Abstrak : Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran PKn Melalui Model Pembelajaran Langsung Di Kelas V SD Negeri No. 057752 T.A 2015/2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Direct Instruction di kelas V SD Negeri No. 057752. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 14 orang siswa. Penelitian berlangsung selama dua siklus dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Direct Instruction berdasarkan pengamatan kedua pengamat mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. 2) Aktivitas belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Direct Instruction meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran Direct Instruction, Hasil Belajar Siswa

Abstract: The Use of Script Media in Javanese Literacy Learning with Jigsaw Model on Grade IV Students. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of media aksara card on learning Java language through jigsaw model in grade 4 students seen from student learning activities, student learning outcomes and student and teacher responses to the use of media and models. The type of this research is qualitative research with descriptive research method. Data obtained by observation, interview, questionnaire and test. Data validity using triangulation method.The result of data analysis shows that the use of media of script card through jigsaw model on learning of Java askara very good. Thus, the media of script cards through the jigsaw model can be used as an alternative teacher in teaching. Keyword : Media Literature Card, Jigsaw Model, Java Literacy Learning Abstrak : Penggunaan Media Kartu Aksara dalam Pembelajaran Aksara Jawa Dengan Model Jigsaw pada Siswa Kelas IV.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penggunaan media kartu aksara pada pembelajaran bahasa jawa melalui model jigsawpada siswa kelas IV dilihat dari aktivitas belajar siswa, hasil belajar siswa dan respon siswa dan guru terhadap penggunaan media dan model. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, angket dan tes. Validitas data menggunakan metode triangulasi.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media kartu aksara melalui model jigsaw pada pembelajaran askara Jawa sangat baik. Dengan demikian, media kartu aksara melalui model jigsaw dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif guru dalam mengajar. Kata Kunci : Media Kartu Aksara, Model Jigsaw, Pembelajaran Aksara Jawa

Abstract: Implementation of the Peer Tutor Method in Increasing PLC-Based Control Learning Participation for Class XII TL Students at SMK Muhammadiyah I Pekanbaru Academic Year 2018. This study aims to increase participation in PLC-based control learning for students in class XII of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru with the application of the Peer Tutor Method. This type of research is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles, and each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 32 students of class XII SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. The results of the study can be concluded that the use of peer tutoring methods can increase participation in PLC-based control learning on the subject of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. Prior to the action, the average student participation rate was 36.45%. In the first cycle, the student's learning participation rate increased by 32% to 64.99%. Student participation increased after the action modification in cycle II. The modification of the action taken is that the tutor is tasked with conditioning its members to stay focused on their work. Student learning participation in Civics learning is higher than in the first cycle, which has increased by 20.81% to 85.80%. Keywords: PLC-based Control Learning Participation, Peer Tutor Method. Abstrak: Implementasi Metode Tutor Sebaya Dalam meningkatkan Partisipasi Belajar Control Berbasis PLC Siswa Kelas XII TL Di SMK Muhammadiyah I Pekanbaru Tahun Ajaran 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisispasi belajar Control berbasis PLC pada siswa di kelas XII SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru dengan penerapan Metode Tutor Sebaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus, dan setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru sebanyak 32 siswa. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode tutor sebaya dapat meningkatkan partisipasi belajar Control berbasis PLC pada pokok bahasan Programmable Logic Control (PLC) siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. Sebelum dikenakan tindakan diperoleh rata-rata tingkat partisipasi siswa 36.45%. Pada siklus I diperoleh tingkat partisipasi belajar siswa mengalami kenaikan sebesar 32% menjadi 64.99%. Partisipasi siswa meningkat setelah modifikasi tindakan pada siklus II. Modifikasi tindakan yang dilakukan yaitu tutor bertugas mengkondisikan anggotanya agar tetap focus dengan pekerjaannya. Partisipasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran PKn lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada siklus I yaitu mengalami kenaikan sebesar 20.81% menjadi 85.80% . Abstract : Implementation of Jigsaw Learning Model as Teacher Effort Increase Participation Learning to Understand Poetry Reading for Elementary School Grade VI. This study aims to find out how to implement the jigsaw learning model as an effort of teachers to increase the participation of learning to understand poetry reading for the students of class VI. The method used is classroom action research. The research process is done 2 cycles. The results of the second cycle study in reading Poetry were assessed to include aspects: the ability to read simple sentences increased to 36 people (72%), intonation aspects increased to 35 people (70.%), Pause aspect increased to 38 people (76.% , on the aspect of fluency increased to 41 people (82.%), Aspect understanding aspect increased to 45 people (90.%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran jigsaw sebagai upaya guru untuk meningkatkan partisipasi belajar memahami pembacaan puisi bagi siswa kelas VI. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Proses penelitian dilakukan 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian pada siklus II dalam pembelajaran membaca Puisi yang dinilai meliputi aspek: kemampuan membaca kalimat sederhana meningkat menjadi 36 orang (72 %), aspek intonasi meningkat menjadi 35 orang (70.%) , aspek Jeda meningkat menjadi 38 orang (76.%), pada aspek kelancaran meningkat menjadi 41 orang (82.%), aspek Pemahaman makna meningkat menjadi 45 orang (90.%).Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Jigsaw, Prestasi Belajar

Abstract: Effectiveness of the Use of Big book Literacy Media on Beginning Reading Skills of Grade 1 Students in Elementary Schools. The purpose of this study is to prove the effectiveness of Big book literacy on the beginning reading skills of grade 1 elementary school students. This type of research is research. Data collection techniques with observation, preliminary reading skills tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used consisted of two, namely: descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Paired sample t-test results showed a significance ???????? was accepted. T test results show the average learning value of the experimental class is higher than the average value of learning control class, then ???????? is accepted. Regression test results indicate that the significance value of reading skills the initial value of 0.090 where this value is more than 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. The data on the initial reading skills also shows that the mastery learning of the experimental class is greater than the control class.The results of the analysis of the data indicate that the big book literacy media is effective in improving the initial reading skills 1st grade students of elementary school.Keywords: Big book, literacy, read the beginning Abstrak: Efektivitas Penggunaan Media Big book Literasi terhadap Keterampilan Membaca Permulaan Siswa Kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuktikan keefektifan penggunaan media Big book literasi terhadap keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ekperimen Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, tes keterampilan membaca permulaan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas dua, yaitu: analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil uji paired sampel t-test menunjukkan taraf signifikansi ???????? diterima. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai pembelajaran kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada rata-rata nilai pembelajaran kelas kontrol, maka ???????? diterima. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi keterampilan membaca permulaan sebesar 0,090 dimana nilai ini lebih dari 0,05, maka hipotesis diterima. Data nilai keterampilan membaca permulaan juga menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar kelas eksperimen lebih besar daripada kelas kontrol. Hasil analsisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media big book literasi efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 sekolah dasar.Kata Kunci: Big book, Literasi, Membaca Permulaan

Abstract: Lecturers’ perception on the implementation of online learning during pandemic of Covid-19. This research aims to explore lecturers’ perception on the implementation of online learning during pandemic of Covid-19. It employs descriptive qualitative method. Using purposive sampling technique, it collects the data from interviewing 5 lecturers of one private university in Sumedang. Its findings suggest the lecturers perceive that the online learning implementation during Covid-19 pandemic poses some problems. Unstable internet connection is one of the main problems both students and lecturers have to go through. Some problems also occurred in the use of Learning Management System (LMS) which can still be solved by changing its learning platforms or transition from synchronous to asynchronous instructions. It suggests that some improvement is needed to ensure the quality of online learning in the long run. Keyword: lecturer’s perception, online learning Abstrak: Persepsi Dosen Terhadap Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Online Selama Pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi dosen terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran onlineselama pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif . Data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan mewawancarai lima orang dosen salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Kabupaten Sumedang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dosen terhadap pembelajaran online selama Covid-19 masih menemukan kendala di dalam proses pelaksanaannya. Kendala yang muncul berasal dari jaringan internet yang tidak stabil baik yang terjadi pada dosen ataupun mahasiswa. Juga kendala dari LMS yang digunakan karena kadang menemui masalah. Meskipun sejauh ini masih bisa ditangani dengan mengambil langkah solutif berupa berpindah pada platform lain ataupun pembelajaran yang awalnya akan dilaksanakan secara synchronous berganti menjadi asynchronous, tetap diperlukan perbaikan-perbaikan agar proses pembelajaran online bisa menjadi lebih baik ke depannya. Preparation of the 2013 Curriculum Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) through Assistance to Improve the Competence of Upt SMP Negeri 42 Medan Deli District Teachers for the 2018/2019 Academic Year. The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to increase the level of understanding of teachers, especially at UPT SMP Negeri 42 Medan in preparing and developing the 2013 Curriculum Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) through mentoring. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This research is in the form of School Action Research (PTS). The subjects of this research were 12 UPT SMP Negeri 42 Medan teachers from various subjects. The data collection technique used is in the form of observation sheets, interviews, discussions, documentation studies. Based on the results of observations of the first cycle of improvement actions using the 2013 curriculum Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) assessment format, the value reached 39.6 which means it is in the sufficient category, and the results of observations using the teacher activity assessment format in the Learning Implementation Plan Preparation Process (RPP) during the Assistance in Compiling the 2013 Curriculum RPP the score reached 36, which means it is in the good category. 2) Through the 2013 Curriculum Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) assessment format in cycle II which achieved a score of 86.7 was in the very good category.

Abstract:Improving Student Learning Outcomes Using TGT Learning Model In PKN Element Class VI SDN 097 GunungBarani. This study aims to improve learning outcomes. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects of this study which amounted to 22 people. Application of cooperative learning model type TGT there are some things that must diperhatiakan that is, in teaching-learning activities need to explain the purpose of learning and its application on the life of the community in accordance with the concept of learning materials so that students more easily to understand the material taught, requires preparation is quite mature, so the teacher should be able to determine or choose a topic that can really be applied with cooperative learning type TGT in the learning process to achieve optimal results. TGT learning model has a positive impact in improving learning outcomes and student learning outcomes are marked by improvements in student learning completeness in each cycle of research conducted that compared with the completeness of student learning outcomes before the teaching and learning activities using the TGT model. Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan yaitu, pada kegiatan belajar-mengajar perlu dijelaskan tujuan pembelajaran serta aplikasinya pada kehidupan masyarakat sesuai dengan konsep materi pembelajaran agar siswa lebih mudah untuk mengerti materi yang diajarkan, memerlukan persiapan yang cukup matang, sehingga guru harus mampu menentukan atau memilih topik yang benar-benar bisa diterapkan dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dalam proses belajar mengajar untukmencapai hasil yang optimal. Model pembelajaran TGT memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan hasil belajar siswa yang ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam setiap siklus penelitian yang dilakukan yang dibandingkan dengan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dilakukannya kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan model TGT tersebut. Abstract: The Effect of Discipline on Kinarja Guru at MTS Daarul Hikmah Pamulang, South Tangerang City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of discipline on teacher performance in MTs Daarul Hikmah Pamulang and find out how much the influence of discipline on teacher performance in MTs Daarul Hikmah Pamulang. The nature of this research is quantitative description that starts / starts / is based on theories and results of previous studies, explains or illustrates the influence of discipline on teacher performance in MTs Daarul Hikmah Pamulang, South Tangerang City, in the form of numbers to be analyzed and concluded. Methods of data analysis using questionnaire processing, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis test, and simple linear regression test. The results of the study with the characteristics of respondents are grouped by gender, age, and last education. So that the calculation results between the disciplinary variable (X) and teacher performance (Y) there is a very strong relationship (r = 0.971) from tcount of 9.710, greater than t table 1.676, then the influence of discipline on teacher performance is significant.Keywords: Discipline and Teacher Performance.Abstrak: Pengaruh Disiplin terhadap Kinarja Guru pada MTS Daarul Hikmah Pamulang Kota Tangerang Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Daarul Hikmah Pamulang dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Daarul Hikmah Pamulang.Sifat penelitian ini deskripsi kuantitatif yang diawali/dimulai/didasarkan teori-teori dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya, memaparkan atau menggambarkan pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja guru pada MTs Daarul Hikmah Pamulang Kota Tangerang Selatan, dalam bentuk angka untuk dianalisis dan diambil kesimpulannya. Metode analisa data menggunakan pengolahan kuesioner, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis, dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian dengan karakteristik responden dikelompokan berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, dan pendidikan terakhir. Sehingga hasil perhitungan antara variabel disiplin (X) dan kinerja guru (Y) terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat (r = 0,971) dari thitung sebesar 9,710, lebih besar dari ttabel 1,676, maka pengaruh antara disiplin terhadap kinerja guru adalah signifikan.Kata Kunci: Disiplin Dan Kinerja Guru.

Abstract: The Role of Education Supervisors and Principals in Improving Teacher Professionalism. School supervisors and school principals as supervisors have a very strategic role in improving the quality of education in schools. Teachers are determinants of educational success through their performance at the institutional and experiential levels, so efforts to improve the quality of education must start from the teacher aspect. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the nature of teacher competence; (2) the Principal's role in improving teacher professionalism; (3) The role of supervisors in improving teacher professionalism. Methods This research uses a library research method by collecting a number of books, magazines, journals, life relating to the problem and research objectives. The results of the research The principal as a supervisor in the school has a very strategic role in improving the quality of education in schools, the principal as an education leader is to create a teaching and learning situation so that teachers can teach and students can learn well. In carrying out this role, the principal has a dual responsibility, namely carrying out school administration so as to create a good teaching and learning situation, and carrying out supervision so that teachersteachers increase in carrying out teaching tasks and inguide student growth. in improving the quality of teachers is the main and first step that must be done. In relation to improving the quality of teachers, the principal as the leader of a formal educational institution is the driving force, the determinant of school policy which will determine how the goals of schools and education, in general, are realized, including in improving the quality of teachers. Keywords: Education Supervisor, Principal, and Teacher Professionalism. Abstrak: Peran Pengawas Pendidikan Dan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru. Pengawas sekolah dan Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor memiliki peran yang sangat strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah, Guru merupakan penentu keberhasilan pendidikan melalui kinerjanya pada tataran institusional dan eksperiensial, sehingga upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan harus dimulai dari aspek guru. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Hakikat Kompetensi Guru; (2) Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru; (3) Peran Pengawas dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru.. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library reseach) dengan mengumpulkan sejumlah buku-buku, majalah, jurnal, lifet yang berkenaan dengan masalah dan tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian Kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor di sekolah memiliki peran yang sangat strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah, putama kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pendidikan adalah menciptakan situasi belajar mengajar sehingga guru- guru dapat mengajar dan murid-murid dapat belajar dengan baik. Dalam melaksanakan peran tersebut, kepala sekolah memiliki tanggung jawab ganda yaitu melaksanakn administrasi sekolah sehingga tercipta situasi belajar mengajar yang baik, dan melaksanakan supervisi sehingga guru- guru bertambah dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas pengajaran dan dalam membimbing pertumbuhan murid-murid. dalam meningkatkan mutu guru merupakan langkah utama dan pertama yang harus dilakukan. Kaitannya dengan peningkatan mutu guru, kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin suatu lembaga pendidikan formal merupakan motor penggerak, penentu kebijakan sekolah yang akan menentukan bagaimana tujuan sekolah dan pendidikan pada umumnya direalisasikan termasuk dalam peningkatan mutu guru.
