digunakan untuk memprediksi harga dalam dua belas minggu mendatang, menghasilkan estimasi yang stabil antara Rp15.322 hingga Rp15.326. Penemuan ini menyoroti efektivitas metode ensemble learning (Random Forest) dalam peramalan harga pangan dan ditujukan sebagai dasar rekomendasi kebijakan stabilisasi harga beras nasional.

Abstract

Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Provinsi Kalimantan Timur menerapkan sistem pengarsipan dokumen secara hibrida. Untuk pengarsipan dokumen secara digital, BPBD Provinsi Kalimantan Timur menggunakan Google Drive lalu didistribusikan melalui aplikasi pengirim pesan seperti Whatsapp. Mekanisme ini membuat proses pencarian dokumen memakan waktu lama dan distribusi dokumen digital menjadi tidak efisien. Maka dari itu dikembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Dokumen (SIMD) yang merupakan sistem untuk penyimpanan, pengelolaan, dan pengarsipan dokumen berbasis digital. Metode pengembangan SIMD yang diterapkan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sistem BPBD Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yaitu kanban. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Dokumen (SIMD) memanfaatkan kerangka kerja Laravel dan basis data berupa MySQL. Penelitian ini menghasilkan SIMD yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan utama BPBD Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, yaitu sistem pengarsipan digital yang mempermudah pencarian dokumen dan distribusi dokumen. Sistem ini dapat diakses oleh tiga jenis pengguna yang berbeda, yaitu super admin, pegawai, dan pengguna umum. Hasil akhir dari pengujian blackbox menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan ini berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan BPBD Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dalam pengelolaan dokumentasi kebencanaan secara digital.

Abstract

Indonesia’s Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in economic growth and employment generation. However, many MSMEs encounter persistent challenges in adopting digital platforms due to limited digital literacy, low online visibility, and constrained resources, which reduce their competitiveness in digital markets. Although digital marketplaces offer significant opportunities to expand market reach and improve business performance, selecting an appropriate platform remains a critical decision for MSMEs. This study applies the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method as a multi-criteria decision-making approach to evaluate and rank digital marketplace alternatives. Five evaluation criteria are considered, namely features, operational cost, user-friendliness, customer support, and transaction security. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to MSME sellers operating across selected marketplaces. The ARAS analysis reveals clear differences in utility values among marketplace alternatives, indicating variations in overall performance across the evaluated criteria. These findings demonstrate the capability of the ARAS framework to support structured and objective marketplace selection and provide practical insights for MSMEs to enhance digital adoption, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability in Indonesia’s digital economy.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has encouraged many organizations to transition from manual systems to more efficient digital solutions. One aspect that requires modernization is the attendance system, as conventional methods such as manual signatures still present various weaknesses, including a high potential for fraud, data inaccuracies, delayed recap processes, and difficulties in validating employee presence. PT Alfaaz Radif Jaya Abadi is one of the companies that still relies on a manual attendance system, resulting in challenges in authenticating employees and validating work locations, especially since several employees work in different areas. This condition leads to low monitoring effectiveness and increased administrative workload. This study proposes the development of a Web-Based Employee Attendance System Using GPS Verification and Selfie Photo Authentication as a solution to improve data accuracy and security. The system utilizes GPS technology to automatically validate employee location during attendance and selfie photo verification to ensure identity authenticity. The development process adopts the prototype method, consisting of communication, planning, modeling, construction, testing, and deployment stages. This approach enables iterative system development with continuous feedback to minimize early-stage errors. The implementation of this system is expected to provide accurate, real-time, and transparent attendance data. Furthermore, the system aims to reduce attendance manipulation, accelerate recap processes, and enhance the effectiveness of human resource management at PT Alfaaz Radif Jaya Abadi.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has had a significant impact on various industrial sectors, including the service sector. In the digital era, the internet has become the primary medium for supporting business activities, particularly in the fields of promotion and marketing. Companies are required to adapt to technological advancements in order to enhance competitiveness and reach a wider range of consumers. One strategic step that can be taken is utilizing a website-based information system as a medium for digital promotion. PT Alfaaz Radif Jaya Abadi is a company engaged in catering services for various types of events, such as weddings, meetings, and other occasions. Its current promotional activities are still conventional, relying on brochures, word-of-mouth recommendations, and social media usage that has not been managed optimally. This condition causes product information to be difficult to access widely and efficiently, resulting in low promotional effectiveness and limited reach to potential new customers.  This study aims to develop a Website-Based Digital Promotion Information System for Catering Services Using the Model View Controller (MVC) as a solution to improve promotional effectiveness and the dissemination of service information online. The MVC model is used to separate business logic, presentation, and application flow control, enabling the system to be more structured, manageable, and efficient during development. The system is designed to display menu information, package prices, promotions, customer testimonials, and online ordering features. With this system, the company can expand its market reach, enhance its professional image, and provide easier access to information for customers. The results of this study are expected to support PT Alfaaz Radif Jaya Abadi in carrying out digital transformation in catering service promotion and serve as a reference for implementing the MVC method in developing website-based information systems.

Abstract

Internet network performance plays an important role in supporting communication and data exchange activities within government agencies such as the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Central Kalimantan Province, which requires a reliable and stable network system so that administrative processes, reporting, and information access can run optimally. This study aims to monitor and analyze network performance at the BNN Office of Central Kalimantan Province using the Wireshark application. Data collection was carried out through a packet capture process on the network during peak hours, namely between 09.00 and 11.00 WIB. Data collection was carried out for 5 working days in the general section. Based on the packet capture process, the results show that the internet network performance at the BNN Office of Central Kalimantan Province is in a stable condition and is suitable for use, although there are still variations in performance during peak hours due to the increase in the number of users and device workload. The results of this study can be a reference for implementing bandwidth management and optimizing access point configurations to improve network efficiency.

Abstract

Kendaraan sepeda motor merupakan sarana transportasi utama masyarakat Indonesia, dengan tingkat penggunaan yang tinggi dari berbagai kalangan. Perawatan rutin kendaraan, seperti penggantian oli dan pengecekan komponen, sangat bergantung pada jarak tempuh dan waktu terakhir servis. Namun, banyak pengguna sepeda motor yang mengalami keterlambatan dalam melakukan servis yang dapat mengakibatkan kendaraanya menyebabkan kerusakan pada mesin. Aplikasi Reminder Service Sepeda Motor digunakan untuk membantu pengguna dalam mengingat jadwal servis kendaraan secara tepat waktu berdasarkan jarak tempuh aktual. Algoritma Haversine digunakan untuk menghitung jarak tempuh kendaraan berdasarkan lokasi pengguna yang diperoleh melalui sensor GPS pada smartphone. Teknologi WebSocket dimanfaatkan sebagai jalur komunikasi real-time antara perangkat pengguna dan server, sehingga data pergerakan lokasi dapat dikirim secara langsung dan berkelanjutan ke server untuk dilakukan perhitungan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi Reminder Service Sepeda Motor yang memiliki fitur utama berupa notifikasi servis otomatis berdasarkan jarak tempuh, pelacakan lokasi secara berkala, dan pengelolaan riwayat servis. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjaga kondisi kendaraan tetap optimal dan aman digunakan.

Abstract

Reading skills are one of the fundamental abilities that play a crucial role in the process of learning English and have a significant impact on academic achievement. However, based on the results of the national literacy survey, Indonesians’ reading interest is still relatively low. Several inhibiting factors include limited access to reading materials, less engaging teaching methods, and a lack of innovation in providing technology-based learning media. The use of Android-based applications can be a potential solution to overcome these problems. Therefore, this research aims to design an Android-based application specifically focused on improving users’ reading skills, particularly for students. The method applied in this study is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The OCEAN application was developed using the Flutter framework with the Dart programming language. The wireframe and mockup design process was carried out using Figma, a web-based application for designing user interfaces and user experiences. The system is also equipped with a database for storing authentication data and user levels. The user interface (UI) applied is a Graphical User Interface (GUI) – Mobile User Interface, optimized specifically for smartphones and tablets. The testing results, obtained through questionnaires given to seven students of the Ship Engineering Technology Study Program, Faculty of Vocational Maritime Studies, showed that the application received a Single Ease Question (SEQ) score of 6.82. In the context of application testing, an application is considered to be easy to use by respondents if it achieves at least an SEQ score of 5.5 out of a maximum score of 7.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi membawa dampak signifikan bagi dunia pendidikan, menuntut sekolah untuk beradaptasi dalam pengelolaan data. SMA Fitra Abdi Palembang saat ini menghadapi kendala dalam proses administrasi yang masih dikelola secara manual dan terpisah-pisah, sehingga memicu kesalahan input data dan lambatnya layanan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi sekolah berbasis web guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi administrasi sekolah melalui otomatisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Web Engineering yang mencakup lima tahapan: customer communication, planning, modeling, construction, dan deployment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem ini berhasil mengintegrasikan berbagai modul administrasi, seperti data guru, alumni, kegiatan, dan pengumuman ke dalam basis data terpusat. Pengujian sistem mengindikasikan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis web ini memberikan aksesibilitas secara real-time bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan, baik admin, kepala sekolah, maupun masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan metode Web Engineering dalam pengembangan sistem ini terbukti efektif meminimalisir kesalahan manual dan mengoptimalkan proses bisnis sekolah, sehingga mendukung peningkatan kualitas manajemen pendidikan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian di STMIK Palangkaraya ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi otomasi penarikan (ekstraksi) data dari mesin fingerprint Solution X105 dan menyediakan data presensi dalam bentuk data JSON melalui API agar dapat digunakan oleh aplikasi lain yang membutuhkan data presensi. Penelitian ini merupakan Design Science Research (DSR) dipadukan dengan metode pengembangan sistem Extreme Programming (XP). Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan web framework CodeIgniter versi 4 dan basis data MySQL. Aplikasi web ini mengotomatiskan ekstraksi data presensi dari mesin fingerprint menggunakan cron job dua kali dalam 24 jam dengan tingkat error 0%, subbagian SDM tidak perlu melakukan penarikan data manual. Alur distribusi data presensi menjadi lebih cepat karena data dapat diakses langsung melalui API terotentikasi. Tersedia tujuh pilihan format JSON, sehingga unit lain dapat dengan mudah mengintegrasikan data presensi sesuai kebutuhan.
