Abstract

This study emphasizes the important role of home industry as a support for the tourism sector in the village. The method used in this research is qualitative with data sources obtained to find data from several people and apparatus of the Ngadirejo village as informants and the samples used are references or secondary data sources that are relevant to issues concerning home industry and tourism. The results of this study are first, basically the people of Ngadirejo Village are transitioning from rural communities to urban industries which are marked by the emergence of home industries which are expected to support the tourism sector. However, the government, which acts as a regulator, in carrying out its functions cannot be felt by the community. Second, there is no support from institutions within the community itself to develop home industries.

Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia pemerintah daerah sangat berperan serta di dukung dengan adanya kerjasama dengan instansi-instansi terkait. Masyarakat pada umumnya sangat mengharap pada pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya, seperti meningkatkan pendapatan melalui pemanfaatan potensi daerah yang ada. Potensi daerah Tempuran tergolong minim jenis/macamnya, karena di Desa Girirejo khususnya hanya terdapat tanaman singkong, pisang, dan jagung. Adapun mata pencaharian penduduk di Desa Girirejo Kecamatan Tempuran adalah : buruh harian lepas sebanyak 221 orang, karyawan pabrik/perusahaan swasta sebanyak 190 orang dan buruh tani sejumlah 70 orang (dari jumlah penduduk total ± 2.022 orang). Dilihat dari mata pencarian dan potensi daerah diatas, maka sangatlah tepat bila Pengabdian Masyarakat Program Studi Manajemen Pertahanan Akmil dilaksanakan di Desa Girirejo Kecamatan Tempuran Kabupaten Magelang. Selain itu Desa tersebut juga merupakan daerah latihan Taruna Akmil. Program pelatihan keterampilan diperuntukkan bagi ibu-ibu PKK, dengan membuat nugget berbahan dasar jagung. Hasil yang dicapai adalah: pelatihan pembuatan nugget berbahan dasar jagung di Ds.Girirejo Kec.Tempuran dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan meningkatkan kreaktivitas serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan (ekonomi) melalui pelatihan pembuatan nugget yang di buat oleh Ibu-ibu PKK. Jumlah hadir ibu-ibu PKK 50 orang. Kemudian dapat terciptanya komunikasi dan hubungan yang semakin harmonis serta membantu masyarakat dalam pengolahan jagung di Ds.Girirejo Kec.Tempuran Kab.Magelang. Bahan dasar jagung menjadi pilihan karena mengingat beberapa alasan yaitu : bahan dasar jagung yang sangat mudah didapat, harga jagung sangat terjangkau bagi semua lapisan masyarakat, jagung aman dikonsumsi mulai dari anak-anak sampai manula. Selain itu, inovasi pengolahan pangan sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung pemantapan swasembada pangan melalui pelatihan keterampilan yang berkualitas guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

The composition of the population of Tempuran Village, Kaloran District, Temanggung Regency consists of students, private employees and farmers. For people in the digital age, of course, the use of the internet will be very useful and become a necessity, to support daily activities that are required to use the internet. The limited condition of the internet network is one of the factors causing obstacles in community activities and has an impact on the results and quality of education and lack of information and the loss of opportunities to enjoy various facilities in the use of the internet. Defense Electrical Engineering Study Program Akmil, with all the power and skills to contribute to the village of Tempuran Kaloran District Temanggung Regency through the installation of internet networks in order to expand and facilitate access to information by the public. Free internet network installation activities in the framework of Community Service Department of Electrical Engineering Defense Akmil successfully meet the target where there are 30 heads of families who can access the internet for free. Implementation pemasangat internet network implemented for two days, where the first day successfully connect the internet 16 heads of families and the second day connect the internet 16 heads of families . In the installation of the internet there are no obstacles and barriers faced, so that people can easily access the internet for business purposes, learning purposes darring school children and access a variety of social media information.

Abstract

Higher Education has an obligation to implement the Tridharma of Higher Education, one of which is to organize a Community Service Program that aims to implement knowledge and creative works in the life of society, nation and state. The Military Academy as an official university also has a similar program, known as Binter (Territorial Development). This research aims to examine the concept of community service programs with territorial guidance for increasing welfare for the community. The method used is a qualitative method and is packaged with the author's experience as an educator at the Military Academy, with a literature study approach. The results of the study show that the Community Service organized by the Military Academy is a form of Territorial Development, a form of concern for the community around the Akmil Cadets training ground in order to create TNI-People unity and make the TNI professional and loved by the people.

Abstract

In this era of advanced technology, the need for computer assembly skills is increasing which is influenced by several factors including increased market demand, flexibility in meeting customer needs, cost savings, promising business benefits and increasing business credibility. Furthermore, lecturers and students of the defense electronics engineering study program of the Military Academy conducted community service activities in Sukosari Village, Bandongan District, Magelang. With computer assembly training, about 60% of the community as trainees were able to receive the material well. This is obtained from the level of enthusiasm and the results of the test before and after the activity. The output of the activity is that the community is able to open business opportunities in the computer field

Abstract

The composition of the villagers of Tanjung Anom, Rt. 06 / Rw.02 Banjarnegoro, Mertoyudan Magelang regency, Central Java consists of students, private sector employees and farmers. For the community during the covid-19 pandemic, the need for facilities to support health procedures is very necessary in line with the increasing spread of the covid-19 virus and the existence of PPKM from the government. The need for prokes support tools is certainly felt to be more expensive because of the higher users and enthusiasts in the context of virus prevention. This is a problem experienced by residents of Tanjung Anom Mertoyudan. Defense Electrical Engineering Study Program Akmil, with all the energy and skills to contribute to the people of Tanjung Anom to provide a practical and simple solution in preventing the transmission of the covid-19 virus. The activity of making automatic sensor machines for free in the framework of community service of the Akmil Defense Electrical Engineering Study Program managed to meet the target where there were one area RT Tanjung anom residents who could use automatic hand washing tools. The implementation of hand washing machine with automatic sensor was carried out for two days, where the first day managed to make 3 tools and the second day managed to make 2 sensor-based hand washing tools. In the manufacture of this tool there are no obstacles and barriers faced, so that people can easily use hand washing tools without any obstacles

Abstract

Abstract Karang Asem Village Hall is the only place for Karang Asem Village residents to gather in participating in social activities in the form of counseling or socialization of new things to be conveyed to the surrounding community. Given the importance of the use of the Karang Asem Village Hall in organizing events, it is necessary to have an adequate electrical installation so that there are no obstacles in the continuity of the event. But in reality there is still less or limited lighting around the Karang Asem Village Hall. So that when at night, the village hall looks dark. Furthermore, lecturers and students of the Military Academy's defense electronics engineering study program conducted community service activities in Karang Asem Village by implementing a lighting installation program around the village hall. Keywords: Village Hall, electrical installation, lighting lamp. Abstrak Balai Desa Karang Asem merupakan satu-satunya tempat untuk berkumpul warga Desa Karang Asem dalam mengikuti kegiatan-kegitan sosial baik berupa penyuluhan-penyuluhan ataupun soialisasi hal-hal yang baru untuk disampaikan kepada masyarakat sekitar. Mengingat pentinya kegunaan Balai Desa Karang Asem tersebut dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan maka diperlukan adanya instalasi kelistrikan yang cukup memadai agar dalam keberlangsungan acara tidak terjadi hambatan. Namun kenyataanya masih kurang atau keterbatasan penerangan pada sekitar Balai Desa Karang Asem. Sehingga apabila pada waktu malam hari, balai desa tampak gelap. Selanjutnya dosen dan mahasiswa prodi teknik elektronika pertahanan Akademi Militer melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Desa Karang Asem dengan melaksanakan program instalasi lampu penerangan di sekitar balai desa. Abstract

Leadership in an organization is a measure of the success of an organization in achieving its goals. To prepare leadership regeneration within the organization at the Magelang Health Polytechnic, a training program is needed for prospective student organization administrators. The training is the Basic Leadership Training (LDK) which aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the basics of leadership to the new administrators of the Student Council (DEMA) and Student Association (HIMA) of the Magelang Health Polytechnic. With the goal they are expected to understand the basics of leadership and have a disciplined attitude and be responsible for carrying out their duties towards the organization so that organizational goals are achieved. The implementation method is with an education system about leaders and leadership, and is equipped with socialization of theory and practice of marching to improve discipline so that superior performance in organizations. The results of this community service activity are expected to be able to provide references, knowledge and knowledge, understand and foster a spirit of leadership and can be implemented in organizations both at DEMA and HIMA regarding the character of good and disciplined leadership in order to achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

Karangasem Village, which is located in the Gunung Kidul area, Yogyakarta, is a reflection of the long journey of the local community and its forerunners which are entwined in a rich history. The first trace in the history of Kelurahan Karangasem brings us back to the roots of the traditional culture that underlies people's lives in this region. The purpose of community service of the Defense Mechanical Engineering Study Program is as a manifestation of the implementation of the knowledge and skills possessed by Lecturers and Cadets to people's lives related to the field of mechanical engineering. The method used is direct practice in the field. The result of the community service was the achievement of socialization activities and free servicing of 35 motorbikes in the Karang Asem Village, Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Pelatihan keterampilan dasar adalah salah satu program berbasis pemberdayaan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat sebagai bekal usaha bekerja dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, karena dapat meningkatkan ekonomi rumah tangga masing-masing warga. Sehingga kemiskinan sangat tidak akan meningkat, demikian juga yang menjadi keinginan pemerintah untuk memberantasnya, dengan usaha mengadakan pelatihan–pelatihan kepada masyarakat agar dapat menambah pengetahuan dan mempraktikkan dalam kelompok PKK bahkan pada keluarganya. Seperti yang terjadi di Kecamatan Kaloran Kabupaten Temanggung, dimana Desa Gandon Kecamatan Kaloran mayoritas penduduknya bekerja sebagai buruh tani (hanya mengerjakan lahan orang) dan petani. Desa Gandon Kecamatan Kaloran merupakan salah satu daerah yang masih memerlukan beberapa pelatihan, sosialisasi dan bantuan modal usaha. Kegiatan pelatihan di Desa Gandon oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat Prodi Manajemen Pertahanan dari Akmil, memberikan beberapa pelatihan salah satunya adalah pelatihan membuat hantaran lamaran, hal tersebut menjadi pilihan, karena pada umumnya tradisi di daerah pada saat menikahkan anaknya, sebelum memasuki acara pernikahan wajib menyerahkan ”Hantaran” dari pihak laki-laki, pada umumnya terdiri dari; seperangkat busana, perlengkapan mandi, seperangkat alat sholat dan perlengkapan make-up. Paket hantaran tersebut di Desa Gandon belum ada yang menjual/membuat, harganyapun sangat mahal.
