Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at street vendors at Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. In an era of increasingly fierce competition, product and service quality is a key factor in maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to street vendor customers in the campus area. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to see the influence of the two independent variables on customer satisfaction. The research results show that product quality and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction. The implication of this research is that street vendors need to improve the quality of their products and services to increase customer satisfaction and maintain the sustainability of their business.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the fiscal policies implemented during the leadership of Uthman bin Affan and Ali bin Abi Talib, two caliphs in Islamic history. The specific objectives of this research are: (1) to identify the main fiscal policies implemented by these two caliphs, (2) to analyze the impact of fiscal policies on the country's economy at that time, and (3) to explore the factors that influenced the selection of fiscal policies by the two caliphs. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data is collected through a literature review of secondary data related to Islamic history, particularly during the leadership of Uthman bin Affan and Ali bin Abi Talib. Secondary data includes scientific journals, reference books, and other relevant sources. Data analysis is carried out using the content analysis method to identify and interpret the fiscal policies implemented by the two caliphs, as well as explore the factors that influenced the selection of these policies. The research findings are expected to provide a deeper understanding of fiscal policies in the early Islamic period and their implications for the country's economy at that time.

Abstract

This research analyzes the marketing communication strategy used by Nronlineshop_ on the Shopee e-commerce platform. In the rapidly developing digital era, marketing communication strategy is a key factor in determining the success of an online business. Its aim is to increase visibility, sales, and customer loyalty with effective and efficient strategies. The research employs a method of library study and a qualitative approach, focusing on theory and a case study of Nronlineshop_. The findings show that Nronlineshop_ implements a strategy that includes promotional tools in marketing communication such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing. The main challenge is the intense competition on Shopee, necessitating better product and service differentiation. The recommendations given include developing differentiation strategies, collaborating with influencers, integrating marketing channels, and understanding technology trends.

Abstract

Inflation is the general rate of increase in prices. Inflation occurs due to several things including natural inflation, human error inflation, cost push inflation, spiralling inflation, imported inflation. In Indonesia inflation continues to rise and the socio-economic gap is widening. inflation occurs in Indonesia unevenly. Bank Indonesia as the highest monetary authority in Indonesia has a goal to achieve and maintain the stability of the rupiah. This research aims to find out and understand how to overcome inflation with an Islamic economic perspective. This research is a qualitative research with literature study method. The literature method is an activity related to the method of collecting prices that usually (generally) experience a continuous increase in library data, by reading and recording, and managing research materials. Activities to collect data by searching and collecting various books, journals, and scientific articles that contain the concept under study, to be reviewed and produce conclusions. The way to overcome inflation in the perspective of Islamic economics is by implementing fiscal policy, monetary policy and other policies.

Abstract

The background of this study is where there should be a slight increase in public interest due to fluctuating gold prices and price differences with conventional pawnshops. As well as the promotion of Pegadaian Gold Savings (TEP) which is less effective carried out by the Pegadaian Syariah Manggis. So that there is a lot of public interest in Pegadaian Gold Savings (TEP) at the Manggis Sharia Pawnshop Unit, Mandiangin Koto Selayan District, Bukitinggi City. The purpose of this study is to find and analyze the effect of gold price (X1) and promotion (X2) on public interest (Y). This type of research is quantitative descriptive where the price of gold (X1) and promotion (X2) affect public interest (Y). The data analysis techniques are Research Instrument Test consisting of Validation and Reliability Test then Classical Assumption Test, namely Autocorrelation Test, Normality, Multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and Multiple linear Test, Determination Coefficient Analysis, f Test and t Test. The number of samples that the researchers used was 97 people. The results of the research obtained through the t test, the Gold Price (X1) has a sig value of 0.038 which when compared with the basic requirements for decision making of a sig value of < 0.05, it is certain that the price of gold has a positive effect on public interest (Y). Promotion (X2) has a sig value of 0.000 which when compared to the basic requirements of decision making, namely the sig value of < 0.05, it is certain that the promotion has a positive influence on public interest (Y). As well as the F Test the significance of 0.000 < 0.05 & Fcalculate 17.226 > Ftable 3.09, then there is an effect between the gold price variable simultaneously and the promotion of the interest variable. linear regression of public interest Y = 14.194+0.133 X1+0.291 X2+e

Abstract

Inflation is an economic issue that is often discussed in Indonesia. Where inflation is an economic phenomenon that involves an increase in goods and services in the world economy. However, in the context of Islamic economics, inflation is not just a difference in prices, but leads to ethical and social differences that violate sharia principles. Indonesia has made various efforts to control inflation, including controlling supply and demand, stabilizing prices of daily necessities, and regulating monetary and fiscal policies. This research aims to find out strategies for controlling inflation according to Islam. This research uses a qualitative approach using systematic literature review (SLR) techniques. to control inflation according to Islamic economics. This fiscal policy includes state spending for the public interest, taxes and loans to stabilize the national economy and public welfare, or is controlled by sharia money, namely by avoiding the use of instruments based on usury, gharar, maisyir and zhulum. Islamic economics as an economic system has its own methods and strategies for controlling inflation which are very different from other economic systems. Islamic economics accepts monetary and fiscal policy as part of efforts to control inflation. However, to achieve standards of socio-economic justice, efforts need to be made to maintain price stability through strategies of moral improvement, equal distribution of income and wealth, and the elimination of usury.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of management information systems (MIS) in the aviation industry on the Batik Air application. In the aviation industry, MIS plays an important role in improving efficiency and service quality. Batik Air, as one of Indonesia's domestic airlines, has a need to improve service quality and increase passenger satisfaction. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research method with a literature study approach to analyze the role of management information systems (MIS) in the aviation industry on the Batik Air application. The results of the study show that it is very important to have a useful MIS in the modern era like today, because of the increasingly tight competition. If we have a MIS in online flight services, Batik Air supports people in their daily lives, especially for purchasing tickets via the internet. By using the Batik Air Mobile App, ordering tickets online has many advantages, but also has disadvantages.

Abstract

QIncreasing life expectancy and the growth of the elderly population in Indonesia make pension fund programs an important solution in ensuring financial well-being in old age. This research aims to analyze important aspects in effective and efficient pension fund management to improve program performance and sustainability. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, through data analysis from journal articles and related news. The research results show that effective and efficient pension fund management is determined by several key factors, namely good governance and internal control, determining appropriate investment strategies, implementing a strong risk management system, compliance with regulations, adequate transparency and reporting, and strict supervision and audit. Apart from management factors, the success of a pension fund program is also influenced by individual participant factors, such as savings attitudes and future orientation. This research provides practical recommendations for pension fund managers to improve performance and ensure program sustainability, as well as educating the public about the importance of preparing for their financial future through pension fund programs.

Abstract

According to Islamic law, sharia insurance refers to mutual help. In general, sharia insurance, also known as at'ta'min, takaful, and tazamun, is an effort between a number of people or parties to protect and help each other through investment in the form of tabarru assets and/or funds. which offers a pattern of return for managing certain risks through Shariah-compliant contracts. To obtain information about risk management in sharia insurance, this study uses a type of literature research, collecting secondary data from books, magazines, the internet, and supporting data sources. The findings of this study are risk management to solve the inevitable problems in sharia insurance. Risk is the uncertainty of future events and outcomes. According to the type of risk that exists in a particular scenario, risk is described as something that, based on internal and external variables, can make it difficult for the company to achieve its goals. Must comply with OJK rules when planning risk management for sharia insurance.

Abstract

Several key factors influence consumer interest in Islamic insurance: understanding of sharia principles, perceptions of how compatible Islamic insurance is with religious values, trust in Islamic insurance institutions, and positive reviews from other customers. In addition, factors such as education and socialization about Islamic insurance products, product innovation, promotion, service and customer satisfaction in accordance with consumer needs. The purpose of this research is to find methods that can increase customer interest in insurance. The research method involves a case study analysis of how insurance companies can increase customer interest. The findings show that factors such as education, proper promotion, and good customer service, play a significant role in increasing customer interest in insurance. This research suggests that insurance companies should implement these strategies to attract consumers and expand their market share.
