Abstract

Digital transformation in the health sector drives the need for efficiency in document management, especially for BPJS Kesehatan claims. Manual processes often cause delays and the risk of losing documents. Therefore, this study aims to design an integrated electronic document application to overcome these problems. This study uses the SDLC Waterfall approach which includes the stages of gathering needs, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and needs analysis at the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital, Payakumbuh. The designed application successfully integrates various BPJS Kesehatan claim documents, such as Individual Patient Sheets (LIP), Participant Eligibility Letters (SEP), and laboratory results, into one PDF format automatically. The designed system can help the digital transformation of hospitals and simplify the claim verification process. The integrated electronic document application improves the efficiency and accuracy of BPJS Kesehatan claim document management.

Abstract

The development of spatial data utilization has increased dramatically in the past decade. This is related to the widespread use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and the advancement of technology in acquiring spatial data. High-tech tools like UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) are increasingly integrated with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other surveying and mapping technologies, and are therefore used in various surveying, mapping, and spatial analysis projects. One of the advantages of UAVs is that the captured data can be processed through software, producing images with high spatial and temporal resolution. The use of this technology demonstrates that mapping can be performed using photographic data. The purpose of this research is to analyze and map the distribution of cultural tourism sites in detail using UAV and GIS in Nagari Tuo Pariangan, Tanah Datar Regency. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that data collection was carried out using a DJI Mavic Pro drone, capturing 228 aerial photos which were then exported into orthophotos. Orthophotos function as a reference for the distribution map of cultural tourism sites. In addition, a database was created, integrating spatial (geographic) and non-spatial (attribute) data, containing the necessary information for tourism objects, such as the owner's name, year of construction, function, and history of the object. There are 31 cultural tourism objects in Nagari Pariangan, Tanah Datar Regency, consisting of 8 Rumah Gadang (traditional houses), 11 Surau (small mosques), 3 hot spring pools, 3 stone inscriptions, 1 hot spring pool, 1 Tuo Pariangan Mosque, 1 river, 1 Tabuik Mosque, and 1 Saruang Hall. Most of these cultural tourism objects are well-maintained by their owners, while a small number are neglected due to a lack of adequate human resources.

Abstract

Biosolar is a vegetable oil obtained from palm oil or Crude Palm Oil. Biodiesel has combustion properties similar to petroleum diesel, and can replace it in various applications. However, it is more often used as an additive to diesel fuel. So far, the most common problem that often occurs among B35 biodiesel users is that the filter is clogged with a layer of scale from sedimentation that occurs in the fuel tank. The purpose of making a flushing tool is to help and facilitate the process of draining the fuel tank so that it can reduce the number of fuel filter replacements on vehicles. The method are observation, concept creation, design and continued with design drawings. Next is the material procurement and manufacturing process. The result obtained is a flushing tool with dimensions of 1,350cm x 400cm x 460cm. Test results on a maximum tank capacity 200 litters in 30 minutes.  Cost of materials and spare parts Rp. 9,793,000.

Abstract

Construction work or construction projects are a collection of complex tasks interconnected with each other. In its implementation, these construction projects must be adjusted to the plans that have been made, both in terms of volume, quality, cost, and time. The execution of these projects requires management and supervision by a supervisory team, which acts as a consultancy service provider to assist the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Temanggung Regency. This project is the Reconstruction Package of the Geneng – Maron Road Section located in Temanggung Regency. Temanggung Regency is a regency located in Central Java Province which serves as one of the connectors between the Capital of Central Java Province and other cities or regencies. Road maintenance is carried out periodically as one of the efforts to maintain district roads. Routine road maintenance is carried out once a year, but for the improvement of the Geneng – Maron road section, it is carried out after the last improvement in 2016. Based on the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 13/PRT/M/2011 regarding Procedures for Road Maintenance and Road Inspection, there is a table determining the road maintenance program for asphalt/concrete-covered roads, indicating that roads in severe disrepair should undergo reconstruction or improvement. The Geneng – Maron road itself is a district road frequently traversed by various classes of vehicles. However, the Geneng – Maron Road should have its status changed due to frequent passage by heavy-duty vehicles, causing it to deteriorate more rapidly due to its design and function being inadequate. Therefore, routine maintenance cannot be applied this year because the damage is already severe enough to require road reconstruction.

Abstract

in this global era, the development of renewable energy is the main focus to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and negative impacts on the environment. Solar energy is one of the most promising renewable energy sources on this earth of Indonesia, which can be harvested through solar panels. This study aims to design and create a dual-axis solar tracker prototype using an Arduino Uno microcontroller to increase the absorption of solar energy by solar panels. This prototype uses an LDR sensor and a servo motor to move the solar panel following the movement of the sun throughout the day. The test results show that the use of a solar tracker system can increase the power generated by solar panels in the morning and evening, thereby reducing the difference in power generated in the morning-evening and afternoon.

Abstract

Hospital "X" Bojonegoro is obliged to prepare a DELH because it has been operating without environmental documents. Research focuses on measuring noise as a physical parameter. The aim is to determine the noise level in the hospital environment and evaluate the efficiency of management and monitoring of the impact of noise that has been carried out. Noise sampling was carried out on August 6 2024 at four points around "X" Bojonegoro Hospital. Quantitative research uses descriptive analysis and evaluation methods. RKL-RPL is prepared based on Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. P.102/2016. The study in December 2024 used noise sampling data, RKL-RPL matrix reports, and exploratory data. The aim is to complete the hospital's Environmental Evaluation Document. Hospital "X" noise analysis shows levels exceeding standards at the entrance. Mitigation includes a 4 meter brick barrier (29.04 dB(A) reduction) and green open space with Angsana and Trembesi trees (7.2-16 dB absorption). Hospital "X" monitoring shows levels exceeding standards at the entrance. Monitoring at 4 points twice a year still shows one point does not meet standards. In accordance with Minister of Environment Decree No. 48/1996, sampling evaluation needs to be carried out every three months.

Abstract

The games industry in Indonesia continues to grow, but the contribution to game development is still low. This research aims to design a Survival Horror game that prioritizes an immersive gaming experience with elements of strategy, action and resource management. Inspired by Resident Evil and Silent Hill, this game utilizes a tense atmosphere and fear based on psychological studies, as explained by Norton & Gino (2014). With a focus on strategy and suspense, it is hoped that this game can provide an immersive gaming experience and contribute to the development of the local gaming industry.

Abstract

This research was motivated by vehicle users who did not remember when to service their vehicle, causing damage to the vehicle. Therefore, a system is needed to provide information about vehicle service schedules using electronic media, one of which is WhatsApp messages. This research was conducted at TOMO Pondok Mahkota Motor. The research method is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and questionnaires. In preparing this application system, the UML method was used. Application development using the PHP programming language and preparation of database structures using MySQL. The research results show that this system is useful for recording customer data, providing information on the next four-wheeled vehicle service schedule to customers, customers find out information on the next four-wheeled vehicle service schedule via WhatsApp notifications.

Abstract

Increased consumer demand has an influence on production results. Pure chips SMEs have obstacles in meeting their needs for raw materials such as sweet potatoes and cooking oil. The main raw materials are obtained from sweet potato farmers and cooking oil producers. Accurate and maximum calculation of raw materials is needed so that SMEs do not have problems in facing shortages or excesses of main raw materials. This research aims to assist pure chips SMEs in managing the amount of inventory of core raw materials to be produced into snacks. Research on the production of sweet potato and cooking oil supplies was carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data obtained comes from pure chips UKM. Then the data will be analyzed using the reorder point method. From the calculation results, it was found that pure chips SMEs had to re-order sweet potato raw materials of around 8 kilograms per day and 3 liters of cooking oil raw materials per day.

Abstract

Software quality testing is a crucial stage in the development of information systems to ensure their reliability and functionality. This study aims to analyze and test the software quality of the School Payment Information System using the Software Product Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) method. This method refers to the ISO/IEC 25000 standard, which measures various aspects of software quality, including functionality, reliability, efficiency, compatibility, usability, security, maintainability, and portability. The aim of this research was conducted through a series of tests by collecting data from system specifications, test designs, and user feedback. The test results indicate that the evaluated information system meets most of the quality indicators based on the SQuaRE standard, with some aspects still requiring improvement, particularly in terms of usability and system efficiency. This evaluation provides deeper insights into the effectiveness of applying the SQuaRE method in software testing and offers recommendations for improving system quality. Thus, the implementation of the SQuaRE method is expected to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the school payment information system, thereby supporting more effective and accurate financial management in schools.
