Abstract

This research was motivated by events that occurred in the field that researchers saw in SMK 1 Negeri Lembah Melintang while studying PAI. The author found difficulties in the performance of PAI teachers in planning, implementing, evaluating. PAI teacher performance during this pandemic in carrying out the main task of teaching (teaching), namely: the learning process during this pandemic the teacher experienced a process of difficulty in carrying out learning such as but there was no limited time then the system number of sessions was also limited, so usually the teacher explained the learning material or in that learning in one session it is full so that there is no repetition of the learning material that has been discussed earlier and the problem is this week's group 1 and tomorrow's group 2 so that the teacher repeats the material and that time is increasing in time where one learning material can so 4 or 5 meetings, so that the material is not achieved in accordance with the lesson plan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which describes the events that occur in the field as they are. Data were analyzed by data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques. The results of this study are about the performance of PAI teachers in the aspect of learning planning during the pandemic. Is an activity related to efforts to formulate a program which includes everything that will be carried out, determination of goals, policies, directions to be taken, procedures and methods to be followed in an effort to achieve goals. And PAI teacher performance in the aspect of implementing learning during the pandemic. Learning implementation is the implementation of the learning implementation plan (RPP) that has been prepared by the teacher. The implementation of classroom learning activities is the core of the implementation of education which is marked by the existence of learning activities, as well as the performance of PAI teachers in the aspect of evaluating learning during a pandemic. Activities or methods shown to determine whether or not the learning objectives have been achieved and the learning process that has been carried out. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of parents about the importance of higher education for their children in Hamlet V, Batang Tumu Village. And the use of this research is to provide scientific input and knowledge to parents or the public about the importance of higher education. and wasting time, fear of parents if their children stop going to college in the middle of the road due to lack of funds, many children who finished high school/equivalent who are unemployed. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach, namely describing a phenomenon that occurs according to the data in the field. Through observation, interviews, as well as describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually, or in groups. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the perceptions of parents vary. There are those who think that higher education is good and a way to achieve their children's goals, there are parents who don't want to enter higher education because they are constrained by costs and are afraid to stop midway. There are also parents of the opinion and view that higher education or college is less important because there is no need to go to college which ends also looking for work and it is better to finish high school and go straight to work. Furthermore, parents consider it less important because their children are focused on studying religious knowledge, and religious knowledge can be obtained from Islamic boarding schools without having to continue to higher education or college. Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the author's observations about students who indicated that they had received parental guidance but had low learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative correlation approach. Collecting data in this study the authors obtained through questionnaires and documentation. This study used 294 students as the population and as many as 44 students as samples taken from 15 people at each level of class VIII, IX and 14 people in class VII. The data analysis technique that the author uses is a prerequisite analysis test in the form of a data normality test and a linearity test. Then the final data analysis the author uses is correlation analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be understood that the significance level between the parental guidance variable (X) and student learning outcomes (Y) students is tcount = 7.52 with rcount = 0.610, then the hypothesis is accepted which states that there is a significant positive relationship between parental guidance and student learning outcomes (cognitive) on PAI subjects, it means H0 is rejected. This is due to = 0.610 which is in the coefficient interval 0.60-0.799 so that the level of correlation between the two variables is included in the strong category. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to review the role of Christian religious education in fostering adolescent behavior. The stages used in proving the real role of Christian religious education are face-to-face, student worship, pastoral counseling and catechism. The method used is descriptive research, which is deliberately designed to analyze and interpret data and determine the relationship or influence of independent variables on the dependent variable, then draw conclusions about the data collected and analyzed. The research location is in PTP IV Mandoge Private Junior High School. After all the data were analyzed, the researchers found that all accepted hypotheses had a value of 2.44 which means that there is a real role for Christian Religious Education through Face-to-face in Youth Behavior Development, a value of 2.47 which means that there is a real role between Christian Religious Education through Student Devotion in Youth Behavior Development, a value of 2.38 which means there is a real role between Christian Religious Education through Pastoral Counseling in Youth Behavior Development and a value of 2.40 which means that there is a real role between Christian Religious Education through Catechization in Behavioral Development Teen behavior. Abstract

This research is entitled "The Role of the Barokatul Musthofa Ta'lim Council as Non-Formal Islamic Education in Improving Religious Understanding in the Community in Cangkrang Village". This study aims to determine the role of the Barokatul Musthofa ta'lim assembly in an effort to increase religious understanding in the community in Cangkrang Village, Cikarawang Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, while the data collection tools include; interviews, observations and documentation. From the results of research conducted by researchers on the Barokatul Musthofa ta'lim assembly, it can be seen that the Barokatul Musthofa ta'lim assembly as a non-formal Islamic educational institution located in the midst of society has contributed significantly to the development of religious understanding in the community in Cangkrang Village, Cikarawang Village. In terms of worship, we can see from the narratives of the members of the congregation that the role of the Barokatul Musthofa ta'lim assembly made the members of the congregation more diligent and obedient in worship, then in terms of faith, the Barokatul Musthofa ta'lim assembly also had a positive impact on the congregation, such as making them more stable in faith and get peace of mind. Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of inculcating a democratic attitude for students. The young generation who are faced with the era of globalization, where technology is developing rapidly creates a sense of individualism and self-centeredness. A democratic attitude contains positive attitudes in life so it is important to apply it because it forms identity, controls selfishness, individuality, and mutual respect between students. The implementation of these attitudes is expected to have an effect on the learning achievement obtained by the students of SMA Negeri 2 Bengkalis. This type of research is quantitative research using statistical analysis techniques. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire. The population in the study consisted of 651 students and the sample taken was 10% of the total population, namely 66 students. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the democratic attitude towards student achievement in SMA Negeri 2 Bengkalis is at a moderate level. The results of the processing of the research data obtained that Fcount is 15,747 and Ftable is 3,99, where Fcount > Ftable so that it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The magnitude of the influence of democratic attitudes on student achievement in SMA Negeri 2 Bengkalis is categorized as moderate according to the results of data processing where the value of the relationship (R) is 0.444. The result of the processed data is the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.197 which implies that the influence of the independent variable, namely democratic attitudes towards the dependent variable, is 19.7% of learning achievement, while the other 80.3% are factors not examined in this study. Abstract

This study aims to describe and understand the pattern of cross-cultural communication of Santri at Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School and the obstacles experienced by Santri in communicating cross-culturally with other Santri. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach in order to obtain broader and more in-depth information about the matters being discussed in this research. Techniques used in data collection include field observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusions. The results of this study indicate that cross-cultural communication is a process of exchanging thoughts and meanings between people of different cultures. When this communication occurs between people of different origins, between ethnic groups (interethnical), racial groups (interracial) or language communication (intercommunal) it is called cross-cultural communication. Cross-cultural communication from members of different cultures plays a role in human behavior, for example, the behavior of students from outside the region conforms to the local culture, so that students from outside the region behave according to the local culture. Abstract

The assimilation and integration of prisons is aimed at overcoming and spreading the covid virus during the current pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Assimilation and Integration Policy of Prisons in Combating and Spreading Covid-19 using William N Dunn's policy evaluation indicators, namely: 1) effectiveness, 2) efficiency, 3) adequacy, 4) equity/equality, 5) responsiveness, 6) accuracy. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the assimilation and integration policy of the prison has been going well. This is shown from the 6 (six) indicators of Dunn's policy evaluation, only indicators of adequacy and responsiveness indicators are still not running well. Judging from the adequacy indicator, there are still some problems that have not been resolved, while from the responsiveness indicator, community participation in this program is still very low due to the fear of people with redivis who fear they will commit crimes again. The recommendation from this research is that the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and prisons provide very serious assistance and guidance to prospective assimilation recipients so that in the future they will not repeat the crime again. Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon experienced by teachers at Bundo Kanduang Kindergarten, Napar Village, in general, teachers in kindergarten have not paid attention to modern Audio Visual Media in instilling religious values ​​in early childhood, and when demonstrating learning media the teacher only focuses on demonstrating media, so that the class is less conducive and does not choose effective and efficient media. In the process of instilling religious values ​​in early childhood, schools have not used interesting learning using audio-visual media in the classroom so that children feel happy and comfortable both in terms of attitudes, actions, and train children's memory. This study aims to reveal: the use of audio-visual media in the context of inculcating religious values ​​for early childhood in TK Bundo Kanduang, Napar Village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to describe, analyze the existing and ongoing conditions in verbal language. The data were collected using observations, interviews, and documentation. In carrying out purpose sampling interviews, namely sampling techniques with certain considerations. Based on the results of the research that the author has done using audio-visual media in the context of instilling religious values ​​in early childhood during the new normal period at Bundo Kanduang Kindergarten, it can be concluded that teachers have used audio-visual media in learning but only use laptops, TV, laptops. , tabe, so it's not good, because it only uses a laptop, TV with a small screen and the picture is not clear enough for students to see. But in learning achievement, students are able to read and memorize short verses, prayer movements. Before watching the teacher's video, adjust the sitting position and prepare the tools that will be needed, and invite children to listen from the video, and the last step is the new teacher evaluating learning.  Keyword: Audio Visual Media, Early Childhood Religious Values, New Normal

Abstract

One of the efforts made by entrepreneurs to increase customer satisfaction is to always keep chicken meat in high quality conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of chicken meat quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Sibolga Independent Universe. The hypothesis in this study is: There is an Influence of Chicken Meat Quality on Consumers at UD. Sibolga Independent Universe. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive correlational research design. The total population of 375 samples in this study was 15% of (375 people), so that 56 people were obtained. Sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data. Analysis techniques are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. To analyze the data using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Results Based on the research, the relationship between chicken meat quality and consumer satisfaction was 0.752 categorized as strong. The effect of chicken meat quality on consumer satisfaction 56.5%. The obtained simple linear regression model, Y = 7,455 + 0,748X shows the relationship between chicken meat quality and consumer satisfaction in a positive direction. The hypothesis test is known that the value of tcount is greater than ttable 7,046 > 2,010, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted.
